Negative: More information needed about the key collection as there are two doors and it should made aware which one you need to use, also more information about accessing the lift as you have to go walk along an outside landing, we walked up the stairs which was very difficult for my sister as the door we used isn’t where the lift is. Apart from that the apartment is brilliant.
Great Apartment for Family Holiday Positive: Lovely clean accomodation in such an amazing location - you can enjoy views of the harbour and the steam train plus its close enough to walk into Whitby only 15 minutes. Private parking and lift were an added bonus. Would highly recommend staying here. Negative: Nothing to fault
My partner and I stayed at the property for 1 week in June. The fairly modern complex is by the river about 10 min from Whitby town centre. The walk is on flat grounds and along the river. The property's allocated parking just in front of the building is excellent and very convenient. The flat is on the second floor, lift is available if you do not wish to climb the stairs. Stairways and the lift are well kept and very clean. The flat is in a corner plot with double aspect views from the living room windows of Whitby Abbey and river Esk. The flat is clean and well equipped. White clean crisp bed linen and comfortable beds. Bedside lamps on both side of the bed and plenty of pegs to hang coats in the hall way and towels in the bathroom. We really liked the property and definitely recommend it and would book it again. Booking through Host and Stay was very easy and they kept us informed by emails regularly. Any email I sent them with questions was answered straight away, even at 8pm.

This is such a beautiful spacious flat in an excellent location. Easy to find, with a big parking space, it even had a jacuzzi tub and washing machine. We came home early each day because the flat was so comfortable and peaceful. We would recommend it in a heartbeat!
Perfect location with amazing views of the Marina. Parking space provided is worth its wait in gold. Perfect pubs and fish and chip shop closely located. We walked in Whitby every day so did not need to move the car. Apartment has everything you need and was spotless. Only recommendation would be to have blackout curtains in the bedrooms.
The apartment was lovely, spacious and had everything we needed. The location was great, walking distance everything but far enough away to be peaceful... except for the seagulls. Highlight was watching a seal eat its breakfast while drinking our morning coffee. Would definitely go back
We have just returned home after spending three nights at Hunton Court. All I can say is thank you! You gave us the best views of Whitby in the most clean and fully equipped apartment. I have been visiting Whitby for almost 50 years and I am thrilled to have found this little gem. We will be back!

Negative: a more comprehensive and user friendly information pack for use by guests would be helpful. save searching for internet password. also, three different manufacturer electric heaters fitted with little guidance how to use.
Thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night break in this lovely apartment. Easy walk, 10 minutes to the town on flat ground. Lovely comfy bed, curtains a little thin as the sunlight woke us each morning before 5, linings or blackout blinds would be beneficial. High quality fixtures and fittings. View to die for out of the window and great sunsets. Location of the lift could have been explained a little better as we didn’t discover it until our last day and could have done with it to bring our suitcase up when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others too!
Wonderful apartment with excellent views of the waterway leading to the dock. Very good size and layout easy to navigate. Very quiet and tranquil with a nominated parking space. Lift availability was very welcomed although instructions on access would be helpful. Host very helpful, communicative and willing to listen.
We had an amazing time :) Positive: The view was amazing! Worth booking just for that! Bed was comfy and jacuzzi bath was a nice bonus. Well stocked kitchen and convenient parking. Great location would definitely stay again! Negative: Bath could have done with a better clean

We had a lovely 3 night stay in this apartment. The view from the living room is worth the price alone. We loved how easily walkable it is into the centre of Whitby but you are away from the hustle and bustle. We didnt do much cooking while we were there but the kitchen seemed very well equipped. We are a family of 4 and felt we had plenty of space . Overall, a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend!

We recently stayed for three nights in this cosy fabulous apartment in a great location that was a ten minute walk into the centre of Whitby. We loved the allocated car park space which gave us peace of mind for the duration of our holiday. The apartment is in a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of Whitby which makes for a relaxing stay. The views from the apartment of Whitby were amazing especially the Abbey. Would definitely stay here again. Can recommend a local Fish and Chip shop nearby called Riverside Fisheries which is a five minute walk from the apartment.

We have been coming to Whitby for over 15 years and I can honestly say this is the best property we have stayed in. The views are fantastic. The flat was spotlessly clean. Was easy walking distance to the town centre. Parking which is a must in Whitby was right outside the property.
We had a lovely three night stay at Hunton Court. Amazing views of Whitby and it was in a great location with bars/pubs, restaurants and attractions all within walking distance. The flat was spacious and well equipped to make for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Having parking included was a welcome addition. We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone visiting Whitby. Thank you 🙂
The apartment was well appointed in a great location, walkable to the centre of Whitby in around 10 mins. Fantastic views of the harbour from the double aspect windows in the living room. Perfect to look at whatever the weather!
Lovely apartment on the outskirts of whitby, 25 minute walk into the centre of town. You're paying for the excellent view and the parking space, the 3rd floor vista is beautiful. The only thing we'd say was missing is some kind of subscription service on the TV (Netflix/Prime) as if the weather isn't great and you've got to spend time indoors there isn't anything to do. Possibly provide a few games as well for young ones. For the price of the apartment I'd say it would be reasonable. Other than that, lovely place.

The flat was great, clean, spacious with amazing views over the river. The kitchen was well stocked with any appliances and utensils one would need. It was lovely and clean. The bathroom has a jacuzzi bath which was great. The location of the flat is perfect, in a nice quiet residential street with easy 10mins walk to Whitby town centre. It was great to have a dedicated parking space too. All in all the flat was great and we would happily stay here again.

Great flat with the best views of Whitby Harbour and the Abbey. It’s just a short/ flat, scenic walk along the river into Whitby. The flat itself is excellent — the kitchen is well equipped, the beds are very comfortable, and everything was very clean and new. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend.

Positive: Amazing view over river and whitby Abbey. Quiet, clean and comfortable flat. If you are unable to use stairs, it may be useful to know that the building only has one lift.

Ideally located, with a designated parking bay outside the block where the flat is located. Really can't go wrong as the flat is well equipped, nicely done out and has a fab view of the harbour. Highly recommended.
