Não tivemos uma boa experiência. No anúncio dizia que havia máquina de lavar roupas, mas quando abrimos a máquina, estava CHEIA de roupas molhadas e fedidas que não eram nossas. Enviei mensagem para os hosts e a resposta deles foi “coloque as roupas em um saco de lixo e espero que tenha um ótimo dia”. Falta de consideração e falta de organização. Então tivemos que lavar nossas roupas em uma lavanderia e pagar por isso. Também dizia no anúncio que haviam duas cadeiras na mesa de jantar, mas só havia uma! Então eu e meu marido nunca podíamos ter uma refeição juntos na mesa. E quando perguntei sobre a cadeira, foi dito “só temos uma disponível, espero que tenha um ótimo dia”. Demonstrando que nao tinham nenhuma preocupação com a qualidade da nossa estadia. E também o espaço fica no térreo, colado na calçada, e o vidro que divide o studio da rua não dá muita privacidade, você se sente literalmente em uma vitrine. E não há cortinas que bloqueiem a entrada da luz.

Lovely place to stay. Fast food (pizza etc) nearby, Asda only a 10 minute walk. Buses frequent and easy walk to town/beach. Very clean and tidy inside, both bathroom and kitchen spotless. Perfect stay for 2 !

Me and my friend had a great weekend stay in Brighton at this property - within a 20 minute walk of everything central & the beachfront/pier. Has all the facilities we needed to eat in a few nights too!! Host very responsive and answered any queries we had. Easy to use the buses too with a bus stop at the end of the road - so very accessible to everything!! Pub across the road. This property is located uphill so would take this into consideration if this would not suit you. Overall a lovely stay - would definitely return!

The good. Clean and great location. Would give 5 stars but for the... Not so good... Very bright in summer. I've seen prev. reviews about the window next to the door which is still an issue. Door lock locks like a latch but doesn't look like one. Be careful. Got locked out (1st time in my life) with key on the inside and had to call locksmith. The emergency number they gave me was incorrect and the other phone number was like a call centre who could only phone the owner who wasn't answering their phone. Took over an hr to get back to me while I stood outside in my socks with my toddler. It would be good to warn people. Can't be first time Check out instructions sent to me gave the wrong time and instructions to leave the key at "the pub" which turned out to be incorrect. Noise. It's a quiet street but thank God. It's like you're sleeping on the street with conversations of passing strangers sounding like they're sitting next to you. As I said, fairly quiet street thankfully.

I had a fantastic stay at this studio! The location was perfect—everything was within walking distance, so there was no need for a car. The studio itself was spotless and well-maintained, with thoughtful amenities that made the stay really comfortable. There are also some great restaurants nearby that cater to celiacs, which was a huge plus. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely stay here again!

A comfortable bijoux studio Positive: The property had all we needed. The bed was king size and comfortable. The TV swivelled. The gift of biscuits, crisps & wine welcome Communication good and supportive Negative: Given the location, not much! It was noisy outside - Friday night the bin lorry came round. Saturday night lots of chatty people passing. However these things are outside your control.

Comfortable stay with great hosts, in touch the whole time. Positive: Nice space, comfortable bed, good facilities and extra little gifts which we're appreciated. Negative: The long window down the side of the door. The light shone through it all night. Needs covering with a curtain. Would have liked a small armchair in the living area.

Lovely, and a decent place. Would 100% recommend Positive: The location was close to the beach and some nice sites. Negative: The locking mechanism on the door, We ended up locking ourselves out by forgetting to remove the keys before exiting the place (a warning was given in fairness)

Day 1 Stressful. mistakenly locked out, no response from Booking.com and a rip off from locksmith!! Positive: The location was great. It's almost opposite an amazing pub whose staff were marvelous and kind to us when we needed help and were locked out and hold on for 2 hours with no mobile phone. Negative: There should have been a better type of lock on the door that does not lock people out and the warning should have been at the top of the letter. Also we were left negotiate the cost with the locksmith who charged £85. A complete rip off!! Why we had to wait for 2 hours before a resolution to call a locksmith was disgraceful. Someone seems to be making a profit from this door that locks once it's closed!!

Great locationx value Positive: Location was great,apartment was really clean and everything we needed we had. Bed was really comfortable and the wine, crisps and cookies were a nice touch. Great value for money, close to bus stops and close to the shops Negative: Did get a bit muggy in the apartment but other than that nothing

Lovely place, 20 minute walk from the town, really comfy bed!!! Checking in was easy. I had a lovely stay, honestly nothing bad to say about it!!!

Nice place to stay

Kitchen with everything you need. Comfy bed. In a nice part of the city with lots of pubs.

It was a lovely mini vacation for the weekend and we have access to everything we needed and enjoyed our time. Having th Positive: I loved how the bathroom and kitchen were separate from the studio, I loved how the tub mount was movable and how we were walking distance from the beach and other amenities. Negative: Finding parking was very competitive. It wasn’t super pleasant considering we were ground floor so we could see people walking past at night or standing right infront of the door. It did make is feel quite uncomfortable just being on ground floor.

Excellent start to finish. Positive: The property has a good layout, spacious, and everything works well. It’s well equipped. The tv mount was moveable, bed was very comfortable, lovely bathroom. Lots of nice little touches. The best part was Charlie, who from booking until checking out, provided a truly exceptional service. You can book here and have total peace of mind. Thank you!

Ich war sehr zufrieden und fühlte mich sehr wohl als wäre ich zuhause. In der Küche wäre für die Zukunft noch praktisch wenn es mehr als nur ein Messer hat.

My stay at the apartment was lovely as it was clean, tidy and had all the amenities expected. The bed was really comfortable with a clean, smart bathroom and functional kitchen. The location was very convenient to visit the centre of Brighton and for catching the bus. The only small issue I had was that it could be a little noisy at night being near town and a main road.

Great place for our long weekend, spotless, modern but cosy, nice kitchen and bathroom (shower), we know and like the area, lively road with lots of food options and 2 nice pubs nearby. The north lanes are a short walk and the pier / sea front a little further but still walkable. Highly recommend the very close by pizza place on the corner it’s fantastic.

Was a lovely location and less than 20 minutes from the station. The Airbnb had everything we needed and was well equipped. Would stay again :))

Great place in a really nice area. Only negative thing I would mention is the fact that it wasn’t obvious to me that the flat is on the ground level, from the pictures it seemed more like it was on the first floor

Sehr schönes und sauberes Studio. Gastgeber hat immer sofort geantwortet. Mit dem Bus gut erreichbar und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Ein Fenster kann man nicht abdunkeln und es ist keine Ablagefläche (Kleiderschrank, Ablage im Bad) vorhanden.

The place is a nice apartment, exactly as described online, very neat, easy to locate and I enjoyed my stay through out.

Really cute studio space! It was thoughtful that there was a little gift basket with snacks, there was tea and coffee, and all the necessities in the bathroom. The location is very central with beautiful coffee shops close by. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to friends and family.
