Had a fabulous stay at this property, exactly like the photos, really nicely furnished and decorated and very clean, we stay in Norton a lot when visiting family and this by far has been the best, great location for bars, restaurants and shops, would highly recommend Many Thanks
Poor communication from the host, on arrival the property was not clean or tidy. There appeared to be someone’s items there; clothes, toiletries, cosmetics. I left immediately with my family as we where concerned it was not safe
We love staying here, always try to book here when working in the area. Great connections for work and lots to do in the local area. House is beautiful and spotless every visit.

A warm and comfortable home, with really comfy beds. The location was right in the heart of the High Street so walking distance to all the fab restaurants and bars.
Great pad on Norton High Street . Fab location close to good pubs , bakery , butcher’s, tesco local etc . For a high street location very limited noise and set back away from the road. Highly recommended, with high end feel in every aspect. Recommend the Indian restaurant just off the high street . House very good value and you won’t be disappointed
Cottage is in a great location with pubs and restaurants really close by. On street parking can be little challenging at times but quite a down on an evening. Cottage dimensions are fairly small for four adults with the primary shower being downstairs off the back of the kitchen. The kitchen is clean and modern but lacked sufficient cutlery and glasses for the number of guests. The cottage could be improved with curtains in the bedrooms rather than just blinds and softer lighting options. Overall, the cottage is small and struggles to accommodate four guests, location is great but it lacks the homely feel you would expect.
The old cottage was clean, and well kept. Newly fitted en suite. Quirky sloping upper floor! I have to flag up the very wobbly kitchen tap and the fact that I had someone knocking on the front door at 7.30 am on the Sunday which unnerved me a little as I am an elderly person, there on my own visiting an unwell relative. Enjoyed Cafe Maison for Breakfast.
The cottage felt like a home from the moment we walked in. Kitchen was fully equipped, there was a bathroom upstairs and down. Comfortable beds and linens. Would definitely recommend this property and its location.

Really well thought out throughout, great downstairs shower, beds were extremely comfy, whole house was spotless and comfy sofa. Lovely little touches made the home welcoming - just a short walk to the green and the duck pond and easy access to motorway for trips to Whitby and seaside. loved our stay here

This is the perfect location in the centre of Norton village - there are plenty of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants within walking distance. It is easy to park very close to the property (usually right outside!) It is comfortable, cozy and as described. All the essentials are provided, which is great and is really helpful for a short stay. We know the area well and it is an ideal place for us to stay when visiting family who live in Norton and to see the local area. This was our second visit and will not be our last to this lovely "home-from-home"!

Great location with only a very short walk to shops, pubs and restaurants (which were all pretty busy and popular at the weekend). Easy to park close by. Very clean and tidy cottage, and as described.

Nice little house on the High Street. Norton itself is lovely with nice cafes, and shops. I will definitely look at staying here again if I’m ever in the area.

We had a great stay thank you. The house is in a great location right on the high street - bear that in mind if you like an early night! Communication was great we will be back.
The accommodation was comfortable and practical. Kitchen equipment all worked well. Everything has been done to a good standard in the property and the car parking on the High Street was easier than i expected. Hosts responded promptly to problem with a door lock and a solution quickly provided. Could not find a bread board - would have been handy.
Gorgeous cottage. Beautifully decorated, well equipped and spotlessly clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
