My husband and 2 children stayed here and it was fantastic. We will be returning!! We loved it was outside the city but close enough to get to in just 20mins. Clean, easily accessible and a very responsive and friendly host. Thankyou for a great stay ☺️

Positive: Plenty of nearby places to eat and drink within walking distance. Accommodation was very comfortable with everything we needed as a family.

The flat was beautifully presented and spotless when we arrived. It had everything we needed for our 2 nights stay. The beds were very comfortable as was the settee. We were with our 4 year old and the property was child friendly. The check in instructions were very clear and we had no issues accessing the property. This was perfect for the weekend we had planned in Liverpool. Thank you so much for hosting us. I have already recommended this property to friends who will be coming to Liverpool soon. Thank you

Great value. Easy access to Liverpool city centre, as well as local amenities.

Het verblijf was zoals in de advertentie beschreven, rustige buurt, schoon ruim appartement, vaste parkeerplaats op het parkeerterrein, bij vragen reageerde de host snel en vriendelijk. Wij raden het zeker aan en komen met plezier nog eens terug.

Was perfect for our weekend visiting family, would stay again.

Property was clean and spacious.

Everything was exactly like we hoped. The apartment is really lovely and provides everything you need, especially the kitchen was well equipped. It’s just a short ride to the beach and about 15 minutes into the city with the car. The reserved parking space is a big plus! The communication was very friendly and helpful, especially when we had to move our booking date by one day on short notice.

Comfortable for our needs visiting family and friends. Positive: Room was very comfortable. Negative: It was quite noisy with local traffic, but that was to be expected. Fans in both bathroom and kitchen were extremely loud. Not the nicest of views, but again to be expected.

The stay was comfortable and cosy. Location is near the beach which was great!

I had a great stay at this accommodation. It was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything I needed for a pleasant experience. The host was friendly, helpful, and communication was excellent.

Feel like home !

Nice clean space for a base. Could hear neighbours easily. Comfy beds. A little more creature comforts would be handy, more hangers, toilet roll, salt. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place great location

apartment had a dedicated parking space near the entrance so getting bags up to the flat was easy in the lift. Apartment was exactly as described and was very nice. bathroom was very clean and it had an electric shower so no issue with hot water. location was good, a 10 minute walk to Waterloo Merseyrail station which goes in Liverpool city centre. lots of restaurants in easy walking distance and a Tesco Express 5 minutes walk up the road. Also about 20 minutes walk to Crosby Beach. If we visit Liverpool again we would definitely book there.

We didn’t receive the form with check in instructions on, so was stuck outside not being able to get in, we did enjoy our stay once we got in, apartment was spotless and so comfortable.

Negative: No human face to the business, asked for late check out by two hours and was shocked to be told I'll be charged £10 per hour if checking out late, not a good way to keep repeat customers. Some flexibility would help with a considerate amount

We had a lovely stay, perfect for the weekend away we used it for but would easily work for longer stays. About a 20 min drive into Liverpool, cost us about £15-£20 in a taxi. Quiet neighbourhood, theres a few shops just around the corner. There is only one permit parking space, but on an evening and a Sunday you can park on the street. Clean and tidy, we had no issues and would stay again.

Once we managed to find the apartment, it was a lovely space. Quiet and very good location for restaurants and the train. Everything was very tidy and clean. Parking just outside the door was very convenient.

The double bed was probably the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept in. Almost took it home with me! Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend. Check out was a bit early but that’s the only negative thing I have to say.

What an amazing find. The apartment was very spacious, clean and modern. Beds were extremely comfortable. Very relaxing and quiet. Location was perfect for amenities and metro station into Liverpool Central. We would definitely book again, we didn't want to go home! Thank you! ☆☆☆☆☆

We really enjoyed our short stay here. The beds were incredibly comfortable—I honestly had the best night’s sleep I’ve ever had in an Airbnb. The only slight challenge was finding the place at first, as two different addresses were provided, though that may have been more on us than anything else. Overall, it was a great stay, and if I’m ever back in Liverpool, I’d definitely return!

Great place to stay for a couple of days.Easy to find, available off street parking and spacious flat as per the photos. In the evening lots of local pubs and restaurants within walking distance.

Had a lovely stay at this apartment, had everything we needed, rooms were very spacious, the car parking was really handy. Overall really enjoyed our stay here, really nice modern apartment.

The instructions could have been more clear to get to the apartment. I didn't like that some instructions were on airbnb and some in a link guidebook. The entrance could have been specified and also which button to press (key) to then write the code. Also, the floor number (#2) wasn't specified so we had to search on a few floors to find the right one. The parking permit was missing which caused some worry about getting a parking ticket and we ended up having to find somewhere else to park which was very inconvenient and host was slow to respond and not reassuring. They could have contacted the owner of the parking lot to reassure us that if we parked in our spot nothing would happen. They stopped replying after 2 days with no update on the missing parking permit from the previous tenant. The place itself was clean. It was a bit loud at night hearing the cars passing by. Well-equiped kitchen. If the above issues are sorted, it is well located and a lovely apartment.

We had a great stay , visiting local relatives. The flat was of a high quality in particular very comfortable beds. The living area was big and well furnished. Good sized shower room. Very well equipped and good supply of basics. Parking arrangements worked well. Very likely to stay again.

Other than the problem with parking (someone was in the space allocated to the flat), we had a lovely stay. The flat is spacious and comfortable. We hope to return at some point!

Lovely Negative: The communication with Host and Stay was poor. They responded quickly and answered my calls but they kept sending me the wrong address, despite originally sending me the correct address.

Very clean and homely place to stay, kitchen was a little small to cook on but not a huge issue. Has everything you need to live out of for a week!

Positive: Spotlessly clean, would be a nice touch if there was some water in the fridge as we arrived late and hadn't found our bearings just yet Negative: Was lead to believe it was only a 30 min walk to the center but it was about 10 min drive or a 10 min walk to the train station then about 20 mins to the center, so that was a disappointing.

Comfortable stay. Only issue was parking although sorted in the end. Supposed to be allocated car space number 29 as in instructions but always another vehicle parked in it each day. Plenty of other spaces so just used one of those. Good location.

Positive: The apartment was spacious. Love the design Plants felt very healing. The Communication was amazing and lovely greeting. Communication throughout. Will stay longer next time :D

Excellent accommodation Positive: Very comfortable apartment. Modern, clean and generally very well equipped. The online guide was helpful in finding the apartment and for instructions. We really enjoyed our stay. Negative: Only very minor points that would have been helpful. There was no kettle to make a cup of tea, which is strange given there is a coffee machine with pods. There was only one hand towel between 4 people. Other than that it was very well equipped and we would definitely use this apartment and company again.
