The hosts cancelled last minute on our party of 5elderly women!! Travelling alone we had to relocate ! Not ideal

Céntrico, pero asqueroso. Positive: El alojamiento estaba super céntrico. Negative: Nos engañaron. Dijeron que había una cama XXL en la que podía dormir un niño con sus padres, pero era mentira. Tuvimos que adaptarnos y dormir dos amigas en un sillón para que la niña pudiese dormir cómoda. Además, estaba muy muy muy sucio. Los colchones de los sillones llenos de cosas que no logramos identificar qué era, chicles pegados en el sillones, la mesa del comedor con las marcas de vasos y de comida, en el suelo de la cocina te quedabas pegado… un asco.

Positive: We rented this apartment for 7 people and, overall, had a good experience. The apartment was spacious and beautiful, with modern furniture, and it provided plenty of room for everyone. It was well-suited for large groups or families. However, the cleanliness of the apartment was an issue. The floors were sticky, and the rugs were dirty, which created an unpleasant first impression. We sent pictures of the problem to the landlord, hoping that they would take action and clean the floors. Unfortunately, no one came to resolve the issue. Additionally, we were 7 people staying for 4 nights, but the apartment only had 6 towels and just two toilet rolls. This was inconvenient, as we had to request additional towels, but no assistance was provided. While the apartment itself was lovely and well-located, it would greatly benefit from better cleanliness and attention to basic amenities, such as ensuring enough towels and toilet paper for all guests. We hope this feedback will be taken into consideration for future renters. Negative: the floors were dirty and sticky when we arrived. We sent pictures to the landlord as requested to show the issue, but unfortunately, nothing was done to resolve it. Disappointing experience with the cleanliness.

Good location The location was wonderful- only a few minutes walk to bars, restaurants, shops, and attractions. Great for a small family. The flat does need a deep cleaning- there were stains on the rugs and furniture, smears in m the walls, and some grime in corners. But the sheets and linens were clean and fresh.

No bad value but mezzanine bedroom ok if you are staying with family.

Fantastic clean and comfy accommodation, suited our family of 4 really well. Photos were a true reflection of property. It was clean, well presented and styled and had great amenities. Linen and towels were good quality and basic supplies such as tea, coffee, sugar, dish liquid etc were supplied. Could have done with a tumbler drier and microwave but wasn't an issue. Safe street and prime walking location. Accommodation was on the top, 3rd floor, elevator not working for 5 months (per resident) so be prepared to walk the 78 huge steps up and down! Would stay again :)

Probably one of the worst property in Liverpool 🙁 leaking, cold and short of blankets. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyo Positive: I didn’t like it Negative: Leaking of water from shower on second floor to first floor. Ice cold when we arrived. We asked for more blankets becose we were 8 men and we got 4 dooble blankets, their answer were “just go and buy it yourself if you need more”

Definitely would stay here again if I was in Liverpool again, place was as advertised and snugly fit all 8 of us.

Great central location to all of the sights from the dock area, Liverpool ONE, restaurants, shopping, historic attractions, etc. Apartment was as described; it was only stocked with enough for cleaning items for maybe a couple loads and we were there for eight days. Does come with towels, but not hand towels (wash clothes). The lift did work the entire time of our stay!

Girly weekeknd Positive: Terrific location, very clean, sofa beds comfortable, modern and a lovely stay for the weekend. A great apartment enjoyed by all of us. Negative: We had a phone call on morning of our stay to say original apartment we had paid for in same building now couldn't be let to use (different owner) but this was the alternative one and we thought this was cheaper but no refund given. Microwave needed, sometimes water in shower was cool

we book the place for my sons graduation , 6 of us with mil age 70, with 8 bags our floor was 3rd floor and only the first day the lift was operating, next few days which is from 14th till 18th no lift service and despite complaining host push the problem to the management we had to climb daily 3 floors and we checked out today by carrying all the bags from 3rd floor we also checked with staff and other guest from other rooms and they said this is frequent problem here i personally feel very upset, further host did not provide us with dishwasher sponge and expect us to bring the same all the way. i hav3 stayed at other home stay at liverpool but the host has provided us with basic mop n etc

Świetna lokalizacja w Liverpool ale raczej dla niewymagających Positive: Świetna lokalizacja, duży apartament, dwie łazienki, internet, wygodne łóżka Negative: Dosyć trudny kontakt z właścicielem, nie mogłem doprosić sie wysłania kodu do mieszkania na maila. Dopiero jak zadzwonilem na własny koszt otrzymałem kody. Niestety apartament wymaga odświeżenia, zwłaszcza łazienki, niezbyt czysto w apartamencie.

Great stay at Fenwick Street 5.21 in Liverpool. Great communication, great apartment and within easy walking distance of all local attractions! Will definitely return (hopefully soon!). 5 stars!

Great location. Apartment was ok. Positive: The location was good. Negative: Outside the apartment but inside the apartment block was very dirty, the floor had something spilled all over it. The lockbox was hard to open. The instructions that were sent to me told me to go to muskers shop to collect the key but then I was given codes so it wasn't clear which I had to do so I walked to the shop to then have to ring the hosts to find out. Inside the apartment block also was quite smelly.

The apartment was good it fits 6 people comfortably, with the two sleeping sofa’s in the living room. The location of it was just a few minutes walk to the city center and the harbor and most restaurants are nearby. There is noise of moving bottles at night but it’s only for a min or so. Overall it was a wonderful stay would recommend.

This is the first Airbnb I’m booking that I had the most problems with. The toilet downstairs wasn’t clean, the first room had a dirty carpet that needs changing, the light coming through from the loft couldn’t make me sleep, the blinds don’t close well, they need changing, the TV remote wasn’t working. There’s no microwave, that should be standard in all Airbnb’s. The sounds of birds in the morning were so loud, no sound proofing.

This place is not worth the money actually refused to stay here because it was so destroyed and not been cleaned properly needs a lot of maintenance I would not recommend this place at all

Good location and place, very gorgeous looking apartment. The small problem with the code (it did not work) was quickly resolved by phone.

Unequivocally THEE WORST airbnb experience, anywhere! I suspect the elevator has not worked for years. This should be explained that guests must climb 6 flights of stairs.The codes to access were not sent.Then there was a mandatory £25 ‘insurance fee’ holding the access codes ransom.Once I got the codes they were wrong. A neighbour let us in and we were inconvenienced while waiting for a response from your administration to access the lockbox. No spare key-as your welcome notes indicate. Bathroom shower drain did not work. Your admin requested pics, which I sent and no maintenance was done despite being told it would be scheduled. Low water pressure & at times only like warm water. The edge around the shower is absolutely disgusting. As is the dust and grime build up in the bathroom.The carpets were dispicable and haven’t been cleaned for years. The kitchen floor edges was disgusting with grime. Note: I have all of the pictures to show. I asked for a $ compensation and have been ignore

This place was fantastic, it is located within walking distance of down town Liverpool. it is surrounded by restaurants and bars but you can barely hear any noise while sleeping. Charlie who was my contact was top notch, he was on top of any requests we had and was very proactive. we communicated back and forth with Charlie over text messages and he was able to help with everything we needed. i would definitely stay here again if we ever go back to Liverpool "you'll never walk alone".
