It was peaceful.perfect location for us literally 15 minute drive to Whitby and very local beach was amazing to watch al Positive: Very homely feel to it. Beds were super comfy. Saw reviews on the sofa saying not comfortable but I disagree they were fine but I’ve noticed these have been changed so not the same as the ones in the pictures. Loved the little touch of night lights so my children loved those too. LOVE that it’s dog friendly too and it was perfect playing hide and seek. The heating system was amazing too really quickly warmed up Negative: It’s not a dislike but I think it would have been a nice touch to have a bag of logs for the fire. I struggled with the oven as no instructions (non were available on the welcome app) but good old you tube was to the rescue.

GuestAirbnbSep 2025

The house was lovely and even had a friendly cat to entertain the kids! Everything was clean and tidy, had an amazing local shop a couple of minutes walk away and also easy to get the bus into Sandsend or Whitby. It was quite tricky to find as it isn't directly on the main road, the map pin wasn't in the correct place and we ended up having to ask a friendly farmer for directions! I'd recommend this house to others for sure 😊

GuestAirbnbSep 2025

Wonderful cottage in a beautiful location Would highly recommend a visit for families and groups looking to get away for some peace from the day to day

GuestAirbnbJul 2025

Avoid if you can! A review is pointless as nothing changes at this property - these issues have been highlighted many times over the years. It is tired and needs serious money spending on decorating, refurbishing the bathrooms and the garden. The cleaners have an impossible task - the oven needs a deep clean. We were sent 3 different addresses which meant a long time talking to Tesco and additional cost in cancelled orders and no tea for small children. We were promised a dedicated work station which was a tiny table and a bedroom poof.

GuestAirbnbJun 2025

Great stay in a lovely home. Perfect for families with children. The ‘Village Shop’ is great to purchase essentials, plus it has a wonderful ‘Tea Garden’.

PeterBooking.comMay 2025

Would definitely not be coming back nobody reached out to us with the issues regarding no fridge. Negative: Sent over half a dozen emails with regards the fridge freezer not working and all i got was some third party being unhelpful. Even though everyone was aware we had a one year old in the party and my wife’s medication that needed to be chilled. Cleaning standards also poor. All this for a premium price of £400 per nights stay. Did i mention all the trip hazards all around the front entrance. We even had to borrow a fridge from the nearby pub and carry it over and back at the end of our stay. Zero support from the host, so poor. Some people just want to take your money and put their head in the sand. Just as well you have so much sand in the surrounding area. BTW thanks to Chris and his lovely wife for saving the day in the Stiddy Pub.

JamieBooking.comMay 2025

Great place for families visiting Whitby. Positive: Location great. Place was everything we needed. Negative: Sofas were a bit too uncomfortable so couldn't really use them. No sign near road so took us ages to actually find the property. In the end we had to ask someone in the pub who luckily knew where it was. A simple sign or map sent with info on before checking in would be all that is needed.

Comfortable accommodation Positive: Nothing. My family picked this accommodation as it was close to my nieces wedding Monday just gone. Very happy with everything.

GuestAirbnbMar 2025

This was our second time staying here. We loved last year so much we decided to return, given we knew the area, knew where we wanted to visit, eat etc. When we arrived the property was freezing cold but from last year’s visit we remembered about the log burner and got the fire going and it seemed to warm up pretty quick! The remainder of the weekend the heating wasn’t on (or if it was extremely low) at 16 degrees, difficult when you have a baby with you to try keep warm. We followed the instructions provided with no luck. The fire did the job in the living room but all bedrooms were uncomfortably cold. The property has masses of potential, the size of the rooms, location and the garden would be wonderful in summer, but the little things let us down this time. Lack of heating, broken fence panels, aged decor, poor cleaning, no instructions for the oven - it’s such a shame as we would have been back every year if it was kept at the same standard as it was last year 😅

Great long weekend with the family Positive: Nice large house with great bedrooms and kitchen area. Great private garden at the back of the house which was good for dogs. Negative: All good

GuestAirbnbNov 2024

This place is excellent, and I can give it 5 stars. It is clean and comfortable, has a great location The decor and amenities are beautiful, and the place is family-friendly, quiet, and relaxing. I can recommend this place 100%

GuestAirbnbOct 2024

Really nice great for a large family had everything you could need for a break away nice location would definitely recommend

JulieBooking.comAug 2024

We as a family with adult children and grandchildren had a lovely stay Positive: Very quirky property, lovely location with a private garden, great for dogs and children. Plenty of room for us all. Well appointed house. Beds very comfortable. Negative: Downstairs radiators don’t come on, upstairs does. So house was quite cool on an evening downstairs. No logs for the log burner. Possibly radiators to be bled before winter. That’s the only negatives.

