We had a lovely stay here as a group of 6 - the location was perfect for exploring all Brighton has to offer! Beautiful, spacious house in a quiet location. The beds/pillows were really comfy and we had everything that we needed. It was a lovely touch that games were available to play. Thanks for a fab stay!
Great location! No complaints but my advice to big groups planning to stay is that you do have to be very conscious about the noise. This was included in the description, however there’s lots of signage around the home which did make us quite paranoid to have a good time. Not a negative but perhaps rethink staying here if you’re a loud bunch.
A great house in an excellent location - quiet street but close to everything you need. Lots of space for a big group and loads of crockery etc. Comfy beds!
Overall, the Airbnb was a pleasant place to stay. The location, in particular, was excellent – within easy walking distance to a supermarket, the sea, and the high street. The home itself was nicely presented and had potential to be very comfortable. However, the living room felt quite cluttered, which made it a bit less relaxing to spend time in. More importantly, cleanliness wasn’t consistent throughout the house. The bathtub, bed linen, and parts of the living area could have used a more thorough clean, which did detract from the overall comfort of the stay. While the host was responsive and quick to reply to messages, unfortunately, he wasn’t particularly helpful. For instance, I asked for images of the cot room and clarification on the size of the floor mattresses – fairly basic details – but he wasn’t able to provide them. That lack of support made it harder to plan and get settled in smoothly.

Amazing! Positive: We had an amazing time staying at this property. The house was modern, comfortable and very clean. The location was amazing with a 5 minute walk to the beach and near everything (we didn’t have to get an uber or taxi anywhere it was all within walking distance.) Overall, would definitely stay again :) Negative: The only thing that we had trouble with was the upstairs toilet sink would get blocked after using it and it would take a while for the water to leave the sink.
Comfortable welcoming house in a great spot, spoiled by a lack of cleanliness Positive: It’s in a great location with a short walk to the beach or into town. Negative: The house was a little tired and in need of some updating, it was dirty and really needed a professional deep clean. The room I stayed in still had a bin full of rubbish from the previous visitors. The bathroom sink is blocked, and the hot water ran out after 3 showers.
great place, was clean and provided tea bags and cleanup products. plenty of kitchen ware, and a load of board games for families
Great house and good communication. Only thing was that the how was pretty dusty when we arrived. All linens and bathrooms were clean though. Great location and super good for kids with a cot room and lots of toys.
Nice but not quite as good as its description would have you think Positive: Not too far from a few fun areas.. easy enough to walk from… Negative: Not quite as ‘sanctuary’ as the adverts make out
We really enjoyed spending time in this lovely house. Positive: It is a lovely bright house with a great Brighton feel about it. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. It was very quiet at night. Negative: There are two toilets, separate from the bathroom, which is useful, but they are very small, with glazed doors which seems a little odd. You can hardly turn round in them. The curtains in two of the bedrooms do not cover the window.
Disappointing Positive: Good location Negative: Dirty bedding, floors weren’t swept/hoovered. Balconies were inaccessible despite being advertised. Property listing displayed a bathroom we didn’t have access to. No house manual for WiFi code or what to do with bins.
Positive: 1 location. good 2 style,decor, we really enjoyed it 3 well equipped 4 Beds very good but difficult to get out of for less able folk!! 5 linen great..but hairs on everything 6 Great that there were two irons and 2 boards Negative: 1.toilets..very small, only one shower 2 bedroom curtain scrunched in corner on floor with mayonaise wrappers .! 3 lounge curtain hanging off. 4 dishwasher full , 5 Windows, paintwork in and out very scruffy./dusty 6 cigarette and gum next to irons. 7 Occupants below had to clean back terrace before they could sit out.and woke us to with difficulties gaining initial access 8 It simply lacked pride in readiness by the cleaning agent for next occupants tinging an otherwise fabulous stay

Prettig huis met voldoende ruimte. Erg centraal gelegen. We hebben er fijn gezeten.
