Disappointing. Negative: Property had not been cleaned from previous occupants. Kitchen dirty, Used bedding still on beds. Damp towels in bathroom. Sinks with hair in them. Heating system not working we had to buy batteries to get controller to work. It was cold on arrival. Spent 4 hours waiting for the cleaners to arrive and the place to be cleaned.
