Henry Street Stay Great location for walking to all activities in Liverpool. Two bed two bath made it perfect for my daughter, wife and I.I felt the directions could have been clearer regarding key pickup since there wasn’t an option needed to go to the market which is a short walk.Would stay again!!!!

really great stay in the centre of Liverpool. With a young child having separate bedrooms and a lounge to hang out in of an evening was so nice to have and all at the same cost as a standard hotel room too. we will definitely be back

Comfortable stay in good location Positive: Good location - quiet but close to sights and restaurants. Comfy beds. Good customer service - speedy response to queries. Negative: Small points - maybe a couple more hand towels as there was 4 adults. Tv remote has button missing which restricted access and toaster didn’t work but was replaced.

Lovely apartment in a really central location. Absolutely perfect for a weekend break for our group of 5 and would definitely use again and recommend.

Fab weekend away with friends in a gorgeous place Positive: Everything is as pictured. The place is very clean and finished to a high standard. Bathrooms are both lovely and fresh. Beds including sofa beds are really comfortable. The outdoor space is a great bonus and would be good in the nicer weather. Fab stay in the city! Walking distance to every where went Negative: The only issue we had was with not being able to get the fridge to work but after contacting staff this was sorted with a maintenance man came out to sort this for us right away so we have no issues.

Good. Positive: Cleanliness and location Negative: I requested for a 11am check out because my husband is having some tummy pain, but my request is not granted. Not too accommodating. Their check out time is 10am. Not also accommodating with an early check in and no place to even leave your belongings.

The flat was great, perfect for what we needed. The building it is in is not the prettiest but the flat itself was kitted out very well, looks like the pictures and had everything we needed. We stayed for business and had a great time.

A very well placed flat very close to city centre and plenty of places to eat. It was good for two couples to explore Liverpool. I received helpful information before our trip.

Hemos estado genial. El apartamento está muy bien situado dentro de Liverpool. Casi todo está cerca. Llegamos pasada la medianoche y no hubo problema para recoger las llaves en un convenience store en Seel street. Cualquier duda que he tenido se me ha resuelto muy rápido y de forma clara.

Superfijn,centraalgelegen apartement Positive: De locatie is echt top. Overal dichtbij en toch niet in het lawaai van eventueel uitgaansleven. Wij hebben vrijwel alles te voet gedaan. Ook het treinstation is prima te voet bereikbaar, afhankelijk van je bagage natuurlijk. Goed te bereiken service van de verhuurder. Negative: De lift deed het niet,maar daar kan de verhuurder niks aan doen. En de pannen zijn aan vervanging toe. Maar dat is dan ook alles

Lovely little apartment with two bathrooms. There was plenty of hot water. Small toiletries provided along with tea, coffee, sugar and washing up liquid plus lovely towels! The door key is collected from a local convenience store which was approx 5mins away, which was no issue. Although located near the Cathedral district where there are plenty of bars, live music and restaurants, the apartment itself was in a reasonably quiet area. Ideal for two couples. : ))

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! The apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable. It was close to everything but on a lovely quiet street. We visit the area on a regular basis and this is definitely somewhere we will stay again in the future. Thanks again!

Not great but made the most of it Positive: The area was great, very central and on first looks the property looked great Negative: The system to get into the building was extremely complicated although we were given codes to all doors we could only actually enter the apartment through the Kent street entrance. The corridors and lift were filthy. We understand this is a shared space however it was noticeably dirty with a very strong smell of cannabis. Inside the property the heating system did not work and as such the heating remained set the duration of our stay. Meaning the living room where 2 people were sleeping was 28 degrees. We were not given any bedding for the pull out sofa bed which was absolutely disgusting. It was covered in stains and hair as well as grime. We had to sleep on towels our first nightht as it was so disgusting we did not want to touch it. ( this was rectified when I contacted the booking company however it still ruined a large portion of our 2 night stay). The door to the freezer cupboard was also broken and fell out everytime we opened the door. We also found the shower in the main bathroom to be very very low for anybody over 5ft

Henry Street Chambers apartment is well located for a stay in the city. Only 10 mins walk from the centre. Apartment was exactly as described. Ideal for a 2 nights. Communication with the hosts was easy. Would happy use this location again. Many thanks to Charlie at Host & Stay! Michael

A nice apartment in a great location within the city centre. Easy to walk to and from the main attractions with lots of nice bars and restaurants on the doorstep.

