Very luxurious stay. Peaceful and quiet. The grounds are really nice, and still in development. I would return.

Dirty stains covered around the property. Very well unorganised to communicate with guests. No rolling toilets in the place and no clothes hangers. Wasted way too much time to contact hosts to solve the those issues . Check in and out was extremely unfair as their ripping you off charging guests. There was no body shampoo nor there was hand-wash liquid, very noisy outside the property in the morning as it's located in main speed road. No extra duvets in the property as was promised there was on their website. I wouldn't recommend guests to stay in as I found was a bit doggy the way how I been treated and indeed very disappointed of how disorganised they were .

It was lovely and very comfortable but the small things just stopped us giving top review rating Positive: The lodge itself was gorgeous Comfortable beds and so spacious Negative: There was a few things that weren’t available such as no bin in bathroom and the one in kitchen was very small especially if there are 6 people staying There was missing bulbs in bedrooms no coat hangers in any of the bedrooms and the kettle in kitchen needs descaling we wasn’t able to use it because use of loose limescale

Excellent Lodge. Nice site.would recommend - but bring your own toaster! Positive: Location good. Negative: Virtually impossible to contact hosts - never available at reception or even by phone as we tried to contact them to see if they could supply a toaster or frying pan for the Lodge. My wife left a phone message which was never responded to.

The property is lovely, it was quite clean just not supplied very well.There was no soap, only one bath towel in each bathroom although we had identified 5 people would be staying. No garbage containers in the bathrooms. No bags for the kitchen bin. No light bulbs in the side lights in the second bedroom.Also no instructions on where the wifi code was located or local sights we might enjoy. No instructions on how to use the oven and the TV kept cutting out during programs. It was beautifully furnished but they need to fully equip it.

Great break in lovely accommodation Positive: Lovely modern lodge on very quiet and tidy site Negative: The lodge was slightly further away from Beverley than anticipated. About a 10 min drive but too far to walk. We used Uber tho which worked well

We had a really lovely stay at this lodge and felt lucky to be the first guests to experience it. Everything was brand new, which made the property feel fresh, clean, and very well presented. The setting and overall atmosphere were fantastic, and we really enjoyed our time there. As it’s a new listing, there were a few small teething issues. The dishwasher and electric stove weren’t working during our stay, and there were no dustbins available in the property, which made things a little inconvenient. That said, these felt like minor setup issues rather than ongoing problems. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this lodge.
