We absolutely loved Leon’s retreat, it was the perfect place to stay 😊 It was super clean, cosy and very comfortable with so many little touches and treats that made it one of our favourite places we’ve stayed! There were even treats for the dog ❤️ Tanya was an excellent host and extremely helpful - we would definitely book with her again. We did have an issue with the communication from Host & Stay about the pool being open but this is a reflection on the company not on Tanya as the host!
Beautiful caravan, home from home comforts! Lovely fluffy white towels thoughtful gifts left for us even for our dogs. Very spacious inside and out with the two deckings a lovely green area space to side of caravan. Could get parked right outside. Communication on point Excellent value for money! Definitely stay again 🌟
Very homely. Positive: Very homely, absolutely everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Lovely welcome pack which was totally unexpected.
Beautiful caravan Positive: Everything you could need plus more, was beautifully decorated. Even things for your dog. Negative: Loved everything
A very comfortable lodge/caravan with lovely decking to sit out on. Positive: Good location. Appreciated the peace and quiet. Negative: 2 pieces of equipment needed replacing. The gateleg table had a faulty leg and collapsed during use. The clothes airer wouldnt lock and folded down on use and was very flimsy. Information needed updating- ie. There was a travel cot but not a high chair. The details state the opposite.
A wonderful caravan Positive: Clean, comfortable and lots of nice touches. Very helpful host. Negative: Nothing
Leon’s Retreat at Cresswell, fantastic location, the place is a home from home with everything you need catered for. Great communication before during and after our stay ( not that we needed any) but we can highly recommend this accommodation. Thanks
Fantastic week of quality family time. Positive: The location was great, right next to the beach and close to other towns and visitor attractions we wanted to visit. Caravan was clean and had very comfy sofa and beds, was a real home from home. Welcome hamper was much appreciated and enjoyed. Negative: Shop on site could have stocked more of a selection of food but there were supermarkets close by so wasn't a great problem.
Positive: Loved the locality, very comfortable Negative: A few more cleaning products would be helpful,
Positive: Clean and everything catered for. The welcome box was a lovely bonus.
Positive: Sauber, auf einem netten Bungalowpark. Gut ausgestattet. Schön eingerichtet. Negative: Beschreibung um den Bungalow zu finden war ungenau und nicht vollständig
A great location with all modern facilities. Positive: Lovely, clean, cosy caravan.
Leon's Retreat Positive: Lovely, quiet spot of the site. Caravan was a good size for a family of four. Caravan was clean with some lovely extras in a food hamper. Has parking space right outside and lovely patio areas. Negative: Few cobwebs here and there and shower head didn't fit well so had to hold it whilst showering.
Fantastic we willl be back Positive: Very clean , well equipped and dog friendly. Everything we needed Negative: Nothing
A lovely few days, the owner was very helpful sorting out issues when we arrived. Positive: The caravan was very clean, fully equipped and in a quiet spot on the site. Negative: Nothing
Nice break away Positive: We arrived with a welcome basket of treats on the bench, which was much appreciated. Qe received a text from owner to check in that everything was ok :-) which it was. Female lifeguard was exceptionally helpful with my autistic daughter when so anxious at the swimming pool. She went above and beyond. Reception staff also very helpful and welcoming. Negative: Happy with it all. Daughter felt slightly claustrophobic so we didn't sleep the 2nd night, but this was just personal preference and nothing related to the actual property or the place 😊 The kids struggled with how noisy it can be with microphones in entertainment complex, when we just wanted to eat in the restaurant. This is to be expected though, and we did choose our stay just before schools broke up for it to be as quiet as possible. Leon's Retreat is close enough to walk to complex, but enough distance to be quiet and peaceful.
Wonderful place, exceeded my expectations will definitely be back! Positive: I lived everything about this place. A real home from home ,with a lovely holiday atmosphere.

Gorgeous! Positive: Great location by a lovely beach. It’s really well equipped and very comfortable. Tue host was very attentive to us. Negative: The parkdean staff were not so helpful and we couldn’t book to use the pool.
Leon’s retreat was perfect for what we needed. Tucked into a quieter corner of the site which was great, and only a short walk to the beautiful beach. Thank you 🙏🏼
Caravan was lovely and in a nice quiet corner of the park. Nice and clean and as described.
