It was a lovely property and exactly as presented in the photos. The front door needs a good push to enter and the high chair is under the bed which took us a while to locate - aside from these things it was as listed. One of the neighbours asked me to clean mud from the communal stairs, which I found a bit unusual. There were amazing views of the coast and the flat was spacious and extremely clean so I would definitely recommend it to others. As it is not a homeowner managing the stay, we did get directed by the company to an external site to make payments for their own property damages cover, but Airbnb already offer cover as per their terms of booking. This did not affect our stay in any way but I am highlighting it so that future guests are aware they will receive links and texts to other sites after booking. Thanks for a nice stay!

We had a lovely long weekend in Saltburn - the apartment is a very good size and was lovely and clean. It was a great place to stay with our young daughter. There is a lot of steps up to the apartment and the buildings communal staircase doesn’t reflect on the apartment. Charlie was really a responsive host for us - thank you!

Perfect for young kids, lovely decor, well equipped

Brilliant apartment, very modern and spacious. Was great for our family weekend away. The only downside is it’s on the third floor - we overlooked this (we have a young family and was a slight struggle getting them up and down, and bags too)

Beautiful apartment with gorgeous views of the beach! I stayed with a friend and our little boys and the minimalistic decor was great as there was plenty of floor space for them and nice big beds too! There is a lovely bakery around the corner and a Sainsbury’s within walking distance to cook with all the kitchen essentials! Would thoroughly recommend although I would pack efficiently as there is a lot.. like a lot of stairs 🤣

Short walk from the train station. The property faces the sea through one of the lounge windows and the adjacent window looks over the moorland. The view of the sea from the front bedroom is beautiful. The apartment is immaculate, the bathroom was pristine, the kitchen is extremely well equipped and modern. High ceilings make it feel even more spacious. I had to contact the host a couple of times for advice, the response was immediate. Just a point to note there are 60 stairs up to the apartment, but even my 88 year old mother was able to manage that. Our stay was lovely and we will definitely be back.

Fabulous apartment with amazing views in a great location! Positive: Fabulous apartment, fabulous location, fabulous town! Yes there were 70 steps to get up but our 16 year old managed it a few days after major chest surgery. Negative: May not have been our best decision to book the place knowing it had many steps but on balance it was worth it

Positive: The apartment is large, comfortable and very well equipped with stunning views down the Yorkshire. Excellent location in the centre of the town, surrounded by the local facilities. Negative: Unfortunately, what we didn't realise until later in the evening, was that the toilet didn't work. An emergency plumber came out on the Sunday evening but couldn't rectify the problem. He returned on the Monday morning and eventually fixed the toilet, so we had no toilet facilities through Sunday night until mid morning on Monday, somewhat awkward as there were four of us in the apartment. The staff were very apologetic and the plumber was exceptional, coming out late on Sunday night. We were promised a refund for our first nights stay due to these problems, it is now six weeks since our visit and after contacting the hosts numerous times we have received no refund.

A comfortable, roomy, well furnished apartment with fantastic views. We found free parking outside and loved the place from the start ( don’t be put off by the communal stairs). It was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. Saltburn is a great place to explore and we really enjoyed our couple of days there. Thank you.

Great location and an absolutely stunning apartment. The building and hallways are a little dated and steep climb to the apartment but once inside it is absolutely stunning and so well equipped! The views are amazing, beds are so comfortable and the kitchen / bathroom and living areas are fabulous!

Huntcliff View is such a beautiful apartment with a stunning view of the coastline. It's very spacious, clean and has lots of helpful extras if you're travelling with small children such as a night light in the hall, a blackout blind, travel cot and highchair. We will definitely look to stay here again next time we visit Saltburn.

