Host & Stay | Happy Home — Guest Reviews

Great for a contractor stay. Would return.

When we arrived we was met with a very mess place from previous guests. They let this go back out before it had been cleaned. No bedding, mess kitchen with dirty cutlery and left over pot noodle pots. Dirty frying pans left everywhere and plates and old food. Upon telling the host they told me that they would give us £10 per person to go out and have a drink and wait till 7 so we would be checking in essentially at 7 not 4. When explaining to the host we would like a discount due to this, I was met with a very sarcastic and unprofessional outlook. I will not be booking again and I advise you not to either!! This is the first bad review I have left on air BnB and I have hundreds of stays due to work. Awful sarcastic company! Who ever is behind the key board. DO NOT BOOK!

Great place to stay with your family. The local Sainsbury’s is just a 10 min walk away as well as the bus station. The neighbourhood was really quiet & peaceful.

We had a really nice stay in this lovely house over Christmas and we were always able to reach the host. Always again, great house, great communication.

A cosy place, well located for any adventures you may want to have in the area.

Excellent hosts and a great property. Had everything our engineer required for a home from home. We will definitely book again when we have work in the area.

Nice simple house which suited us as a family with two young children. Kitchen was well equipped and local amenities were within walking distance

Great location for us attending Bloodstock Festival. House was very comfortable and a welcome relief after a busy day. Thank you.

The property was nice and compact and in a handy location for our purpose. However it had not been properly prepared or inspected before out rental, there was rubbish in the bedside table of the second bedroom, consisting of used paper towels and a broken kids crayon, there was cereal under the sofa, there were no toilet roll holders the fridge was on a polystyrene base rather than a proper stand none of the clocks were the right time. The TV was not easy to operate and the instructions provided were not accurate. The parking was not well explained you cannot park at the side of the property and it was only by speaking to a neighbour that a visitor space was identified.

Great stay, lovely location.

This was a great house, easy to find and shops close by with fast connections to the motorway

It was just what we needed. Thanks for a great stay.

Struggled a bit with parking but the house is in a great location, close to the centre. Lots of places within walking distance. Nice a spacious.

Bad Positive: Nothing Negative: Bed bugs Dodgy neighbourhood was greeted to a man peeing in the hedge and the smell of the devils lettuce

It was our second time staying in this apartment and I would definitely come again. Check-in and communication is always a pleasure and you just feel comfortable here.

The house is clean and equipped with all you need for a stay away from home. The parking spot is not clearly labelled but neighbours helped us with this. I assume it happens a lot! I would stay here again.

Returning customer. Will stay again.

Very clean and tidy place.

Very pleasant stay and the house is comfortable, the host is very helpful and responsive, will come again next time!

Great little new build house in a new housing estate. It had everything we needed. Soft mattresses and nice linen. Feather pillows and duvet which suited us, but good to know in case you have allergies.

Really nice home with very comfortable beds! Sainsburys and aldi very local to the property which was handy. Cute little park around the corner. Would definitely stay again

Easy, comfortable and clean. Would recommend.

What a perfect stay, everything was amazing from booking through to checking out. Great property in a spot on location. Would definitely stay again.
