Excellent - thank you ! Positive: The house was well organised and beautifully clean. Communication was good and the helpline were very friendly when I had extra questions. Negative: The entry to the property from the main road was quite hard to find- it took us three passes and it is quite a distance to find a safe turning space. A larger sign and clearing the mirror of vegetation would have made it easier/safer especially as we have a car with a long bonnet.
We loved our stay here: everything was very clean and new. It was great having so many bathrooms and the bedding and towels were good quality. Everything was wonderful, thank you!

Really well presented & equipped property. Very comfortable & ideal location for us. The only reason I haven't given this a 5 star rating overall is that there were no recycling facilities... all rubbish to go in black bin!! ... so we brought all our recyclable cans, glass, plastics & cardboard home with us!
Lovely few days at Morley Cottage. Grandkids loved the Cinema room! Nice comfy beds and plenty of loos!
Great airbnb in a beautiful location. Hosts communicated very well with us and we were very happy with the level of professionalism.
We stayed here for a long weekend and honestly didn't want to leave. The cottage has so much character. You can tell real thought has gone into it. The setting is gorgeous, proper woodland all around, and it felt completely tucked away from the world. Barnstaple is only a short drive if you need to stock up, and the North Devon beaches are close enough for a day trip without feeling rushed. Check-in was straightforward, and everything was clean and well set up on arrival. Only thing worth knowing is the mobile signal is patchy — but honestly that just added to the switch-off vibe. Would definitely book again.