GillianBooking.comAug 2024

Very very disappointed with what should have been a lovely family weekend Positive: N/A Negative: Didn't like the fact that we had no hot water for three days of our break which was very difficult with five adults, a toddler and a baby! Wasn't happy with the lack of support regarding the hot water situation!

GuestAirbnbAug 2024

Great home for a family getaway. The place wasn’t sparkling clean sadly but it was ok. Take essentials with you like toilet roll, dishwasher tablets, bin bags as minimal provided. If you want to eat out I recommend pre booking the pub across the road, it’s lovely but we struggled to get in. More things down in sandsend which is walkable but very steep hill. Again, during busy times I’d recommend booking any restaurants there too. The house is a great size and all bedrooms presented really well. The garden was great but could have done with a bit of TLC, a few nettles etc. Location great just a few minutes drive to sandsend and ten mins to Whitby. We walked along the beach from sandsend to Whitby then got the bus back which stopped pretty much outside the house.

GuestAirbnbMar 2024

Gorgeous accommodation for a big family escape. Very close driving distance into Whitby and Sandsend. Nice big bedrooms and plenty of space so we didn’t feel crowded. Very responsive hosts and impressive online guestbook with local recommendations!

SarahBooking.comJan 2024

Good accommodation- close to Whitby Positive: Excellent property. Good location with plenty of room for families. Big kitchen good for mealtimes Negative: Cooker is a nightmare to use and is dirty inside which creates a real burning smell when you can eventually get it to work.

GuestAirbnbNov 2025

Nice home and accommodated all of us nicely including 2 dogs. Nice walk to the beach at Sandsend quite a steep climb but walkable. A good walk into Whitby too which was nice. Property good and as described a little cold near the windows and the thermostat time was off so heating came on at random times. Would stay again as cheaper than staying in Whitby itself

jasonBooking.comFeb 2025

Positive: Not pet friendly, fine panel missing meaning not secure had to stay outside in the freezing cold watching my dogs actions at all costs Thermostat set at 10 degrees house was freezing No guest book, WiFi password not given, couldn't be found. Shame.as house was nice but poorly managed and if that falls on agents responsibility then shame as not doing a good job. Loved the house overall amd looked for a xmas booking but at 2100 for 5 nights not worth it Negative: As above

GuestAirbnbJul 2024

We absolutely loved our short stay in Lythe. The location is so lovely and perfect for access to nearby towns. Accommodation was cosy, spacious and comfortable with a really nice private garden, perfect for the dog! Would absolutely recommend.

GuestAirbnbJan 2024

We have just returned from a 2 night stay and were happy with the property. Like other comments - the property is in need of a really good clean, especially the oven and cupboard doors within the kitchen. It could also do with a lick of paint as some of the areas are looking very tired. It generally lacked the personal touches compared to other Airbnb's we have stayed in. I suppose that's due to it being a host and stay property - although, this is the first host and stay we have stayed at. Apart from this, the property itself is very nice, spacious and has a secure garden which is perfect for dogs. The location is very good but the property is a bit difficult to find as the sat nave directs you elsewhere. The village isn't very big so we found it with a bit of detective work. The local pub was lovely, great staff and very good food - worth a visit. All in all, a good property but could have been perfect with a little bit TLC.

Had a great time with the friends, very spacious house and lovely garden, everything we needed in the kitchen and some games for us to play. We had some wonderful weather so the garden was great. We took 3 cars and all fit on the drive. The local shop and tea room is wonderful. Bus stop right outside and buses always on time to go into sandsend/whitby. Communication from host was great, very clear instructions.

GuestAirbnbMay 2024

Clean and spacious house, but only 3 in our party. Lovely location with excellent walks, and plenty of places for eating out. Minimum of necessities left; no welcome pack. Felt pressured into paying a deposit for damage waiver, and still waiting for this to be returned 2 weeks after returning home.

