Thank you so much, we had an amazing stay. The property was perfect for our family holiday and there is so much to do within walking distance.

We loved our short holiday. The house was clean and comfortable. This is a great place for families with kids of all ages! We loved children’s books and small robot toys.

Lovely house, very clean and plenty of space for our family

We very much enjoyed our stay in Brighton. The townhouse was extremely clean, great space for our family and we appreciated the baby items that were available. When we had trouble finding the key to access the property, Host & Stay was very responsive. The WiFi worked very well and we were pleased with the bath products that were provided. The location was very walkable to different areas of Brighton and we enjoyed exploring the area.

Great house and brilliant location - we spent a lovely weekend together as a family and felt at home. There’s a pay car park just nearby and Sainsbury’s around the corner, along with the lovely coffee shops and restaurants of Brighton. Can highly recommend.

Excellent location — just a short walk from all the best parts of Brighton, including the beach, shops, bars, and restaurants. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay, offering great tips and making sure we had everything we needed. The house itself was spacious, clean, and perfect for our big group. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, and the layout made it easy for us to spend time together without feeling cramped. All the amenities were exactly as described, and everything was set up thoughtfully to make our stay comfortable. We had a fantastic time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

La casa estaba muy bien, las camas eran muy cómodas y había baños suficientes para grupos, las duchas y el agua caliente funcionaban muy bien. Tuvimos un problema con la caldera que no llegaron a solucionar, pero como iba independiente del agua, no tuvimos mucho problema. Por lo demás estuvimos muy a gusto.

I came here for a weekend with friends and we had a great time! The location is perfect - it's a short walk from the train station, Aldi, the beach/pier, and lots of cute shops. The place was easy to find and everything was clean and tidy. It felt welcoming and homely and all the listed amenities were provided. The hosts responded quickly to messages. Would recommend!

Perfect location and space for our recent group trip to Brighton. Would highly recommend. Roof terrace is a highlight!

Wir waren eine Woche zu acht (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) in dem Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus erstreckt sich über vier Etagen und bietet genug Rückzugsmöglichkeiten (und Badezimmer) auch bei einer großen Gruppe. Es war alles sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und hat unsere Erwartungen definitiv noch übertroffen.

We were a large extended family group visiting for a wedding. The house was great with plenty of space for us all, several bathrooms, a lovely balcony. Location was also great being a short walk to station, groceries, town centre and seafront. We really enjoyed our stay.

This was a fantastic place to stay and fantastic value for money. The house was in a great location and the hosts were brilliant and very communicative with good instructions. Slight dampener is that the curtains weren't great and you could hear the seagulls all night. However, we would definitely stay again.

I booked this place for a couple of weeks for my colleagues who were working in Brighton - I needed somewhere where they all had their own space after working together all day and this place was perfect. Nearby everything you need, was big enough for them to have some peace and quiet when needed or hang out together in the evening if they wanted, great hosts. Would recommend

Vi var 5 voksne som hadde god plass i huset.Godt med soverom og bad. Veldig god plassering, med gangavstand til hele byen og ikke minst jernbane stasjonen og byens gode busstilbud.

Fabulous Positive: Very clean, very spacious and close to town

We stayed here for 6 nights in August - 3 adults and one child. The house is great - loads of space, well laid out and very well equipped. The sun room at the top is ace as well. It was also very clean with plenty of towels etc. The location is fantastic - really close to the station and the shops l, bars and restaurants of North Laine but quiet at night. We had one issue with a door but that was resolved really quickly - I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again

We had a fabulous stay at Kingscote Townhouse. We were a group of 6 ladies and the accommodation suited our needs perfectly. It is extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean. Plenty of towels and toiletries provided. We didn't eat at the Townhouse but could easily have done ourselves breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is very well appointed for an easy walk to the town centre and beach. Beach is about 10-15 minute walk. We made use of the roof terrace for after dinner drinks which was lovely. We arrived before check in time so left our luggage at St Noahs News (booked through Stasher) which was only 5 minutes walk from property. There are plenty of places to eat and drink within 10 minute walk. We had dinner at The Witchez in the Lanes which was great. Breakfasts at The North Lane Cafe and Cafe Aldo were both good. We would absolutely recommend Kingscote Townhouse and wouldn't hesitate to book again should we return to Brighton.

Comfy beds and great shower. It was super hot in the house so some more fans around would have been appreciated, especially in the living room with sun coming through the skylight. We had to purchase more toilet paper on the second day as only one partial roll was in each bathroom. A great location and overall fantastic stay!

