It was fine Positive: Good location for what I needed, easy to park outside, good communication from the team Negative: It really needs a deep clean - it’s full of dust and hair, the sofa is filthy, there are marks all over the walls, the bathroom bin was full of someone else’s rubbish, bins in the garden full of someone else’s rubbish, the grout by the kitchen sink is black with mould, the window handles are all broken, Netflix doesn’t work, the garden is so overgrown, there were no cleaning products left for guests - not even a sponge to do the washing up, there’s random out of date things left in the cupboards, no tea and coffee left, the bed and bedding is uncomfortable. The stay was fine for what I needed but really needs a proper clean and some extras to make it easier to stay there.

On arrival full bins, split bin bags and bins that smelt of human waste and one bin that had urine in, all at front entrance. Then mouldy sink in kitchen, cobwebs everywhere. Lipstick on a chipped mug, excrement on one of the towels. The garden was unsafe, had not been checked after a part. Cigarettes and beer cans everywhere. We then found class a drugs in the garden. Luckily it was before my toddler found them, he could have been killed. We had to call the police. We were not offered an alternative place to stay or compensation. Just told host was “investigating”. Considering legal action as this could have been fatal for my child.

Mitigé Positive: Les 2 lit de la chambre double Et le petit Jardin Negative: La maison, en général, était moyennement confortable, mais ce qui m’a particulièrement dérangé, ce sont les poils de chien partout dans la maison. Ce n'était pas très propre : on sentait une forte odeur de chien, même l’aspirateur dégageait une odeur désagréable et contenait beaucoup de poils. En marchant en chaussettes, celles-ci se retrouvaient couvertes de poils, qui étaient omniprésents sur la moquette, les plaids et le canapé. Il y avait également des toiles d’araignée sur les lustres. De plus, il manquait certains équipements essentiels, notamment un ouvre-bouteille, un plat adapté au four et un sèche-cheveux pour la salle de bain. À notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que la lunette des toilettes était cassée. Concernant le quartier, je l’ai trouvé cher par rapport au prix de l’appartement, car il n’était pas très agréable. Il y avait beaucoup de déchets sur les trottoirs et l’ensemble du quartier semblait ancien et mal entretenu. Cependant, les habitants étaient adorables et le pays magnifique. Nous avons pu visiter de nombreux endroits intéressants, et c’est ce que je retiens avant tout. J’espère que des améliorations seront apportées à l’appartement pour offrir un meilleur confort aux futurs visiteurs.

We stayed at this Airbnb whilst our house was under renovation. It has everything you need for your day to day and it was confortable.

Positive: Relativ curat Negative: Patul dublu era deja rupt când am ajuns si părea că este așa de ceva timp! Am sunat la cei de la cazare si păreau surprinși. Totul părea că se dezmembrează la fiecare atingere iar canapeaua din living room era foarte murdară! Deasemenea, am fost 5 persoane și a trebuit să dormim pe canapea. Am luat legătura cu gazda și nu a putut să îmi spună unde este lenjeria pentru canapea. A trebuit să folosesc cuvertura unuia din paturile din dormitoare!

Just nasty! Positive: The location was nice regarding to fast food and grocery shopping, we didn't usually have to wait too long for a response from property managers but that was it, there was nothing else positive about our stay. Negative: To start we asked for an early check-in and they said that couldn't be done since they need all this time to clean as they have very high standards regarding cleanliness. That is fair and nothing to have feelings about, we saw that as a possitive as we do like our vacation home clean, but when we finally arrived it was very obvious that this place has not been cleaned for a very long time! Every single wall was dirty, and very noticeably so, same with the couch, windows, stove, airfryer, toilet and mirrors. We vould see that the rug upstairs had been vacumed but the rug under the diningroom table had not been cleaned as we found £1, crumbs and dirt on it. Someone had put toilet cleaner in the toilet bowl and it just sat there so the toilet was not cleaned but the entire property smelled of toilet cleaner. There was spiderwebb in every corner and on all lightfixtures, old and new, and some was just collecting dust and other insects. The blinds in the livingroom were broken, the kitchen sink does not hold water, the knob to turn the water off and on is loose and we noticed that the water (and soap) from dishwashing goes straight out and into the garden. There were so many trash bags in the garden and they smelled horrible in the heat!! The laundry rack was broken, and with the trashbags in the garden, so we had to clean it and prop it up to use it because there was no other way to dry our clothes. The washing machine worked but it is starting to mould!! The trashcan in the kitchen was broken, dented and dirty. The bed in the smaller bedroom was broken so one wrong move in the night and the matress falls off the panels and on the floor/trash that was under the bed. We are not so sure that the bed linen was changed in between guests as we found dead spiders on one of the pillow and another under the cover!! The beds in the bigger room are no good and you can feel the springs on your back and it is all bumpy.

Disgusting was offered a 10% discount but didnt get it Negative: Wasn’t clean at all horrible smell when we walked in. One mug between three of us which had a big chip in it, no teaspoons no forks,had to buy washing up bowl as the water didn’t stay in the sink,was supposed to have an iron and there wasn’t one,had to wash all the pots and pans before we could use them as they were filthy,floors had been cleaned and was sticky , rubbish left at the front door we went in on a Sunday bin men dont come until Wednesday

Great and comfortable Positive: It was very convenient and easy to reach. Arrived in pouring rain and getting into the property was easy and quick. It was excellent considering we only booked it short notice. Great communication. Negative: We didn't quite know what to do with certain types of waste, so we took some back with us. Some lightbulbs needed checking.

Passable. Positive: House was modernised to a reasonable standard, warm and the neighbours were quiet. Negative: Not as well equipped as it should be to host 3+ people.

Firstly, the accommodation was dirty. The kitchen utensils were all dirty and had food left on them. There was dirt everywhere in the house, especially the dining chairs which had food all over them. It overall felt unclean. Online it stated there was underground parking, there was not. The house was advertised as an apartment but the images do not match up to the description, very misleading. It is a house on a street with no designated parking. There were bottles of soap left in the bathroom half used and open. The hosts were hard to contact when needing assistance and didn’t offer any solution to our problems, so overall I am not impressed. I have stayed at other AirBnB’s and have had a much more pleasant experience.

Cosy and cute Positive: It was furnished very nice and great location. Negative: Bedding could have been better. The pillows were not the greatest.