GuestAirbnbJan 2024

This is a lovely guest house for a larger group! The rooms are really nicely decorated and the bedrooms are all very cosy. It is only lacking in some minor amenities: not enough coffee pods for each guest for each day, only one tea towel, the towels were stained, and there were no basic kitchen items (like oil) which was a shame! But still a lovely place to stay, just make sure you bring everything!

nice location and enjoyed it eventually. Positive: House was well styled with comfy clean beds and plenty of room Negative: Needed deep clean. No soft seating for outside only a rustic bench for 6 we were a party of eight. Garden was rough. Window needed a good wash outside. Shower with dirty corners. Oven and grill had not been cleaned after the the last residents. Some walls needed a paint.

We really enjoyed our stay and to find somewhere that would accommodate 6 adults and 4 dogs was a bonus

The cottage was superb and good for the money. l do think the cleaning charge needs to be reviewed. a few areas in the kitchen need addressing, especially the cooker putting foil over the dirty racks does not on my oppionion make the oven clean. the oven really does need a deep clean. the walls in the kitchen round the bin needed cleaning for the charge of £125 for a clean is not good

AlexanderBooking.comJan 2024

Positive: The Farmhouse is amazing, so much room, quiet, beautifully decorated and designed. Great value for money. We will definately try to come back and stay longer. Negative: Directions/Signage, luckily the local pub was very happy to show us where to go. Apparently it happens alot!

Middle farmhouse cottage was an excellent location for a couple of days break. The village shop is next door and had a few local groceries etc. The pub in the village is closed so nowhere within walking distance for food/drink. The cottage is really nice, but you can tell its service cleaned. It was missing the real personal touch of some of the places we have stayed. Communication from host excellent, we paid extra for late check out. Plenty of space for 6 people staying at the same time and room for 2 cars parking. Recommend a trip to Ravenscar to watch the seal colony from a distance (it’s a v steep walk back up) and fossil hunting at staithes

Lovely spacious cottage, plenty of room for 6 adults a baby and a dog for my dads 70th, lovely local pub a 2 min walk away and short drive to coastal hotspots. Potentially could offer a few more amenities in the property such as more dishwasher tabs/bin liners and a few logs for the fire would have been lovely but other than that we really enjoyed our stay

EmmaBooking.comOct 2026

We had a great time. It was perfect for what we were looking for in this area and at a good comparable price Positive: We loved our stay at the start of half term. 2 families , 4 adults, 4 children. The property is a really good size and is so close to Sandsend. The property felt modern, clean and the beds were comfortable. The garden was enclosed and really good size - we imagined this would be lovely in sunny weather! The central heating wasn’t working when we arrived and as the weather had turned but the staff were great and it was sorted in 2-3 hours and then the property was lovely and warm. Negative: The main bathroom is very small but perfectly adequate. If you are staying in the bedroom downstairs the bathroom facilities are a bit of a distance but it was easily manageable.

PippaBooking.comOct 2026

Started poorly and just became worse. House needs a thorough clean and new mattresses Positive: Sadly there was very little to recommend our stay although the village of Lythe had a great community shop which is well worth a visit . The view from the windows showed a broken garden fence surrounding an ill kept lawn looking out onto a back yard of other cottages. Host and stay provided out of date instructions on where to find the property citing the local pub , the Red Lion as a reference point. The Red Lion pub was renamed The Stiddie before Covid 2020. Every member of our group encountered some issue finding the place . A simple sign in the hedge would have made the experience a lot easier. The booking in time of 4pm was quite late although we were offered an earlier option for a fee and the option of extending the leaving time again for a further fee. This information was offered quite close to our booking when arrangements had already been made although I paid an additional £40 so we could leave later than 10am on our day of departure. Despite this I received an email at 7am on our departure day reminding me to leave by 10am as the housekeeping team would be arriving. When I replied stating I had paid extra to extend our departure I received another reply saying the email was automated . Host & stay have been poor with communication after I submitted a complaint , at one point ghosting me completely and only the threat of legal action prompted them to then reply . They claim to have investigated my complaints , well exceeding their time frame of 7 to 10 days and in admission of guilt have offered 15% off a future stay at a property managed by them. Given my experience I would not want to use them for any future trips . Please read all the issues we encountered and look at the photos of the filthy mattresses and stained pillows Negative: On arrival I noticed a large stain on the carpet in the living room. The log burner had a broken brick and only one light in the kitchen was working properly. I reported this immediately to Host & Stay , who replied asking if we required a maintenance team to fix the light. Given we were staying over a weekend I wonder whether anyone would have turned up but I replied saying it would be ok . The cottage was initially very cold but the central heating fired up and it was warm. The towel rails in the bathrooms become dangerously hot and we discovered the oven was not working properly. We tried to access the digital handbook sent by Host and Stay to switch off the towel rails but the tabs would not open and give any access to any information. An old fashioned folder with instructions for the appliances would have been much better. The dishwasher was so worn it was hard to tell which buttons were which to start that. The kitchen was poorly stocked with utensils, we were not able to cook a Sunday lunch and only one tea towel had been provided. Prior to departure we stripped the beds , horrified to find no mattress covers on the single mattresses . This mattresses were badly stained with what looked like blood on one and a huge stain on the other which looked like someone had wet the bed at some point. The mattress in the master bedroom was filthy full of popcorn and crumbs under the sheet. The pillows in this room were also old and stained. I immediately rang Host & Stay and sent photographic evidence . The communications I have received since have come from a different person every time , and the company is trying to wriggle out of their responsibilities under the consumer act of 2015. I am not generally given to complaining , a weed ridden garden and lack of tea towels would not be of issue but the filthy beds along with what I consider to be a health and safety and welfare concern of the unadjustable boiling hot towel rails are major issues.

