Positive: Accommodation was well kept and nice and clean Negative: Nothing

Positive: Very clean. Negative: One towel per person only.

The Lodge was very clean and seemed almost new. The site was small and close to the lovely town of Beverley. Lovely sitting on verandah having breakfast and tea. Booked through Airbnb who stated it had WiFi but this was not the case and phone signal was a bit hit and miss.

Fabulous place - just needs some thought on how to make it more welcoming for a short stay and needs when away to get st Positive: Peaceful location, interior was impeccable, spacious and very clean. Negative: Lack of utensils, plates, serving plates or dishes, glasses, hangers. No tea, coffee or condiments eg olive oil, salt or pepper - essentially no basics for cooking anything. A bottle of water & milk in fridge would have been a good start after a long journey arriving late in the evening - plus all the above. Such a let down when everything else was done so well.

Beautiful lodge! And in great location too. Would definitely stay again if back in same area!

We were lucky with the weather so we were able to sit outside every day and evening. Positive: The lodge was very comfortable and clean. Good bath and brilliant shower. Negative: More kitchen equipment and towels. Needs a few inexpensive touches to make it perfect. Also the road that the site is on is extremely busy and can be noisy.

I have stayed in a few different lodges like this before this is possibly the nicest one yet will definitely be using this 1 again.

Positive: Gorgeous lodge, clean and comfortable in a great location. The site is nice and quiet and the pub that’s open on weekends was a nice added extra. Lovely friendly staff in the pub and food looked great-take outs pizzas etc for people camping was busy. Negative: Staff discussed upon arrival if the lodge had been cleaned and informed us through booking.com they are not notified of stays until the last minute. Luckily it had been cleaned but the towels were still in the washing machine. WiFi problems through out the stay. Couldn’t use laptop, television and phones were hit and miss. Very basic kitchen equipment- 4 of everything(plates, bowls, glasses) but no additional items such as a tin opener or a colander. Also no cleaning products supplied.
