Perfect cottage prime location Positive: A warm, lovely home away from home, everything thing you needed and more, from comfortable beds, settees, shower and a bath. Everything was spotlessly clean and fresh, so many thick towels ! Perfectly wonderful even parked right outside the cottage with the parking permit fantastic. Will return when really cold so we can use the log burner. Only moments walk to village centre loads little shops, food stores and local produce and brilliant restaurants ( dinner twice at Golden Lion yum ) Negative: Leaving such a lovely cottage and beautiful village

Kenmore cottage was amazing.Immaculate, so cosy and had everything we needed for a two night stay. The cottage is right in the heart of corbridge and walkable to the local pubs and restaurants, we had a lovely stay and would 100% recommend.

Lovely cottage in historic Northumberland village Positive: Beautiful cottage, decorated to high standard, everything looked very new. Located in the centre of the village, was great to be able to walk to nearby restaurants, cafes and lots of nice independent shops to browse in. We enjoyed our short break here and wished we were staying for longer. Great information from the hosts with online pack in advance.

I travelled with my daughter and the accommodation was ideal for our needs Positive: The location was very convenient. We visisted Bamburgh Castle and the coast as well as Roman forts on Hadrian's Wall. The bonus was the site of the Roman town at Corbridge itslelf. Negative: There was nothing to dislike. However a £60 cleaning fee seemed a bit steep

Kenmore was a perfect base for a short 3 night break exploring and hiking in the local area. The cottage was comfortable, very clean and nice and toasty on arrival. The extra bonus was a working log burner (you can buy logs and kindling from the local petrol station). The kitchen had everything you needed to make meals, the shower was powerful and hot and our bed was big and comfy. There is a small communal garden at the rear. The property is located in the centre of the historic town of Corbridge with plenty of pubs, restaurants, cafes and a small mini market all within a few minutes walk. We had no issues with parking and a parking permit is also provided. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kenmore and we would gladly come back in the future. As a final comment, Host & Stay were brilliant- very friendly, giving timely and clear instructions, and responding to our queries within minutes.

We came to stay for a wedding in the area. Whilst we weren’t at the property much it was the perfect stay. Lovely house, great location, very comfy beds, clean and tidy! Very easy to communicate with. Thanks!

Clean spacious apartment Positive: I had GREAT trouble opening the key safe box as it was a type I had not seen before and I have used others with no problem I put in the code correctly and pressed the only button the side that was visible to open the box but calls to 'Charlie' on the helpline turned out to be a woman with a VERY quiet voice I could hardly understand and was little help finished up asking for a photo of the box which I sent She kept thinking I had put the wrong code in and only after about half an hour trying my wife realised there were TWO buttons the box one on each side that had to be pressed simultaneously and one of these was not visible from the front A simple set of instructions on the drop down lid of the box would have avoided all of this, so good luck to the next person who tries to get in Negative: Getting in!

Loved the cottage found booking with host and stay more stressful than other companies Positive: Kenmore cottage was lovely very clean,comfy beds great shower nearly perfect but even though large bedroom with room for a dressing table nowhere to sit and do make-up hair etc. Negative: Check-in and out times inconvenient for short stays and host and stay send lots of e- mails about rules and fines additional fees etc made us feel very stressed instead of having a relaxing stay.

Our second stay here (which says how much we like it). Excellent property in the heart of the village. Very comfortable. Did not use the car once. Highly recommended. (My only feedback would be - please leave more than one toilet roll, and also a hand towel per person).

Positive: Size, location Negative: Tennis courts were unusable. There was a cat in the room when we got there!

This was an amazing house for our weekend in Corbridge. It’s within walking distance to everything in the village and a 10 minute walk to the train station. Communication was excellent and entry into the house was easy. Don’t miss grabbing treats from Grants Bakery!

Kenmore has been renovated to a high standard, very clean and tidy. The kitchen was well stocked for self catering. Close to all amenities with a good selection of shops, cafes and restaurants. Any queries or concerns were answered promptly and would recommend this property for a short break.

We lived near Corbridge for 37 years and the stay made our visit perfect

Fantastic little stone cottage in the middle of beautiful Corbridge. 2 very decently sized bedrooms, well equipped and modern kitchen with an outdoor area. And within a 1min walk to all amenities. Would stay again!

We were only there for one night, but everything was great and we'd certainly consider a longer stay if we were in the area again. We arrived mid-evening after dinner and the self check-in went smoothly. It was squeaky clean, on a quiet, safe-feeling road with plenty of parking - a visitor's parking pass is provided. (But read up on parking before you go - the area's system is really complicated!) The beds were very comfortable, as was the living room and the kitchen was very well-equipped.

Very handy for Corbridge centre Positive: The property is ideally placed for access to Corbridge town centre and its facilities. The house was beautifully decorated, and we enjoyed the shared outdoor space at the back. Negative: Parking was an issue at first, as there are only a few spaces nearby where we could use the provided car park pass. Fortunately we were visiting a friend who lives on the outskirts and we parked there until a space outside became free (very early one morning!). Also I got lots of communications asking if we wanted add-ons (chefs coming to cook, gin boxes, extra nights) which became irritating eventually.

