October Break Positive: Facilities clean and good standard. Plenty of information and essentials in the kitchen. Hot tub was fantastic and ready to go upon arrival. Negative: The double mattress you unfortunately could feel the springs as you moved. Quite a thin mattress considering the standard and quality of the rest of the lodge.
Very good experience from start to finish. Very nice accommodation exactly as the pictures showed great stay
Positive: Very beautiful!!!! We enjoyed every single moment! Negative: Apart from the mattresses were very uncomfortable, and for how the lodge looks I think i will be a goo ideea to get some comfortable mattresses, apart from that it was wonderful! ❤️
Negative: The lodge was disgusting and dirty . Is also hard to horrendous smell when you walked in which I complain straight away about and the lady come totally agreed with me . My daughter also has ASD and sensory problems which this affected her and Are break away . Absolutely unacceptable
if we had seen stains on bed on first day we probably would not have stayed. Positive: location exellent. hot tub / spa exellent Negative: shower pressure poor .stained net curtains. had to buy drain unblocker to get rid of smell from showers. greasy pans and tin trays. mattress protect stained all over and mattress very badly stained.i
Outstanding! We loved every second and wanted to extend our stay but was unfortunately, but completely understandably, it was booked up. We will be returning without a doubt.
Perfect stay for a chilled few nights away whilst visiting flamingo land!