Good Positive: Great location Negative: No air con. It was really hot in there! The outside area very untidy.

Great location very easy access to the city

We had an amazing time enjoying Liverpool very comfortable and perfect little place. Positive: Location very central and extremely clean Negative: It could do with some additional oven proof dishes and glasses. Also a small patio set in the yard. It was 28 degrees so a small set to be able to enjoy courtyard would be nice.

Positive: Lovely accomodation and great proximity to town centre. But had a bit of miscommunication at check in but overrall had wonderful stay.

Everythink was ok, exept that the key pick up was in different address as given.

Positive: Great location. Comfortable beds and nice qualty bedlinen/towels. Clean and quiet, although we did stay out of season. Very efficient heating in bedrooms. Underfloor heating in lounge. Tasteful decor. Lift. Negative: Heated towel rail in main bathroom didn't work. Lounge would benefit from a few lamps as it's very dark during a Winter"s day and the overhead lighting is very bright! Need hooks with hangers in second bedroom as nowhere to store clothes.

Location was great, and easy to get to. Clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

Great stay, lovely apartment, key situation needs sorting. Positive: Location Modern and spacious Negative: Picking up and dropping off of the key was inconvenient, a key box outside the apartment door would be much better.

Okay but not great. Positive: Location and space Negative: It hadn’t been properly cleaned, the blind in the bedroom was broken so we had to attach a sheet to the window for privacy. There were stains in the sofa and bedspead. The shower door leaked so the bathroom floor got soaked. The bedside lamp didn’t work. There was no dishwasher as listed. Heating hard to control.

Convent location, clean however the key situation would prevent me from using again Positive: The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable although bedroom heater did not work. Location was great for getting about. Negative: The lift kept jamming had to use the stairs at time other residents say this is normal. Collection and drop off of key was not convenient at all and could be made so much easier.corridors of the building were filthy, was a disgusting smell, and littered with food.

The actual flat was perfect for our two nights stay. Easy walk into city. Negative: Stair approach to property (inside the building) could do with decorating and cleaning. They were dirty and littered with cigarette butts.

A comfy apartment near the centre of town. Positive: Comfy beds, quiet area, although close to the centre, the apartment was a good size with most amenities that you need. Negative: Information about pick up and drop off of the key for the apartment was not clear. It would have been easier to have a key box outside of the apartment door.

Perfect flat for a weekend trip to the city Positive: The locations was perfect and the flat was spacious and clean. Negative: It doesn’t state anywhere what floor the apartment is on. I called the helpline to ask where the apartment was located because we had lots of bags to carry around and the lady on the phone didn’t know and couldn’t help us. She said she would look in the handbook and I explained id already done this and continued to say ‘the flat has a garden so it must be on the ground floor’. I asked her if it was easier for us to go and look on each floor to find the apartment to which she replied ‘yes I think that would work’. In future it may be easier to state what floor the apartment is on in the building so guests don’t have to carry bags all over the place to find it.

We had a great time in a spacious clean apartment Positive: Very spacious, clean and comfortable Negative: When we visited, the lift in the apartment building wasn’t working, so we had to carry all our luggage and food delivery up the stairs, just glad it was on the first floor. The heating system was a bit hard to work out, we didn’t know how to turn it off, there was no guide for it, would’ve liked some instructions or something because we did get quite warm.

Camere, bagni e appartamenti ok. Gestori per niente professionali Positive: La struttura è ottima, pulita e in una zona comoda. Letti comodi e puliti, bagni idem. Negative: La chiave per l’appartamento va ritirata in un mo shop a 10’ dall’appartamento. Viene fornito un codice da dare all’addetto dello shop. Ci è stato fornito però il codice sbagliato. Quindi abbiamo perso mezz’ora contattando i responsabili della struttura per riuscire ad avere quello giusto e a ritirarle. Una volta arrivati al palazzo dell’appartamento speravamo fossero finiti i problemi, ma invece anche il codice per accedere al palazzo ci è stato fornito sbagliato. Anche qua, abbiamo perso ulteriore tempo contattando i gestori per riuscire ad accedere. A soggiorno finito, quando ho esposto i problemi ai gestori, chiedendo almeno un minimo rimborso visto i disguidi, l’unica risposta ricevuta era quella automatica, il classico “le risponderemo il prima possibile”. Comportamento decisamente non professionale.