Enjoyed our stay, very near every thing and train station. Every thing we needed was in apartment. Just needs a little more attention to detail when cleaning as under couches and bed not hovered, dirty glass in cupboard and wet smelly cloths in bag under sink. Nothing major and still enjoyed our stay. Would recommend and book again if I was returning to Brighton.

The Townhouse was really amazing. The Location perfect, near the train station but also very close to restaurants and bars but still in a very quiet street. The rooms are cozy and the beds comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay at the Townhouse again the next time we‘re in Brighton.

Good location to explore Brighton. About a 15-20 walk to the beach but very close to the train station and to the center of Brighton with lots of restaurants, bars, pubs and cafes within a short walk including a large Sainsbury. House is very spacious and all the rooms were a good size with plenty of bathrooms and showers so works well for a larger group.

We had a lovely time in the house; the multiple floors allow for privacy, the rooftop terrace and living room is amazing and everything is clean and well organised. I would say the house is better in real life than on the pictures!

Our overall comment in the house is genrally good except the following: 1) We have to worry about the supply of toilet papers while we were asked to buy it at our own when it is running out from the first roll. Out of my surprise that this basic supplies would not be taken care of by the owner (my first encounter in my numerous stays in AirBnB). What I can say is the owner is not considerate, not mentioning hospitality. The limited service of essentials was never mentioned in the ‘Post’ of the AirBnB. We could not stay in the manner of ‘relax and enjoy’ in the house as stated. 2) The water boiler is installed on the 2nd floor just in-between the two bedrooms. While the partition of the rooms was of wooden materials thus annoying sound was generated when someone using water / taking showers in the house. Quite disturbing sleeping.

Great Accommodation booked for colleagues.

Positive: The location was brilliant - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go, Brighton also has great public transit networks. VERY close to a supermarket! Beds were very comfortable and the layout was perfect for us - travelling as a large family.

Great townhouse which suited our large family gathering for the weekend. Well equipped, clean and very comfy beds. Location was perfect for the marathon and lots of local coffee shops etc nearby.

Excellent location. Positive: The townhouse was the perfect location. Easy walking distance to station and shops. It was also quiet at night which was perfect for us. Negative: Could perhaps invest in touch bedside lamps, and also installing USB socket in all the rooms.

Great location and lovely big house with lots of space. Amazing city view from top floor. Very comfy beds. Had everything we needed for a couple days & I loved that they had the basics in the kitchen like tea bags, Fairy liquid, sponges etc. No complaints except bit pricey! Host very responsive and helpful.

Great place to spend a few days in Brighton. House was comfortable, well equipped and reasonably convenient for down town. The entrance / front “yard” could do with a bit of tidying up but that’s just being picky.

Overall a great place to stay! Very well located, about a 5-10 minute walk from the train station and a 2 minute walk to an Aldi and Sainsbury's. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped for a larger group, with a good sized kitchen and living/dining area and 4 bathrooms (and a downstairs toilet). The host was very quick to respond to questions which made checking in very easy.

This is a fantastic house in a great location. It is clean, modern, spacious and well cared for. All communication was prompt, helpful and friendly. Lovely, interesting and inspiring decor. We would not hesitate in recommending this house and would certainly re-visit on another trip to Brighton.

Lovely house in a great location

We had a wonderful stay in Brighton. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It was nice to have the outdoor rooftop area and the location was great - easy to walk to shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and the lanes. Having tea, coffee, and things like shampoo was very convenient travelling light for the weekend.

Great place and can name no faults really. Beautiful place with a lot of Brighton charm, with a lot of locally sourced decorations filling the rooms. Close enough to the seafront and other local areas where walking isn't too much of a hassle and allows you to take in the local businesses and small areas of interest. Place is packed with many rooms. Received many messages from host so Dale is very communicative and I believe if I had any questions or needed support, it would have been given.

The location was great, very close to train station and about a 20 minute walk to pier with lots of restaurants and shopping along the way. Kitchen is fully stocked, plenty of towels and extra pillows/blankets, and beds were comfortable.

Dale was nice and responsive, especially over text. The place was nice and clean, though the ensuite shower-head needs replacing, half the water comes out of the back of it, though this is a minor problem. That however is my only negative comment about the place. Overall it was great, clean and worked great as a place to stay! It even comes with Jenga and Chicken Run the board game. I would recommend anyone stay at the place
