Booked somewhere random for NYE with friends and came across Hexham and it didn’t disappoint! The house was beautiful and well presented. Very warm and cosy and had everything we needed. Hosts were easy to contact. Parking is street parking and we were always able to find a space on the street. Would 100% recommend staying here!

The added Christmas trees lit and welcoming was a lovely surprise!

Beautifully clean property, very quiet, ideal for the size of group we had staying. Hexham is a lovely location.What could have made this an excellent stay - a starter pack, there was only 1 toilet roll per bathroom. It would have also been very useful to have a printed copy of the manual for appliances - lots of great things in the kitchen but pretty tricky to work out how to use. Also, a starter pack to include dishwasher tablets and a few washing machine tablets. Honestly, not expensive but would have certainly made the first few days a better experience,

Fantastic Airbnb. Spacious, clean, cosy, neat and stylish. Everything seemed new and high quality. They even had a drawer full of dog toys, towels, poo bags etc. I would stay here again!

What a wonderful property! This house is in a quiet location in one of the nicest areas in Hexham. It is walkable to the town centre although we drove all the time as we were visiting family locally. The house is large, with really high quality fixtures and fittings e.g. electric blinds, Sonos TV sound bar, comfortable beds, great showers and bathroom. The rooms are all beautifully decorated to show off the period features. The host provides excellent guidance and the instructions to access the property are really simple. We would totally stay again when we next visit Northumberland.

A comfortable stay in a very nice house.

Lovely house lovely location. I thought for the price we paid couldn’t check in until 4pm and check out at 10am was a bit unfair, when we did get in there was a workman in the house fixing heating and hot water. Then the next day it went off again. We where caught in the rain so where cold and wet no heating no hot water !

This was a beautiful property exactly as advertised in a wonderful party of the region. Myself, my wife and our two kids were visiting family in the area and looking for space sufficient for us. This was a great option, the property was very well appointed and clean when we arrived. We have booked to return later this year and would recommend for other families staying in the region.

Fabulous quality property, one of best I’ve ever stayed in Positive: Fabulous property, immaculately clean, great for our family celebration Beds so comfy We used every bit of the space from the movie room to the garden and yarden which meant we could enjoy the pleasant weather. Negative: Minor- but a little bit more washing up liquid and another dish cloth

This is a luxurious and beautiful house, well appointed and perfect for exploring the area. We were visiting with friends for a wedding but got to explore many of the stunning local landmarks as well as Hexham itself. Durham, Alnwick castle, Alnmouth and Hadrian’s Wall were all fabulous. We all found the beds comfortable, the bathroom looks like a spa and with the World Cup in full swing the TV snug was well used! The host sent full instructions on our arrival day and you do need to read the pack as working out the electric aga and the coffee machine proved slightly challenging (even with instructions) but we got there in the end!

We loved our stay at the house. It had everything we needed with its exceptionally well-equipped kitchen. Lovely bathroom too. Would recommend to all 😊

Don't miss this gem! Positive: Accommodation was perfect. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were a good size. Every room was equipped with everything you could possibly want or need for a perfect holiday whether it be for a couple or or a family with children. The 4 of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back again in the future. Negative: There is nothing that we found fault with.

One of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed in. Beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, neat, comfortable, quiet, quality fixtures and fittings and even though you are in a Terrace it is surrounded by trees and birdsong. Ten minute walk across Sele Park into the town. Parking was ok but not available right outside the property. However, I would not hesitate to recommend. Thank for a great stay.

This has to be the most gorgeous, luxurious and delightful Airbnb I have ever had the pleasure to experience. The pictures, though lovely, do not do it justice. This is a property where no expense has been spared and yet feels welcoming and comfortable. If you wish to explore Hexham and its surroundings then treat yourself and stay here; you will feel pampered and a little bit giddy.

This house has been renovated to the highest standards. The owners have catered for everything with a well equipped and fully modern kitchen. The lounge and snug rooms are impressive, upstairs there are two luxurious bathrooms and four very comfortable bedrooms. You can see the quality of the finishes throughout the accommodation. The location is within a very quiet street and around a 10 minute walking distance to the main town centre which has a several bars and restaurants to choose from. The hosts communications (Charlie) are clear friendly with very prompt responses. We would highly recommend staying at this accommodation, we had a lovely break away and we would definitely return again. Many thanks.

Lovely house. Beautifully furnished and well equipped. On street parking was no problem. Short walk to the park and into town. There were 4 of us and it felt really spacious. If there were 7 you'd find the snug (TV room) a bit small but there is a TV in the lounge as well. Great stay.

The house was amazing. The location is 10mins walk from the high street with some restaurants, cafes and convenience stores and 5mins drive to the supermarkets. On street parking was not an issue. House is very well matained and we really enjoyed how well stocked the kitchen was. Lots of light through the house and heating worked really well. Hot water was instant and water pressure strong. WiFi was good and available throughout the house. Beds were very comfy and the bedrooms are very spacious, but so mind your head in the top floor conversion! We had 5 adults and 1 child and had plenty of room to spread out. They also had dog treats, toys and accessories which was a nice touch. Would highly recommend!

Hosts incredibly attentive and thorough in communication. House in quiet street,easy parking,10 minutes walk to town centre. House interior like a high class boutique hotel! We ate at Danielle’s one evening (a bistro to be recommended) and at home the other evening. Everything you’d need in kitchen to self cater. Ample space inside house. Room to watch tv,relax with log stove on,or just read. Beds very comfortable. We didn’t go outside into patio beside kitchen(rainy). This is fantastic accommodation. I’d return for sure.

Great Location. Beautiful Big House.

The house was beautiful, spacious and very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All amenities were available and we were not wanting for anything. Our only feeling was that it was a little cold but given the size of the house it iwas not surprising and the wood burning stove was a help. The radiator in the loft room was not working but the mainternance man brough a heater the day we notified you, as he was not able to repair the valve that evening. We were very grateful for such a fast response. Lovely quiet street but easy walking distance from the centre of Hexham.
