Gorgeous lodge with everything we needed. From booking to check out everything was smooth and efficient. Would definitely recommend!

Two day stay at the Hidden Gem. In a very private location on the site which gave privacy when using the Hot Tub which was great at the end of two busy days at Eden camp and Flamingo land. Beds extremely comfortable. Good showers. Took an 18 month old so had to be creative filling the bath as no plug. Cot bed was a good size and clean. Dishwasher was a bonus though a few instructions next to it would have been helpful as we put it on Eco mode and still on 8 hours later -not sure if this was correct. Access to Netflix was great. Response from hosts was excellent when we queried anything. Would definitely recommend and would return in the future.

Positive: the hot tub was lovely and the lodge was nice and clean. Negative: there wasn't many shops close by and the location was a bit out the way for us.

Expected abit better from this kind of accommodation. Positive: The outdoor / indoor space was great. Location was really nice and quiet. Negative: The kettle required a major descale as was filthy, hi- chair back was not fit for purpose and straps were dirty. There was all dirt in between cushions on sofa and needed good clean, aswell as hot tub cover was filthy too. All this is not great when you want to feed your 1year old his bottle or food. Not really sure either why customers have to strip the beds as I thought the accommodation had cleaners!!