Simply amazing Positive: What a gem! This apartment had everything and even more. The most important - THE view. It was amazing to wake up here in the rays of sunshine and to watch the waves or rain. It's spacious, modern and very well equipped, spotless clean too. Beds were so comfortable we didn't want to get up. I felt like at home away from home! It's close to the sea, bus stops and Sainsbury's is like 5 minutes away. We didn't use it as we spent a lot of time outside, but you can find here many board games and puzzles, also for children. Big TV with freeview and streaming platforms for cosy evenings. Host & Stay was very responsive and sent us a lot of messages (I think even too many messages - two or three would be enough!) with useful information. It was easy to find the flat and so was the check-in. I look forward to stay here again! Negative: The staircase is indeed in need of some attention as it looks old and mostly unloved (but it has nice touches like the old bookcase). I hope it will finally change as people are commenting on this since 2024! Pity that all LED candles were run out of their batteries.

Positive: The views from the apartment are awesome, it was spotless, well furnished and very comfortable. Negative: `The communal stairwell is unloved and in need of renovation to match the quality of the apartment.

2nd time staying here, love it. We are already booked to come back in December and looking to come again next summer also. We love the coziness, the space, huge bed, how clean it is and it’s so peaceful with great access to all you need in Saltburn. Only thing to watch out for is the stairs - this apartment is on the top floor but it’s such an amazing place that doesn’t bother us at all. Love this place

If youre looking for luxury-with-a-view this is for you. Clean, welcoming and homely place to stay with amazing views over the sea and cliffs. Easy to access with parking right outside. Important to note this is on the 3rd floor with many stairs, not accessible for those who struggle woth mobility or stairs.

Beautifully decorated spacious apartment with stunning views of the sea and coast line. Very well situated for accessing the beach as well as local restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Parking was easy and free. Very quiet and comfortable beds. We would definitely recommend and return 👌

A beautiful apartment with great amenities nearby. Well equipped (some knives missing in the kitchen and a slightly reluctant flush on the loo aside) it is up a lot of stairs so be prepared to develop calves of steel and pack light. Great views. We ate at the Seaview and had drinks in some of the small independent bars. The local church, Emmanuel was really welcoming. Great sea for swims but sad the funicular was out of action. Lots of towels and spotless bedding. Just like the photos

Lovely apartment! Don’t be afraid when you first enter, the shared landing and stairs doesn’t reflect the apartment at all! Great location as well - quiet and peaceful 😊 be aware of lots of stairs to climb! But the view is worth it!!

Very lovely place, gorgeous location

A beautiful spot with serene views over Saltburn. Once you get past the tired looking communal stair areas into the the apartment you feel right at home. Clean and fresh and calming. Great for families with a short (albeit short with many steps) walk down to the beach. We parked directly opposite the apt block for free for the whole 3 days.

Really enjoyed being there!! Negative: We found the shower a little difficult to use. Carpets on stairs didn‘t match the quality of the flat.

10/10! Excellent stay. My partner and I are from the North East and love visiting Saltburn. I was thrilled to find this B&B for its views and location. It was very spacious and immaculate. I would definitely visit again and hope to bring some friends from down south, given the two bedrooms! Perfect for what we needed and great value, see you next time :)

The view from the bedroom and living room is like no other, absolutely gorgeous. Property is on the main road however you can’t hear traffic at night. Bed was super comfy. Very spacious and overall a lovely place to stay. Thank you for having us 🌊

We enjoyed our stay here overall. I’d agree with similar reviews though and the kitchen was a bit limited with basics (no oil or salt for example) but views were lovely and location was great.

Beautiful apartment with fantastic views from the Lounge and front bedroom. Very spacious and bright. Loved watching the sunrise over Huntcliff. Parking just outside was never a problem. Yes 60 steps up but it’s worth it and they do get easier the more you do them imo :). Would definitely recommend and book again.

Positive: Beautiful spacious apartment , comfortable , amazing views close to everything . Negative: 4pm check in / 10am checkout - felt late and early no flexibility available. Not a big deal but bring your own shower gel and bathroom hand soap - not provided had to go shopping

Gorgeous apartment, high class feel to it, location also brilliant for coastal walks, bars, restaurants and the beach.