Apartamento muy céntrico y confortable. Mejorables las comunicaciones. Positive: El apartamento está muy bien, moderno y confortable. Los dos baños es una comodidad cuando somos cuatro. La situación es inmejorable. Muy céntrico. Negative: Aunque la reserva se podía cancelar hasta poco antes de la fecha, sin embargo nos cobraron por antelación más de dos meses antes. Era política de la empresa que gestionaba el alojamiento. Primero cobran y luego si cancelas en plazo, te reembolsan. Creo que es importante saberlo antes de reservar. Y la recogida de llaves fue un poco caótico. Primero me mandaron unos códigos y me dijeron que no tenía que ir a ningún lugar a recoger llaves, pero luego, una vez en el lugar la puerta de entrada no tenía acceso con clave, ni cajetin con llave. Estuvimos más de una hora intentando contactar por teléfono pero solo salía un contestador. Finalmente buscando información en Internet vimos que había un míni Market cerca donde entregaban llaves y fuimos allí, donde efectivamente nos entregaron las llaves dándole el código que habíamos recibido. En fin un poco confuso.

A lovely apartment in a great location Positive: The apartment was spacious and a lovely apartment. It’s was comfortable and it a good location. Just round the corner from a 24 hour premier shop if needed. Lots of car parks close by. Concert Square only five minutes walk and Albert Dock and Matthew Street just a little further. Negative: There wasn’t anything I didn’t like

Excellent location and a really beautiful flat. Everything was lovely and modern, our only gripe was that the sofa bed wasn’t very clean, however everything else was lovely and it’s a beautiful apartment with a really good central location.

Our stay was perfect. Everything we needed . Positive: Location was perfect 👍 breakfast wasn’t included so we made our own . There was plenty of plates , utensils and pots and pans to make what we wanted .

A pleasent stay, and you get what you pay for. Host & stay is answering very quickly, so I can definitely recommend them. The apartment it self: a smelly entrance to the apartment, and people living there walking by the windows often in the yard (moreover a red paint was exploded outside the apartment next to this one with white sheets laying over it, so looked like something from a horror movie) . But otherwise the apartment was great and quite clean, and a central location. Bathrooms, beds and rooms very clean, floors not that clean. All in all a good apartment.

Nothing too much trouble but there was quite fair amount of dust around the place, lounge windows looked so dirty like haven't been cleaned for years. Was bit cold inside, specially in the bathroom, it took hours to warm up. The controls on heaters weren't very easy to operate. There weren't any coffee pods in the kitchen but was assured it will be replaced (never happened) so had to run to the coffee shop every morning. On the checkout day felt rushed by getting messages about 8am if everything was OK as haven't dropped the keys yet. It was residential block but unfortunately heighbours were partying all night. The keys pickup/dropoff place was at supermarket 8 minutes walk from apartment which wasn't very convenient.

Very good location and space, but unfortunately there was no dishwasher as it said in the description.

Terrible-future customers should avoid this flat and any other property owned by management company Positive: The flat was in a convenient location. That’s about all I can say. Everything else was terrible. Negative: Fridge didn’t work. Central heating didn’t work, no spare keys, washing machine didn’t work, lift didn’t work. It was an awful experience

Fantastic place, close to everything in Liverpool. Very clean and modern, quiet. Will definitely make this our regular place to stay when visiting Liverpool.

Would highly recommend a stay at this property. Run by a property company, communication was really good and straightforward. Keys are collected from a location specified once booked, was not too far from the apartment. Apartment was very clean, easy to find and a great location to explore Liverpool. One thing to be aware of is the need for a booking deposit, we opted for the €30 insurance option which was absolutely fine but something to keep in mind when booking and cost. Thankyou for our stay and we would definitely stay again.

Was asked to take out tenants insurance by host and stay, and then they wanted a 250£ damage deposit or a one off 25£ non refundable fee to cover up to 500£ damage. All on top of what I had already paid. After arriving I had to spend over 2 hours in a dirty uncomfortable corridor waiting for someone to come and give me the correct keys to get in. Barely audible call with American lady from host and stay after automated call line (press 1 to... etc). Had to email her a video of me trying the keys in the lock not working before she would send someone out with correct keys. (at least 3 emails and 4 photos as she kept saying she couldn't find them!) Very rude and offensive man in the mini mart shop where I collected the keys from! After finding out the keys I had been given didn't work i returned to the shop to ask for the correct keys. The man in the shop said it was my fault the keys didn't work and that "there is enough sh*t in the world without having to deal with you!" Not Impressed!
