Pleasant stay in well maintained accommodation Positive: Clean accommodation. Large living area Decorated to a good standard Quiet area Good parking Negative: Location was a 15-20mins from the two beach's which was a little far to walk with a 3years old. Smells damp in the entrance corridor but doesn't when in the living space. Attic access is narrow steep stairs but wasn't a major issue.

Great few days for a family of 4. Extremely comfy beds ans great shower. Had everything we needed. Will def return Positive: Great location, only 10 min walk to town. Beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. Had everything we needed. Parking was a little tricky at times but lots of other areas to park close by. Negative: Nothing. Had everything we needed

This was a great little flat in Scarborough, 1 mile from most of the main attractions. Us as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) got about easily on foot and enjoyed our stay. The flat was clean and tidy, it had everything we needed for our weeks stay. very well presented thank you

Beautiful apartment overall Positive: The apartment is a great size(bar the bathroom). Beautifully decorated. The living room and bedrooms are especially nice. Although I have pointed out quite a few bits I didn't like overall the apartment is lovely. Negative: As we opened the front door there was a smell of cat pee. Only in that area but it did stay the 3 nights we were there. Personally I wouldn't recommend it for young children as there are a lot of ornaments/vases/reed infusers. My children are 5 and boisterous, we were on edge the whole time. Only one tea towel provided. No cleaning products but you need to clean and tidy before you leave. We left anti bac wipes and washing up liquid. Only one bin in the kitchen & it is small. Only one bin liner given. It is slightly out of the way. Great for the train station but after a long day on the beach it does feel like a long walk especially for children.

A lovely stay at a beautiful apartment. Really clean, modern and fresh. A short walk to the Stephen Joseph Theatre where I was working for the week.

Overall it is an excellent property you should be proud of Positive: We had a problem with the key code, we had been sent the wrong number for the code but it was rectified. Negative: The property was exceptional, the surrounding buildings and gardens were in a very bad state. It is such a shame that this apartment was surrounded by such neglect. I understand there is nothing you can do to improve the outlook, which seems a massive shame

Excellent Positive: Lovely & clean & modern. All rooms were decorated to a high standard. Facilities in the property were good Negative: We had a problem connecting to WiFi as the name of WiFi that was given on information was actually different to the one that comes up on your phone when you are searching. Only a small issue.

Positive: Nice big two bed apartment, very tastefully decorated and comfortable. Nice to have an outside space. Negative: The only issue we had was the bathroom light wasn't working. We logged this on the Friday night to be fixed during our stay, but it wasn't. Luckily as it's summer we could shower in daylight hours..

Positive: Location and cleanliness Negative: Wheeley bins were not useable as the recycling bin was full of rubbish and the rubbish bin didn't have a lid.

spacious comfortable beautifully decorated & equipped accommodation Positive: spacious nicely decorated. outside area was a bonus. Negative: Pungent smell in the downstairs hallway which is disguised by diffusers in the fuse cupboards. This was mentioned in a previous review in September 2022 which it stated had now been addressed but clearly it hasn’t. I think maybe there is a damp issue? Thankfully, the smell did not linger upstairs to the living accommodation. Also the bamboo screening on the decking area has come away from the picket fence & broken in some areas needs replacing.

Positive: Pretty much everything. Mattress was very comfortable and property is rather spacious and well equipped. Negative: Lack of Wi-Fi.

Lovely Morgan's Rest! Positive: Beautifully presented apartment! Everything has been well thought out. Loved the outside balcony/seating area. Really clean and tidy, comfortable beds and was nice and quiet at night with it being situated at the end of a residential cul-de-sac. Negative: There were no bins supplied in the bedrooms, which could be added. No free WiFi, so ended up using quite a bit of data during the stay. No parking outside but scratch cards were provided for areas nearby.

The accomodation is easy to find, comfortable and furnished to a high standard. Unfortunately when we arrived there was an unpleasant smell in the hall and a smell of cigarette smoke in some of the living areas. We informed the hosts of this who have apologised and have advised they will rectify this with the cleaning company used. Otherwise the apartment appeared to be clean and was well maintained.
