Don’t go to this property if you don’t like walking up stairs and bad service. Negative: There were quite a few amenities missing and the customer service is horrible. The beds are two single bed making them very uncomfortable for a couple to sleep.

Hello checking in to harbour lights the space was amazing and looked clean as I was putting clothes away that when I started noticing things such as chewed chewing gum in the draws no hair dryer. When opening the windows the was cigarette ash all over them found what looked like to be weed remnants on the bed side table the lamps didn’t work or turn on. On the BnB site it states you have a kitchen with pots and pans oil salt and pepper but when looking we didn’t have any let alone any to cook on with as no hob we had all the utensils to cook but couldn’t. When getting ready to go out I tried to use the shower it either came out boiling hot where it hurt my skin or freezing cold. When getting ready I turned the main lights on all they did was flash and didn’t stay on health and safety issue I won’t be staying again as I am unsatisfied with my stay is there any way of a full refund or part of my money back As you know my partner checked in before me and he had to clean the hole place.

I would not recommend this stay. The key was not in the letter box. We struggled to get in for 2 hours and then they only gave us the key for the room door and not the front door. They had to keep calling the other residents to open the door for us which is not their responsibility. It is the hosts job. The person listing the property had no contact with us. We had to keep calling the main number and being put on hold for over 45 minutes each time. The communication is terrible. The outside is a dump. There are multiple bins outside and it smelt so bad. We found 2 bugs in the kitchen and a top under the bed from the previous person. Not clean at all. 100% would not recommend and because of this our stay was highly stressful and disturbed.

It was horrendous, needs a good Clean, bathroom shower door not cleaned, shutters not cleaned Tea,coffee caddies rotten dirty Was not told that it was a third floor apartment with no lift!! We left after one night was booked and paid for two. So so noisy up to 5am in the morning Was not told it was in the main high street. Could not open windows because of the stench of the bins right outside the main door, no fan in the room Awful Stay and would not be retuning

Liked the area nice location .. Positive: Nice size and clean & modern. Negative: Could not open windows and very hot, did not travel with toiletries as website says they are there, no hand soap no toiletries.. had to find a shop to buy it all.. and heavy in case to take back! …showed attachment not working, and restricted with phones as the Wi-Fi not working all weekend, very noisy in the evening as single glazed. And would welcome a fan.

I would definitely stay again and recommend. Positive: Modern and location was good Negative: Due to it being summer time the property could do with a fan as it was very hot. Maybe some curtains to keep the early morning sunlight out. I asked for a 30 minute late check out but was declined. Bin area outstanding de needs sorting.

The unit was well decorated, modern, and clean. It would have been helpful to know that there are many stairs to climb before getting to the unit itself. It would also have been helpful to know that the unit is over a pub and so can be noisy. We had to call the host when we arrived to get the information for finding the unit but once we reached them, the unit instructions they gave were very clear, well written, and helpful.

Wouldn't rush to return Positive: Right in town centre Negative: No curtains so light comes through the blinds very early and probably the worst bed/mattresses I've ever slept on, so hard and uncomfortable, not a double bed either, 2x singles held together. Was crumbs left on table and someone vape in bedside draw. No sugar, and 4x sachets of instant coffee to welcome guests

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Ramsgate. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer sehr belebten Fußgängerzone - man ist also direkt im Geschehen. Leider waren wir bei Ankunft etwas irritiert, da die Wohnung nach unseren Ansprüchen nicht so sauber war, wie erhofft. Die Mülleiner wurden vergessen zu leeren, der Boden war sandig und staubig und angebrochene Pflegeprodukte, der vorherigen Urlauber lagen in der Dusche. Trotz allem ist die kleine Wohnung unglaublich hell und schön eingerichtet.

Wonderful stay at harbour lights! The room, bathroom and kitchen were immaculate and much more spacious than the pictures suggest. The beach and harbour are a short stroll away as well as an array of bars and restaurants. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Dale was a great, communicative host. They ensured a wonderful stay at Ramsgate. We had an outstanding time.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. PROS: The location was great for access to restaurants, pubs, shopping, and the beach in walking distance. You can see the boats in the harbor from the window. The flat itself was clean and spacious. All the furniture, linens, and amenities appeared to be in new condition. It was decorated nicely and was comfortable. Having a kitchenette was great for being able to make our own meals. Tea, coffee, and condiments were provided. Anytime I had a question or needed assistance, Dale responded and was always friendly and helpful. CONS: Stairs, entry door lock, and noise. These are just items to keep in mind when booking, not necessarily complaints: There are lots of stairs, luggage was a challenge. The entry door gave us some issues with the two locks and getting stuck. Although it didn't bother us, the sound from the pubs below gets pretty loud at night and goes on for a long time.
