amazing stay really close to public transport and grocery store, great option for hikers

Beautiful, cozy and practical home in a breathtaking area Positive: I stayed here with some colleagues as we were filming nearby for four days. We kept saying how amazing and cozy the place was, while also being so well placed in town and in such a beautiful area. We especially liked that there were three bedrooms and three bathrooms, so there was no awkwardness in sharing! There were plenty of pubs and restaurants within a five minute walk, and it was very close to the lake, which you could also see from the balcony. Would definitely recommend this property, and would come back again!

conveniently located, clean and spacious; the best thing is having 2 ensuite bedroom plus one bedroom with one bathroom.

Negative: I had to cancel my booking one day before arrival after Charlie from the property contacted me with just hours’ notice to say that two bathrooms would be unavailable during my stay. I was promised a full refund because this information was provided far too late for me to make alternative arrangements. That was in May, and it is now the end of August, with still no refund. I cannot contact the property, and Booking.com has offered nothing but empty reassurance. This is completely unacceptable. I now expect the property to contact me immediately and issue the full refund promised.

Great place to stay

We had a wonderful stay! The location was fantastic and very convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The place itself was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view that made the stay even more enjoyable. The host was excellent—very communicative, and responsive throughout our stay. Everything was smooth and well organized from check-in to check-out. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely be happy to stay here again. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed the stay, the flat is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The area is beautiful and we had wonderful relaxing time.

Great location Positive: Great location for Snowden, very spacious and loved the roof terrace, with a fantastic view of the lake. Next door to the chippy too! 😁 Negative: Could do with a rack or shelf in the showers for toiletries.

Charlie was very responsive via messages. The whole flat was perfect, lovely view of the lake and mountains from the balcony. Has everything that you need to go out and explore the local surroundings. And in the heart of the town perfect location for food. The rooms were larger than expected and provided plenty of storage space. Kitchen and living area were great and had everything we needed. Thank you for a great stay !

Had a lovely stay at this spacious home. Great location for Snowdon (which we climbed) and lots of other activities. Plenty of options for food (shops, takeaways and restaurants). The host was very friendly and responsive when we had a query. Would recommend. (Ps the Chinese takeaway only takes cash but there is an ATM hidden in the Spa supermarket!)

Basic, great location, bed bugs :/ Positive: Location great but parking limited and overnight only. Coffee and other sundries in the cupboards a nice touch. Negative: UNFORTUNATELY BED BUGS IN MAIN BEDROOM. Mattress/duvet felt old/uncomfortable, sadly my partner has a few itchy bed bug bites on their legs. Issues with the oven. Forced to fill in an additional check-in form before receiving check-in info. This asks for all the same details as original booking.com info, but then forced to opt-in or out of additional damage waiver fee, an unnecessary added complication. Balcony is lovely but is right next to vent for chippy next door so its a bit off-putting

A flat on the high street of llanberis, good location for visiting Snowdon, local lake provides water sports and the local sauna is really good.

We stayed here to get to walk the Llanberis Path. Was an amazing location, right in the centre and walking distance to the Snowdon Railway and the start of the path. Highly recommend! We had a slight issue with bathroom leak which the host offered to solve but as we were leaving the next day we avoided using one of the bathrooms. It is on a high street so expect some noise but dies down at night. Instructions were clear and the host responded very fast to all queries. Parking was easy to find but we parked on the main road overnight!

Great spot in heart of Llanberis - v convenient to explore N Wales Positive: Great location in heart of Llanberis. Shops and cafes on doorstep. Was able to walk up Snowdon from the front doorstep.