GuestAirbnbOct 2026

Overall accommodation was ok, lovely location and well appointed house with plenty of space, however customer service was poor when trying to resolve an issue with the heating. On arrival (~1900) the heating wasnt working, fair enough things break, however, this was reported at 1930 and 2100 using Airbnb chat, along with several unanswered calls to their customer service number. The first response from the host wasnt until 2245, with a copy paste of the thermostat instructions, I had to message again to ask for an engineer to come fix the boiler. There was no contact to arrange this until 1230 the next day, but from this point onwards the host became responsive and arranged a time for the engineer to come and the problem was resolved. We just had to endure a very cold first night due to their slow initial response. I dont think it is unreasonable for a large business host to be able to fix these issues out of office hours. Had this been resolved quickly I would give 5 stars.

GuestAirbnbOct 2026

We had a lovely stay here for a family weekend. House was so spacious and we enjoyed family dinners in the kitchen. Beds were super comfy and the house was overall clean and presentable. Location was a bit hard to find but the team were super helpful in assisting us to find it. We came into Lythe via sandsend so the turning was on the left side rather than the right. Might be helpful to know for anyone else staying. Overall was a great stay and we are already looking to come back!

ToniBooking.comOct 2026

We had a great stay and would definitely book again Positive: Very spacious and comfortable, it had everything we needed Negative: Lots of cobwebs and dust

GuestAirbnbSep 2026

I was impressed by the QR code with a comprehensive guide to the property. I would have taken the bed home with me if I could! Really great but two things to note: - The back garden had a gate that didn't close fully behind some bushes so if your dog is small and committed to escaping, that may be a concern. It was fine with our dog though. - There are two sets of stairs which are both quite steep. My toddler was obsessed with them and the set in the living room aren't easy to conceal from toddlers. If your child doesn't use stairs safely, that may be worth considering.

Middle Farmhouse was ideal for our family holiday. As grandparents we stayed in the downstairs bedroom leaving the upstairs accommodation for our son, daughter in law and their young family. The house is tastefully decorated with nice furniture, art work & homely touches. The beds were comfortable too ! Sandsend beach was only 5 minutes by car which was lovely for the children & delightful Whitby nearby too. We also visited the aquarium in Scarborough. A lovely stay.

JulieBooking.comSep 2026

An enjoyable 2 night stay with family. Positive: It’s a lovely old building and very quiet surroundings. It has lots of character. A good base to see Whitby, sandsend, runswick bay. Plenty of room for everyone. Negative: It’s always quite cool downstairs. Radiators don’t seem to come on even if the thermostat temperature is increased. The garden could be made lovely. It’s very overgrown with the grass needing cut and trees, all needing pruned. Lots of weeds.

helenBooking.comAug 2026

Positive: We were really pleased with our stay. I was a little concerned after reading some of the reviews, but the owners must have acted on them as everything was really lovely. The place was definitely clean enough, the sofas were comfy and the little homie touches had been added such as washing up stuff / tea bags / coffee pods / washing machine tabs. The house itself was just perfect for us and the garden space was really nice too. Location wise also great and the bus service down the hill is reliable to avoid parking issues on busy days. We will definitely return! Negative: We would have liked an earlier check in option

