Lovely clean, bright cottage in beautiful, peaceful surroundings. The bed and sofa was very comfortable and the dog was catered for with blankets so that he could cosy up on the sofa with us. The fire was a nice touch and the bathroom was lovely and clean with an excellent shower. The kitchen had everything we needed. Thank you for a lovely long weekend.

We had a wonderful stay at Kestrel Cottage. It can be challenging finding a place that's suitable for a large dog, but this place was ideal. There's a secure patio and a large (shared) garden. There's a nice walk along the fields just outside the cottage and Happisburgh Beach is only a few minutes away (super dog-friendly). Check-in was seamless, the host was responsive and the place was clean and tidy with all the amenities you could need. Very comfortable stay!

Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely little cottage. The views across the fields were serene. Felt right at home listening to the owls hooting of a night. Would definitely recommend.

Charming, spacious lodge surrounded by peaceful countryside Positive: Kestrel Cottage was a gem of a find! Tucked away with a few other similar properties overlooking countryside, but a short drive to the beach. The property was very spacious, clean and with a modern, neutral decor. We loved the fact we had a courtyard with views overlooking countryside, somewhere to sit and enjoy breakfast and a cuppa in the morning sun, and to watch the sunset at the end of the day. We also heard tawny owls calling out from surrounding trees at dusk. It was ideally located for Cromer and Norwich, and close to Happisburgh beach too. Negative: Kestrel Cottage could benefit with a fan in the summer months. It was very warm at night time! This isn't a negative point of Kestrel Cottage- but just be prepared to drive everywhere. Happisburgh is a small village with not a lot of eating choices - you are required to drive out of the village for supplies/food or bring food with you.

Very clean, well located to see the seals at horsey. Good value for money.

Perfect size and furnishings for two adults and our two dogs. Both the bed and sofa were comfy and the shower room was excellent. I will certainly look to book another long weekend away here.

I would recommend this airbnb. Really nice locations and not that far of a drive to the beach.
