Excellent stay at this property place was unbelievable modern. Look forward to coming back again

Had a nice stay but don’t think we will stay there again as there was nothing at all nearby. Positive: It was very clean and modern , comfortable house. Negative: It was a bit far out from the centre of York , can’t understand why it is called minster views when nowhere near the minster, also the lighting in the hall and stairs was on for too long and far too bright, also need some curtains in the bedroom as far too bright in there , there was an outside patio but there wasn’t any seating a bit of a waste of space .

Had a great stay here for my friends birthday! People noted that the walk into York was beautiful along the riverside and only took 20-30 minutes. The Airbnb was so modern, clean and spacious and perfect for a weekend away in York! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

There were fag butts left outside by back door also needs another loo it’s a 20/25 min walk into town

Perfect stay - provided everything we needed to feel at home. House was really clean and beautiful! Just under 30 minute walk into the centre of York with a lovely walk along the river and taxis were easy and cheap to get back at the end of the day. Really enjoyed our time in York and would not hesitate to stay here again!

This was a clean and comfortable place to stay. However, I cannot recommend a place that prioritizes profit over comforts as simple as toilet paper. There is only one bathroom, and one spare roll of toilet paper. This is the 'starter roll,' they said. Nope, not buying it. Guests should have ample toilet paper. We were in four Airbnbs over several days. The others had plenty of toilet paper. Guests should also be aware that the bedrooms are on the second and third floors, and are only reachable by a narrow, steep stairway. The landing at the top of the stairs can be tricky when moving from the bathroom to the hallway. Trips are possible, and a member of our group caught their foot wrong, and had a good fall, which fortunately went toward a bedroom, but could have been bad. I also appreciate when Airbnbs also include things as simple as olive oil and salt/pepper. This has nothing at all to aid in cooking. Pots/pans/plates/utinsils, etc, but nothing else.

great location with large park on street great for walking our french bulldog and for my son to kick around his football. also beautiful walking route along the river to city centre which took about 20 minutes.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a great base for our weekend and a really nice, easy walk (mainly by the river) to get into the centre of York. The house is clean and well equipped and perfect for what we needed. Thank you

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this house during our trip to York for the races. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and had plenty of space for our group of friends to relax and enjoy our weekend together. The location was perfect—convenient for getting to the racecourse as well as exploring York itself. The bedrooms were comfortable, the living areas were welcoming, and the house had everything we needed for an stress-free stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We would happily return and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting York, whether for the races or a city break.

Fantastic house , beautifully decorated and spotless! One thing that would have been nice and appreciated is a small welcome pack, like tea coffee milk sugar etc , we’ve stayed in many Airbnbs before and have always received a welcome pack of some kind.

We used this air bnb as a little get away with some friends. Perfect location, 25minute walk into the city centre following the riverside but also an easy 5 minute uber in/out also available! The accommodation was perfect for what we needed it for - clean - modern and good eye appeal - good size bedrooms - lots of amenities We were really happy here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The place was spotless and seemed newly renovated. I think we may even have been the first guests to stay after the renovation. The house was very modern, beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, and it had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Positive: Booked this property last minute on the morning of going to York. Property was immaculate, was like walking into a show home. We had 2 night here. The house is beautiful, would 100% stay here again if going to York. Only a 8-10 mins to city centre. Negative: Loved everything about the property, the only negative was having to check out at 10am was just a little early for us, 11am would of been a lot better but apart from that it was great
