“Mill House was perfect for our weekend family gathering. Photos and description were accurate and it was clean and well stocked. The snooker table just off the dining area was a lovely addition as it kept us all together when not sitting in front of a roaring fire. Lovely location, would recommend.”

“Genuinely very impressed with this property. My friends and I had a fantastic weekend and didn’t want to leave! Impressively clean for a historic property of this size. The garden was much bigger than expected and the rooms felt more spacious than the pictures. Lots of little quirks and lovely bits of art and books. Easy self check-in with keysafe. Beautiful surroundings and lovely local walks. Long private driveway. The only tiny downfall was that for a stay of 9 people for 3 nights, we were only provided with one black bin bag. I called the host (an agency) to ask where they kept them, and the American operator was friendly but didn’t seem to know the property intimately, and her response was that they tend to only provide one refuse bag per stay per property so that was that. A bit strange, especially as you’re expected to take the indoor bins out to the big ones in driveway before end of stay. Other than that, fantastic house and would highly recommend!”
