Recently modernised large family home. beautiful surroundings. very clean. excellent patio area for outdoor socialising. lovely views over fields and farm animals. Malvern hills only a few miles away. would stay again. thanks. Matthew and family

We had a fantastic stay here at Merrow Cottage. Beautiful views across neighbouring fields with friendly sheep. The house itself is immaculate and has everything you need to accommodate a family gathering or similar. Everything provided is high quality/ spec, which made our stay that more comfortable. We really enjoyed the house and it was private and located well for walking trails in the Malvern hills. If you’re using Google maps to navigate here, we found the best way is to use the coordinates option to get directions directly to the house. Highly recommended!

House was ideal for what we needed but we had problems with a leaking and blocked toilet, lights not working and a broken handle. Host and Stay were very poor at responding we were told to use towels to mop up the water and new ones would be provided...they were not. We understand things break but we needed help which was not forthcoming. We were told we would be contacted the next day and kept in the loop...we weren't. It took three phone calls and even then we had no visit from a plumber. The water had to be turned off in the downstairs ensuite for the whole of our stay which was unacceptable as it was the reason the house was booked for an elderly person. We were lucky the owner came round to apologise and we showed her the problem. Host and Stay were unhelpful and didn't seem to care about the issues we were having. We were promised things that didn't materialize even though Monday 29th and Tuesday 30th were working days. very very disappointed with Host and Stay.

I was very excited about this premium stay, but unfortunately we walked into many issues. Dead flies & used tissues in the bedroom my mother was using, toilet seats not fitted properly, cold showers and an overflowing toilet that filled two rooms with water. The house is beautiful but when I’m paying that much money I don’t expect so many problems. \n\nWhen I reached out about the issues I just get AI responses and discount for the next stay offers - it’s not really good enough. \n\nIf they improve the little things with this property, it has a lot of potential.

Lovely home for a weekend break away with friends. Plenty of bathrooms for us all. Comfortable bedrooms that were well decorated.

Lovely place for a quiet weekend pet friendly and everything was as described. Very happy with our stay. Only minor blemish is around lack of flexibility with checkin or checkout times. That aside everything was 5 stars.

Lovely cottage. Not sure the cleaners knew we were coming as still preparing the cottage, had to wait 30mins before allowed in. Beds were very soft, we all prefer a much firmer mattresses (personal choice). Only negative was that there were quite a few cobwebs in the property, behind TV, light stands, etc. noticed when switching the lights on and plugging in Firestick. Other than that great place to stay and explore.

The outdoor space and views were perfect for socialising, and communication from the host was responsive throughout.The only downside was the cleanliness. The cottage was quite dusty, the kitchen and nathrooms felt wiped over rather than properly cleaned, and we had to clean the fridge before using it. With a deep clean and a bit of TLC, this place could be absolutely perfect.

Another young family and mine stayed at this property two nights, one reason we booked was due to their listing saying it had two cots. We checked with the host a week before and they confirmed they did indeed have two cots and would be set up for us. On arrival there was only one not set up. We immediately contacted the host and it took 21 hours for them to come back to us with a clear answer that they only had one cot and not two! Even though they confirmed they had two! They said weren’t going to provide another cot for our second night with no reason why. We had already had a night without an extra infants bed! We’d had to compromise on safe sleeping with a child and the host did not care at all! This whole experience hindered our stay. It felt like their responses were AI generated and just repeated what we had asked back to us. If you want to speak to an actual person who cares - ring their number. It’s a big company and lack in human values.

Amazing house, amazing location Positive: The house was absolutely stunning, looked newly renovated, large rooms, huge kitchen with everything you needed, the huge patio was a pleasure to sit out on every night looking out onto a beautiful view over the fields, I would say the best accommodation I have stayed in. Negative: Nothing

We were really impressed by Merrow cottage. I'm not sure who took the photo's in the Air BnB listing but they didn't do the place justice. This is a really nice, well appointed property with plenty of space for our family get together. Spaces to congregate and socialise, as well as space to get away for some quiet down time. It's ideally located to make the best of what the local area has to offer, with plenty of very good places to eat, drink and make merry, as well as being well connected to the local footpath network.

We had a lovely stay at Merrow cottage. There’s we’re 4 adults and 3 children and we had plenty of space and a lovely outdoor area with beautiful views. The rooms were lovely and all well equipped, as were the living spaces.

really beautiful place, the view out the back into the field is wonderful. the living space is really spacious and very cosy, the kitchen is well equipped. the hosts were very easy to communicate with, a great stay!

Fab location and great accommodation Positive: We loved the location and the views over the fields with the sheep and lambs were very cute. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. We loved the little extras of shampoo, body wash and soap in each bathroom. The accomodation is well kept and clean. We would definitely stay again if visiting the area. Negative: We didn't like the toilet seats which all seemed to small for the toilets and they also moved when sat on. I think seats that fit the actual toilets would be best.