Great, spacious two bed apartment with amazing views. We had a lovely short stay and very much appreciated the little touches (nice chairs in windows, binoculars, etc) to take in the view. Kitchen was very well appointed and we had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and good storage in bedrooms. Quiet and very well located too. Take heed on the number of stairs, it is quite a climb, but it is worth it.

Stunning sunrises 🌅 (and sunsets) in a central location with fab restaurants, independent shops and cafes nearby. Short( and hilly!) walk to the beach and park. The vehicular isn’t operating. Stayed as a family of 4with a baby so perhaps the flights of stairs were the compromise for the beautiful accommodation with ever changing views. The common parts of the building need some maintenance though once you are through the door, everything else was immaculate. Small issue with the water on our departure ( a radiator in the flat below had cut off our water). However, the hosts were quick and responsive. Definitely would stay again due to the location alone .

Beautiful apartment with super views. The check in time at 4pm is very late especially when considering the check out time is 10am. There was no flexibility from the host for an earlier check in which was frustrating.

Wonderful views up a few floors but worth it! Clean apartment and well equipped.

This is a beautiful, spacious, quiet apartment. I would definitely return to this home. The only downside is the many stairs. Equivalent to 4-5 flights I would say as it’s a sweeping staircase. But it’s worth the effort and I felt so happy returning to the magnificent view every day and comfortable home.

Me and my dad stayed here for a short trip whilst visiting the local area and it was a lovely place to call home for a while. The views from the bedroom and living room are just beautiful and would fully recommend. It was a comfortable stay with beautiful decor. The place had free parking right outside the apartment and with shops not even a 5 minute walk. Would really recommend this apartment no matter the time of the year or the weather! Beautiful apartment, location and stay! Would 100% stay again.

We had a lovely stay here, we really enjoyed it. Lovely apartment with great sea views. Perfect location and super convenient parking. We’ll be back! Not sure why so much feedback was saying that the entrance and landing wasn’t great and looked tired - this is literally an old Victorian building with original fixtures and stairs and windows - we thought it was really cool and refreshing to see character!! A lovely place to stay! Positive: A beautiful, very spacious, well equiped, tastefully decorated flat with a lovely view. Plenty of space to hang coats, plus hooks on the bathroom door for clothes, so often missing in other places! Comfortable beds. Excellent shower and bath! Negative: I would suggest a bigger radiator in the living room. It is a large room, and as we were there in January, we found it a little cold in there compared to the rest of the flat, which was fine. The 60 steps up to the flat, though excellent exercise, could be a problem to some!

Perfect location for exploring Saltburn with free parking outside which is a huge bonus. Echoing other reviews, although the communal hallway is tired and a little scruffy, the apartment itself is lovely, beautifully decorated, peaceful, and very comfortable. The stairs weren’t an issue for us but the lack of a lift could put some people off. Overall, a lovely place to stay and a great base for visiting Saltburn.

Stunning apartment, outstanding view and great location. Unfortunately we stayed on a very cold weekend and the heating wasn’t sufficient, the bathroom was especially cold. Everything else was perfect.

Lovely apartment with great views of Huntcliff and Saltburn beach. Apartment is a good size, clean and comfortable. Only minor issues being the living room gets cold in the winter due to drafty single glazed windows and the unit is at the top of a big staircase which is a minor inconvenience. But property is very comfortable overall and would stay again.

Loved staying here. Already booked again for next summer. Very spacious inside, extremely comfortable living space and also very comfortable beds. Shower was great, as was the bath. Everything was spot on - a real home from home. Location is fantastic too, we love Saltburn and everything is easily walkable. Only negative (still giving it a 5 star) is the communal entrance & stairway, needs a fair bit of TLC but once inside the flat it’s total luxury, clean and so fresh. Lots of steps too, so be wary as this is high up.

