En rigtig fin lejlighed, ca 1,5 km væk fra Liverpool centrum, men desværre ud til en meget trafikeret vej som der var en del støj fra. Sengene er ikke store og det er svært at sove 2 voksne i samme seng.

Both sofa's were broken The fridge was very noisy The stripe between the bathroom and hall was broken and my grandson tripped over it and hit his head on the tiles. It was extremely hot Road noise was horrendous

Great place to stay. Everywhere was lovely and clean and so spacious and homely. Car park was fairly easy to find. Did have a bit of a faff with the locks as there’s 2 and when leaving we were told to put the keys in the key return box which we couldn’t find, we just gave them back the way we got them. Overall a lovely stay and would 100% stay again.

Brilliant stay, would highly recommend

Good location, reasonable distance from Liverpool city centre and directly on the Airport 500 bus route. Check-in was confusing. We were given a 6-digit code, but after searching the building we could only find 4-digit lockboxes. We had to call support and were told the key was held by the convenience store on the ground floor. The main issue was the complete lack of a working fridge/freezer throughout our entire stay. We reported it immediately on arrival and were repeatedly promised a technician, but nobody ever came. Travelling with children, this made shopping and storing fresh food very difficult. We also reported a non-functioning ventilation system on day one. In the end, we had to fix it ourselves by replacing batteries in the controller. Another reported issue, a leaking shower, was never addressed either. The most disappointing part was not the defects themselves but the lack of action despite our repeated reports and their repeated assurances.

Great, spacious accommodation with everything we needed. Great location, responsive host and exactly as described. Looking forward to rebooting in the future.