Kenmore is just beautiful, peaceful and superbly equipped. Positive: Kenmore was a fab cottage, superb location, beautiful furnishings and very very well equipped. Negative: Very very little, a couple of extra hand towels would have been perfect as would a bin in each bedroom.

Positive: The location of this property is right in the centre of Corbridge with easy access to the local shops, pubs and restaurants. A great base to explore Northumberland.

Corbridge is a lovely village, we enjoyed being close to all the amenities . The cottage was very warm and comfortable, there is not much outdoor space (we stayed in the winter) so it didn’t bother us. Parking could be difficult in the summer.

This is a perfect place for anyone wanting to be in the middle of Corbridge...quiet, never an issue with parking, yet just metres from all Corbridge has to offer. The house itself is beautiful, really nicely decorated and furnished, everything you could ask for in a kitchen, and the shower was amazing! Comfy beds ensured a good nights sleep, and the location was fantastic. It's definitely the first place we will check out when we venture back up north!

Our cottage was lovely and decorated to an high quality . Kenmore was ideally situated for restaurants and the centre of Corbridge. I would recommend staying at Kenmore. We had no issues with the cottage .

Positive: This was a really comfortable cottage in a good location. It was easy to explore Corbridge as everything was in walking distance. The cottage was spacious and the bed was especially comfortable. Negative: The parking was street parking only which meant that sometimes it was not possible to park very near the property.

Positive: It was very clean and located close to everything. Negative: It lacked a personal touch. It would have been nice to have wood and starter for a fire and flowers or a cake or something as a greeting. It’s lovely but sterile.

Never again. I don’t like being conned. Positive: Location Negative: Only 1 toilet roll. When booking through Booking.com there was No mention anywhere about paying an extra security deposit, non refundable of 25 British pounds. If I did not pay it before arriving they would not give me the code for the key box. Ripped off.

Loved our stay. The cottage was clean, bright and spacious. A short walk to a choice of pubs, restaurants and a small supermarket in the quaint village of Corbridge. Just what we were looking for.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The bedrooms and beds were very comfy. The bathroom was large and very clean / great shower. Plenty of room to sit in the living room and everything that one would need in the kitchen. Lovely.

Hosts not so helpful Positive: The location is great for the centre Negative: Not being able to get into the property or being able to contact someone. Calling the contact number to be told lines busy leave message someone will get back to you. After messaging and emails to receive a reply stating that we can not gain access unless we pay a security deposit of £250 refundable minus £10 after the stay or £25 non refundable damage waiver. After an hour and now £25 shorter i get through to someone and was informed that i should have had the codes sent and they then resent them . Not a single apology then or since. It is not stated in the description on Booking.com that once you pay the charge you then have an extra cost. This should be mentioned in the description regarding the booking and i would have thought this would be in the price as it is a more expensive property. I would not have booked if i had known

Corbridge a great place to stay, Kenmore in great location in middle of the village, shops and pubs in easy walking distance. Buses run from centre of village and railway station a short walk. Property clean and well appointed. Steep stairs might not suit all.

the house is as the pictures clean fresh n modern .perhaps a little stark . It has all amenities you will need although it would have been nice to have a few logs left fir the wood burner or at least be told none were provided. It's a great central location in Corbridge easy parking and walking distance ti local shops bars and restaurants 👌 the parking pass was advice touch . It is clear an agencies runs this as slightly lacking the personal touches you normally get from hosts .and the £25 insurance or £250 refundable deposit is a bit cheeky ...but still lovely .

Homely, clean, terraced house in an excellent location. Couple of minutes walk to centre of Corbridge. Corbridge is a beautiful village with lovely shops, great pubs and restaurants and lots of places to explore nearby. Would definitely recommend staying there.

Lovely property, in beautiful town in Northumberland - nice large main bedroom and 1 shared bathroom also a good size. Parking was just outside the front door with the provided permit and we never had trouble getting a space. Lots of local recommendations. Beds were comfortable and the shower had good pressure. Did had to pay a security deposit of £25 or have them take a large (£200) hold on a credit card with a £10 admin fee - thought this was a bit excessive and cheeky as have never had this before on Airbnb possibly due to it being managed by a management company and them making back their fees.

We had a lovely time - the house was clean and tidy - the kitchen had everything we needed and we could walk to everything we wanted to do in the village centre.

Great stay and will come again Positive: Great location, although parking is a bit tricky at times. Lots of unused space which could be used for a downstairs loo.

A very comfortable, clean apartment with a well equipped kitchen and a spacious utility. The beds were very comfortable and the main bedroom which had a rocking chair and a small settee was a lovely bright room to sit in during the day. I would definitely book this apartment again if i was visiting Corbridge.