JamesBooking.comAug 2026

Thanks for the great stay Positive: Great cottage , everything that was needed was there thank you . The cottage was fine in a lovely location with bedding changed and fresh towels etc . The kitchen area and living room was great with nice addition of board games for the kids to enjoy and a large TV for relaxing in the evening . The overall cottage was today and clean but I feel it would benefit from a deeper clean at times to ensure areas in bathroom / skirting boards and mirrors / cobwebs on lights etc are cleaned. This is by no means a negative but just what was seen in on our stay Overall I would recommend this cottage to anyone as it’s a great space in a lovely village and close the the beaches and nearby towns . Thanks Negative: Good cottage .

Positive: The location was great. Nice and peaceful. The cottage was lovely clean and plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 kids. Negative: Nothing

GuestAirbnbJul 2026

Pluses - Lovely interior of the cottage - even better than photos. Lovely bedrooms, spacious & plenty of room for all of us, including dog. Comfortable living room with good functioning smart TV. Quiet area & away from traffic, & small garden with table outside (for about 4 people comfortably). Cons - no manuals for equipment, either in kitchen or online, non- functioning of main oven, not a brilliantly equipped kitchen for so many people (fine for breakfast & light lunches), needs another ensuite for more than 4 people. Small toilet downstairs - toilet & washbasin clean, paintwork dirty. Difficult to get any in person help with oven equipment (we only had pizzas to warm up & had to do them one at a time under top oven grill which was primitive) - all communication was through chat box type of communication, which was unsatisfactory.

GuestAirbnbJul 2026

Lovely Cottage Large bedrooms Very nicely decorated Garden needed a mow and only had a picnic table, area was so peaceful and weather was fab, we would have liked more comfy outdoor seating ( 7 of us squished around a picnic table)

GuestAirbnbJun 2026

Property just off the main road through Lythe, easy to miss on first attempt, .first impressions the gardens weren’t maintained when we arrived, if elderly in party walkway through back door and gate garden tricky with gravelled walkway. As described inside property bedrooms spacious, living room and kitchen. Location ideal to Sands End, Whitby saltburn, runswick bay…wouldn’t class the walk down to Sands End as moderate hill as quite steep and not recommended for elderly , also after a pleasant afternoon, evening, you wouldn’t relish the walk back up. Gardener did turn up on 3rd day of our 4 night break and cut the front and side garden then left the back garden.? Great village shop 2 minutes away with home made cakes pastries. Overall enjoyed the stay and the above comments just info for other holiday makers to consider

GuestAirbnbJun 2026

The house was spotlessly clean and well presented as it appeared on the website. We followed the instructions for arrival and they were fine once we realised the last turning was a gateway. There were just about enough plates, bowls and cups for each meal but we could have done with extras for when the dishwasher was running. There were very few serving dishes and we could find no bowls for fruit or salad, no butter dish and no jugs. I also found communication quite challenging as I appeared to be communicating with a robot. That said the area is a lovely one and great for exploring Whitby and the moors.

RachelBooking.comJun 2026

Positive: The garden was large and enclosed, the bedrooms were spacious and the house was quiet. Negative: There are not many facilities in the local area but more if you take a short journey by car. We struggled to find the property as it was off the main road behind some houses.

What a fantastic home from home air bnb! The whole family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, very spacious and big, comfy beds. The location was perfect. We manged to visit many, different local beaches during our stay. We walked into Whitby one day and the bus service was good, even on the Sunday It would have been nice to have been provided with some logs for the fire, however the heating system was great. Unfortunately, on arrival we discovered that the boiler was in bits in the utility room and obviously not working. We wasted our first evening back and forth on the phone while an engineer was sent. Don’t believe the negative reviews - it’s gorgeous! Positive: Don’t listen to the negative reviews - beautiful decor, lovely location next to a beautiful beach, very comfy beds, the sofas were comfy despite some reviews saying they weren’t. This property is in a great spot and lovely, but could be a lot nicer. It wasn’t very clean in places and there’s no curtains in any of the bedrooms, so really light in the summer as the blinds let loads of light in. A few tweaks, deep clean and it would be great.

