The place was really nice and the area was lovely. Very comfortable beds. Really enjoyed staying here and would definitely come back again.

Nice little cottage. Wood burner was lovely and very close to beaches perfect for dog walkers.
Unfortunately as much as we wanted to love our stay, overall the bad outweighed the good Pros: Lovely location & property* Confined front and back patios for dogs Good parking Good location for getting to Bridlington (only if you have a car) Cons: Very dusty and cobwebs in all the windows Dirty floors Not enough towels Washing machine was filthy and filled with mould, had to clean this myself as we were travelling with a baby Could hear absolutely everything from the apartment above, even the dishwasher running Both me and my niece were bitten by bed bugs There was a log burner in the property and 4 logs left for us to use, but no kindling and the matches box was empty Bedroom curtains were pointless, there was even a window in the bedroom just left uncovered Cot and highchair were not provided on check in Check in instructions not provided and we had to go find the owner to tell us how to get into the property who was not happy Big hole in lounge wall which was v draughty!
perfect! Positive: beautifully decorated, charming, homely, comfortable, well equipped, both bedrooms had their own bathrooms. we booked last minute due to an unplanned cancellation and we were so happy with our choice. we will definitely be returning! Negative: nothing
