A lovely accommodation which was perfect for a short getaway. Very private and so quiet which was exactly what we needed. High standard on the finish of the property which was really nicely furnished and had all of the amenities. So loved the log burner which added a very cozy feel to the property. Thank you for providing some logs to get us started. Great that the property was enclosed and therefore dog friendly. Great to have the addition of an enclosed field next door which we used to let the dog run. So enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.
Hallmark lodge was lovely, had everything you need for a weekend away. Spotlessly clean.
A lovely peaceful location. Beautiful quirky features like the bath house and vaulted ceilings. Adjacent field for walking the dog.
We had a wonderful stay at the lodge. We were met at the gate by the owners who were extremely friendly, made sure we were comfortable and made some great recommendations for food. The lodge itself is beautiful and a unique setup with the mezzanine bedroom. The kitchen was huge which we loved as we love to cook. The bedroom was comfortable and the little aircon/heater unit was great for some cool air at night. The private patio meant our dog had a safe space to roam and the field next to the lodge was great for walks! The local area had plenty to do and the nearby town was beautiful. I have to say as well how absolutely beautiful the grounds of the house and lodge are, absolutely beautiful plants all the way around it!! We would definitely stay again, thank you:)
Beautiful place to stay. Tony was very friendly and welcoming. Place was clean and tidy. We had everything we needed. Lovely pubs around for food and drinks. Would 100% recommend. Thanks!
Wonderful stay with two other friends, good location and kind host who welcomed us in on arrival.
Grounds were stunning with plenty of space for socialising with a small sofa bed available for the 3rd person.
Kitchen facilities worked well and welcome goodies with milk, juice and snacks was appreciated.
Would stay again :)