Lovely apartment but be aware three steep flights of stairs

Although the entrance, stairs and hallway are easily forgettable, once inside the Apartment it was lovely, although the windows need cleaning to enjoy the wonderful views on offer which was a great shame as this is one of the main selling points of the property. Everything else was perfect including Saltburn itself, first time visitor and had a fantastic time, great restaurants, bars, shops, and the farmer’s market. The beach is stunning, and we will be returning soon.

Great central location for Saltburn, beautiful views of Hunt cliff and the coast from the living room and bedroom. Spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped, lovely bathroom and shower. The flat did have 3 flights of stairs so some level of fitness required

Negative: Only downside id comment upon is the poor up keeping of the building itself, hallway was not clean and smelt however, the immaculate property out weighed this issue and understandably it’s a communal area.

Poor experience We were very disappointed with the lack of response from the management company to issues which we reported on day 2 of our stay.These included:-Only one bathroom hand towel, toaster & oven dirty, no shaver socket, no instructions for the heating thermostat to alter times as we were cold, wardrobe mirror dirty.They did send a cleaner to attend to the dirty sink, kitchen waste bin, bed 2 radiator not working.Other issues we didn’t bother to report as it seemed pointless were:- pillowcase stained, bathroom extractor didn’t work.The entrance stairs & hallway were disgusting, with cobwebs, dust, rubbish & walk paper peeling off due to damp.Quite frankly “thanks for your feedback, we’ll look into these items” doesn’t cut it from the management company !All in all vastly overpriced & to be avoided. We won’t be back.

Perfect apartment to enjoy Saltburn Positive: Loved staying here. The apartment is beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The views are amazing. If you struggle with steps don’t go but if you want a fantastic view you have to be ok with climbing stairs as it’s on third floor. Would definitely return and recommend. Saltburn is a wonderful place.

Would highly recommend staying here if you get the chance. Positive: Gorgeous views, well equipped, beautiful interior, incredible bathroom. Absolutely beautiful place to stay and I would book it again. Close to all local amenities. Negative: Only commenting to be constructive. Stay was incredible! Entrance hall had lots of lights out, and there was no light at the front of the property. Difficult doing the lock box in the darkness. I’m scared of the dark and the hall being so dark made me feel really uncomfortable in the evening. It’s a shame check in is so late and check out so early. It significantly shortened the time we could spend in the beautiful apartment. Exterior windows could do with a clean!

We stayed for 2 nights and had a great time. Lovely flat, very well decorated with everything you might need. Beautiful views out the front. Bath and shower a bonus. Nice and clean and spacious. Felt very much at home. Great location for exploring the area and all of Saltburn’s amenities in walking distance. Easy parking on roadside outside the building. Note: stairs a plenty up to the flat, but a good work out for us.

Kitchen had everything you could need. Location couldn’t have been better, loved the sea view. Warmed up nice and quickly after a fresh day out on the seafront.

Great place to stay in Saltburn. Felt right at home as soon as we got inside. We were lucky to get a parking spot right outside the door. Great views of the sea and surrounding area. Really clean, modern and clutter free. Highly recommend to anyone as long as you’re not bothered by having to climb some stairs.

A fabulous apartment in a great location. Very well appointed accommodation. Very nicely furnished with everything we needed. The local amenities were literally just round the corner and there was everything we needed. Also close to the railway station for trips up and down the coast. The host was highly proactive in terms of communication and helped us with queries around property access et cetera. Would definitely use this property again. Overall, an excellent visit and a fantastic property with a great host. Saltburn is a lovely place. It was a little bit like going back in time when everything was tidy, people cared for their properties and there was no litter. It really is a lovely place to visit.

Nice flat with a good view and lots of space. The view means that you need to climb quite a fee stairs which was fine for us but needs to be borne in mind in case this is an issue for you. Great kitchen with all amenities.
