Very dissapointing Positive: Area was very good with plenty of places locally to visit but that's the only positive Negative: We found it certainly not big enough for 6 people. 2 beds just 4ft wide not big enough for 2 adults in each so very uncomfortable. 2 small beds only large enough for 2 children. Carpet in bedroom dangerous as very frayed and lifting which i tripped afew times. (Photo attached) Kitchen area - microwave dangerous as under the glass plate very rusty so did not use! Table has 2 chairs and one bench only big enough for 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children. Plates mugs and cutlery dirty so had to wash it all before use. Sofas only sit 4 people and very uncomfortable as dip so much in the middle. To be honest for what we paid it was certainly not worth it and will not be staying again.

Positive: Seperate toilet and shower room. 2nd bedroom has a small double rather than twins beds which was ideal for my teenager. Decking was perfect for the dog. Kitchen had everything and more. There was a lovely tray with tea, coffee, sugar etc and even a small bottle of milk for your arrival - very thoughtful. Space for 2 cars. Close proximity to centre / shop / entertainment/ bar. Very quiet site. Beach amazing and dog friendly all year round. Negative: Not much to do on site and needed car. Visited Warkworth Castle which was amazing, and very dog friendly.

Positive: Location perfect and the veranda Full equipped but also no room for shopping Negative: Too small for 6 people, Beds very uncomfortable especially the twin room and springs are literally poking through mattress, Windows don’t stay open Bathroom windows can only open a little due to be blocked. Fridge too small Wasn’t clean, rugs dirty,l also a safety hazard as kids kept tripping up Paid a damaged deposit but wasn’t worth it as already damaged like blinds and carpet like pictured Sofas too small for 6 people Blinds are so dirty in bathroom and kitchen- also curtains hanging off! I felt like I might aswell as went camping!!! Very dated and old caravan

Perfect stay

Absolutely fabulous, quiet location. So close to all amenities. Positive: The caravan was absolutely spotless, and the bedrooms were incredibly comfortable and cosy. All of the beds were pristine, and fresh clean towels were provided for everyone. We especially loved the decking area, where we could sit outside and enjoy breakfast and afternoon tea. The complimentary drinks and hampers were such a thoughtful touch and made our stay feel even more special. Negative: Loved everything.
