A very comfortable place would recommend Positive: The property was clean and warm. Very modern and spacious , it felt very cosy . I would definitely stay again , and recommend to others Negative: There as no tea coffee sugar available , or even salt or pepper available? 2 toilet rolls for 4 people for 3 days isn’t a lot and there was no shampoo or conditioner or soap available. Some of the glasses were dirty , the shower was broken in one bathroom and , one of the steps on entry , the rubber stopper had come off and my husband slipped off it which could be dangerous

Positive: This lodge is stunning! Perfect location, clean property, spacious bedrooms and good facilities. The hot tub is bigger than we thought ! The restaurant on site serves amazing food. Great communication.

Great lodge for families or friends trip but requires new mattresses! Positive: Great lodge! Easy parking, good location, lovely decorated inside and very clean. Good facilities etc. Very homely feel. Negative: Single beds in the second bedroom very uncomfortable. You could feel every spring. Such a shame as the room was great and very spacious.
An enjoyable stay due to the location but this was tainted by the tired condition of the lodge. Positive: The location is peaceful and JJs is good, staff are very efficient and welcoming. The lodge park is well maintained. Negative: The lodge was disappointing compared to similar accommodation on the same site. It is tired, with a strong smell in the entrance to the lodge and in the living area. The decking was in need of a clean including the outdoor furniture. The hot tub was old and was difficult to set up. The bathroom is in need of refurbishment and the en-suite shower was poor. The bed and particularly the mattress is in need of replacement.
Absolutely amazing, and then me and my family will cherish forever Positive: I cannot compliment this lodge enough. From the momentum to enter the feeling is so cozy and homely. One of the cleanest well taken care of properties I have had the pleasure to stay at. Every little detail has been thought of there are no damage marks to be seen anywhere truly a five star experience. We visited with our two dogs and two children. They enjoyed the vast grants immensely. A four minute drive away is Lakeland adventure park, Negative: I couldn’t say anything negative about the property. The hot tub did stopped working on our last night however we chose not to report this as we had enjoyed it enough and once reported the staff allowed us to have free day checkout as compensation I was happy with the outcome.