Lovely relaxing weekend Positive: Great location, lovely property. Negative: Not enough pans in the kitchen for the amount of guests. Luckily we travelled in a camper so had to use some of our own. No instructions on how to use the oven and it wasn't that simple. No wood/coal for fire (usually in holiday rentals you at least get the first burn provided. This would not put me off the property just improvements to improved guests stay. A guide to local area and walks would have been lovely as we discovered many hissed footpaths not on google maps.

We truly loved staying, the house it well maintained and so comfortable and the decor is lush Positive: The property is of a very high standard and the owners should be very proud of themselves Negative: Unfortunately we arrived late so in the dark and no torch walking around the back of the property, Unfortunately we arrived late, sat nav and map brought us to the exact location but we still couldn't see the cottage, Nobody in the area/pub knew where it was . It was the local fire brigade that helped in the end. I called the number on the message and it was a message only service. The call back took to long considering we were in need of help. This message is to help others it is not a criticism of a lovely lovely property

Beautiful property, lacked a little attention to detail with the cleanliness. Also a shame that there was no wood provided for the fire. Thankfully the campsite down the road sold a great starter pack at a good price. The local pub, The Stiddy, was welcoming and the food was very good.

Beautiful property, beautifully presented with super comfortable huge double beds, fantastic location, great kitchen and cosy sitting room . The garden was immaculate, we had a wonderful few days at this fabulous home. We have been many times to the area so knew where to go for great meals out and wonderful walks,it was a really good location very peaceful but with in the village.

Nice quiet area

Really fantastic property that I can’t fault, and we had a lovely time. I’m really disappointed about the hidden fees that were levied with about a week to go before the trip and, whilst technically in the rules and hidden away in the property’s small print, I think it’s really poor.

On going dispute with host and stay. Still waiting for the outcome and compensation claim.

Beautiful cottage in a lovely little village Positive: Lovely cottage and it had everything we needed. Had a lovely break. Thank you 😊 Negative: The grass was overgrown but I asked the neighbour to do our grass as a joke and we came back after a day out and it was done.

Nice spacious cottage in a great location. Would be nice to see a few basics in the cottage on arrival, hand soap, washing up liquid, condements etc...especially as you cannot gain access until late after 16.00 pm and local shop is closed. Would be nice to see the garden more appealing... Overall enjoyed the cottage and location, great pub in the village and lovely shop nearby.

The property was is a peaceful location, just of the main road. Close to the village pub serving fantastic pub food and very friendly. Walking distance to Sandsend if you don’t mind a hill but local bus is every 30mins from outside the pub, this will take you all the way to Whitby and in the other way to saltburn. The house is a great size, big garden and nice out door table for when the weather is better. The property itself is very well decorated. We had a great stay. Afew things to note although the property was very tidy on arrival it needs a really good dust and deep clean. The oven was particularly dirty. General supply’s normally found in an holiday lets like washing up liquid and surface cleaners are not supplied so take some with you. This did not dampen the stay though we had a great time and would return. The are is great for walkers and beach dwellers alike. The little community shop was very handy too. All in all great stay and great communication from host and stay.

Lovely cottage in great location. Bedrooms comfortable and nice lounge and kitchen/dinner. Friendly pub The Stiddy just across the road and superb fish from The Fish Cottage. Issues with kitchen cleanliness- reported and someone came out to rectify but the place would benefit from a thorough deep clean. Unfortunately wifi code did not work. Good communication from hosts and definitely recommended if the housekeeping arrangements can be improved.

The house is large and decorated really nicely. The keybox was easy to use for entry. We did struggle to find the place as it's not where the pin says it is, and had to ask in the local shop. In general it was clean, but not immaculate, and I had an orange stain on my towel when we arrived - some places could have done with more of a dust. We had an issue while we were there but the hosts were very responsive and came to sort it the next day while we were out. Fantastic location, 2 mins drive to Sandsend and 10 to Whitby. The damage waiver policy is quite annoying - make sure you're happy with that before you book. It was a surprise to us and I don't see why if we'd gone for the safety deposit it would have still cost a £10 admin fee to get our money back?! (Also thought it was a bit rich given some of the furniture was already broken!) All in all, had a lovely time here and would stay again.

Beautiful house in a fantastic location, the local pub 'The Spiddy' serves incredible food with fantastic service, a great home from home for a few days to explore the east coast.

Big house in a little village. Hard to find as it’s just off the main road. Beds are super comfy and had everything we needed.
