Stayed here for 8 weeks while working in Ipswich temporarily. Very central location but quiet. Parking is underground and a little tight but manageable. Great communication when needed from host and stay, and a nice cosy modern flat. Thank you.

Lovely Negative: The fact the lift was out of order from day 2

Nice appartement, as advertised, easy to reach by bus. 40 to 50 min to Adastral Park by bus. A stadion is nearby, was be a bit noisy, only on Saturday. 4th floor, elevator out of service. I would go again...

Only issue i found for me was parking is a little bit tight. Apart from that it was perfect

Niet verbleven Negative: We zijn binnen in het appartement geweest en gelijk weer vertrokken naar een hotel. Het was te warm en te gehorig in het appartement

Great stay! Good location, clear instructions, nice apartment. A bathmat and tea towel would have been helpful but that’s me being really picky! Would recommend x

I was in Ipswich for work and this was the perfect place to stay! Super convenient and clean + great cooking supplies.

AVOID! Truly one of the dirties places we have booked. It was not cleaned with stains all over the beds and hair all over the floor. Pans not clean and kitchen and bathroom not cleaned too.

It is a very central apartment in the centre of Ipswich. The living space was great. The bed was comfortable and the heating worked fine. However, the electric stove didn’t work at all. It kept on beeping so it needs to be fixed. Also when we used the oven and opened the door, the fire alarm went off! But taking away these downsides, everything else was perfect

The flat was perfect fit or breed and was in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definately rebook this location

The apartment was fully furnished with all the amenities available. The neighborhood is quiet and the building had a lift. It is close to grocery stores, around a 10-15 minute walk from the train station.

We had 2 horrible experiences with Airbnbs in Ipswich previous to this one so this was a godsend in comparison but even still. We got there and the bed sheets were dirty, we tried to message but the replies were slow and unresponsive. Despite this, we were offered no compensation/discount. We drove home and brought our own bedsheets to just solve the problem ourselves, luckily we’re local enough to do so but not ideal when you book an Airbnb. The rug in the living room was also filthy so we rolled it up and put it away. Other than that, it was fine. Flicker in the light was a little annoying but not a dealbreaker. It has great potential but just needs a deep clean in between stays and better maintenance in general. We asked for late checkout, as we thought that’s the least they could do for the bedsheets, but were denied this. Even though we knew it wasn’t booked the following night as they offered it to us the day we arrived at a discount. Did the job though.

The place was okay a convenient, but that’s about it. There was a noticeable smell like gone off milk when we went in the flat. Parking was a nightmare to find, instructions weren’t the clearest. As I say, it was okay. But wouldn’t be staying again.

Great place to stay. It was in the heart of town. Was quite easy to walk to most places. Towels and beddings were provided. Rooms were as described. Only thing we struggled with was we couldn’t access the car park at night when we arrived and the customer service lady wasn’t very helpful. Also, there was no tissue, we had to buy the next morning. Other than that, everything else was great

A nice apartment in a Serene environment

Wij waren in Ipswich voor het bijwonen van een voetbalwedstrijd. Stadion was 5 minuten lopen en het winkelcentrum 3 minuten lopen. Bij het appartement hoort ern privé parkeerplaats, erg handig! Onze host Charlie reageerde direct wanneer we een vraag of opmerking hadden. Wij komen zeker terug.

Positives: Good central location. The pictures on line accurately reflect the rooms. Communication from the agents with queries were prompt. There were comments from previous people about the parking being tight - it is but still very managable and I would not say it caused us any issue. It was a shame you could not access the building from the garage as lugging everything around the outside of the building was not ideal but still very workable. Could do better: The little things make a difference - like both kitchen bins being broken, no bin bags provided, there was a flickering light bulb that was so annoying we relied on the light on above the cooker to light the kitchen. The info for the checkin shared all the codes etc but what was not made clear was that the key safe was by the entrance to the parking and not the front door....and there were 4 of them with no indication of which was for flat 8. For a short stay in the centre of town, we'd book again (and bring bin bags!
