Loved it, was definitely worth the trip and our dog loved it too! Positive: Facilities were great, perfect for us and dog. Ground floor access. Everything we needed was there. Negative: The front patio was to be desired however, it looks as though there was building/rectifying work being completed. There were some questionable characters around the area however, that can’t be helped but would have been more comfortable if the two front doors were locked but they weren’t and the key lock pad was out of order so only one internal door between our apartment and anyone coming in.

Great apartment. Very neat, clean and Dog friendly. Home away from home. Very peaceful bedroom, although I think the boiler could be located elsewhere in the flat. Bathroom was immaculate with a good modern powerful shower (over a bath) The lounge kitchen diner is large and was very comfortable and well furnished. It is on a reasonably busy road but we did not find this an issue at all. Only 3 hour parking but some good local car parks. Close to all Harrogate has to offer. We would book again.

Beautiful apartment, just about everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very close to the top end of Harrogate shops. Great being dog friendly and lovely walks and parks nearby. Had a few issues but response was quick from Host & Stay and easily resolved. The only major issue was parking - can only park outside with a permit for 3 hours a day. The nearby car park is 70p an hour if you can get a space, and more for the other car parks further away. Not so bad for a few days but a considerable extra cost and inconvenience for a week or more.

Such a comfortable flat in a great location - easy walking distance of town, the train station etc. There's no noise at all from neighbours, so we slept very well in the very comfortable bed. The sofa in the living room is also really comfy, and we spent a good amount of time in front of the massive TV (much bigger than our own). The kitchen was modern and well equipped, bathroom also decent. We took our little dog and she loved the place, which is surely the highest recommendation of all. Would definitely stay there again, and I hope we get the chance to.

Lovely little break away. Positive: The apartment was beautiful! Humogous tv and access to Netflix and prime was great! Location was right in the middle of Harrogate! Would definitely stay again and being able to bring our two dogs made it even better :) Negative: There was a really bad smell in the bathroom that seeped throughout the rest of the rooms. Figured it was the drains so, called and was recommended to use airfreshner (not ideal) and they would send someone out the next day. However, we were celebrating our anniversary so didn't want any intrusions, so we asked if we could cancel the visit. Staff more than happy for this. Luckily the smell disappeared the more we used the water. Parking - not the best, but given it is a zoned area, we understood. There was actually a full parking permit in the apartment as well as a disc for use. So, I didn't need to use a carpark. Bonus!

Excellent property in a great location to explore Harrogate. The fact that it is dog friendly is an extra bonus. There is plenty of space in the apartment to relax and unwind. A good find which we would certainly recommend.

The accommodation is beautiful and stylishly furnished. Everything feels very high-quality and clean. The apartment is very centrally located in Harrogate, and ASDA is right nearby. The Wi-Fi is excellent, and there are two large TVs.Unfortunately, it’s hard to feel truly comfortable because almost all consumables were provided in very limited quantities. For example, for our 9-day stay, there were only 2 large towels, 2 dishwasher tabs, 4 coffee machine capsules, and no laundry powder for the washing machine. There were also only 2 rolls of toilet paper, but 2 toilet brushes. We also only had two rubbish bags for the kitchen bin. On top of that, you feel bombarded with generic messages from the accommodation provider before, during, and after your stay. This gives the impression that there aren’t really any real people you can discuss these issues with. For example, it was completely unclear where to dispose of the rubbish that we had in the apartment. Instead, we threw everything into public rubbish bins because we couldn’t find any other solution to the problem.My recommendation is: provide more consumables and send fewer generic messages to guests. It would be more appropriate to focus on important matters regarding the accommodation rather than sending digital notifications. Be truly available for your guests so that they feel comfortable.

Great location near Harrogate town centre, very walkable with lots of restaurants, coffee shops etc nearby, as well as Harrogate bus & train station. We stayed 2 weeks and although the flat was stocked with supplies including washing machine/dishwasher tablets, soap, toilet roll, tea bags and coffee etc there was not enough for the entire time that we were there and we needed to buy more from Asda (which was very close by). The flat was clean and tidy when we arrived, except for a used bath towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door (which was probably an oversight). The only issue we had was that the fuse for plugs in the back of the flat kept tripping periodically, and we fixed this by flipping the switch back on in the fuse box. This happened a few times and was a bit annoying. Host and Stay was very responsive, proactive with helpful information and also arranged for someone to drop off basics that we ran out of while we were staying (e.g. bin liners).

Lovely apartment for a few days away for my birthday. Positive: Lovely clean and inviting apartment . Everything you need for a few days or a weeks holiday . Very close to the town . Would definitely book again . Negative: The wi- fi didn’t work. So had to use our phones for data to be able to watch the tv .

Positive: Perfect location for the green keeper conference, 5 min walk, lots of local restaurants and cafes, the apartment was clean, modern and comfortable, could recommend it highly enough. Negative: Wasn’t given the code to the internal door (porch), neighbour let me in straight away.

The perfect last minute weekend getaway! Positive: Everything was absolutely perfect for our weekend away. We had the perfect stay and with both of us not driving, the train and bus station are very accessible to the property, less than ten minutes walk. We can’t express how impressed we are either the level of service. Thank you!

Fun place to stay. Positive: The location was perfect. Clean as can be. Very comfortable and updated. So glad we found this place. Host answered all our questions almost immediately. We loved the town. So many good restaurants in the area. Our favorite was Spice Culture and Indian place. It was over the top good. So good. Also the Greek restaurant a few doors down from the Spice one was a 10 too. Hope to come back soon. Negative: Having to leave. Three nights was to short.

A lovely apartment right next to the centre of Harrogate, clean and spacious with lovely interior/decor. Our only issue is we would have liked later check out as 10am was a bit of a struggle with a baby but would stay again still!

Lovely Harrogate Apartment Really pleased with this apartment when we checked in as it had a really luxurious feel. Very well presented and clean. It was about a 10min walk into town so really easy to get places. There's a Supermarket pretty close for shopping, so once you've got the car parked, no real need to see it again until you're leaving. Would definitely book again if we were in the area.

Whilst the flat and location are great, the cleanliness on arrival was poor. Hairs were found in the bedding, on the bedroom windowsills and in the bathroom. The bedsheets had a historic blood stain on but were clean. Food under the table in the kitchen/diner were also found. We tried to resolve this with Host and Stay during our stay but are still awaiting a response. We have been told to wait 7-10 working days for a resolution for a stay we took 12 days ago. Host and Stay provide what seems to be an AI generated holding response to our messages. We are still waiting! We just found the whole Host and Stay correspondence to be the worst part. They suggested someone came in to do a re clean but that required the keys being left in the safe box and we’d already gone out for the day. Basically it felt like Host and Stay fobbed us off constantly and are still doing so with automated responses about the poor level of basic hygiene that you don’t expect when paying four star hotel prices.

Outstanding. Absolutely outstanding!!!!!!!! This place is brilliant, very clean throughout and well furnished, the host has thought of everything. My wife has very high standards and she was impressed and said it was ‘a home from home’. We will plan on staying here again 👍

Lovely place, super close to town. Very comfortable bed and everything you need. We recommend parking at the public parking lot. You can leave your car for 24 hours for a fee and it’s less stressful than trying to use the parking pass provided.

This was a beautiful and impeccably clean apartment in a quiet area of Harrogate, but within a 10 minute walk of the town centre shops and restaurants. Being on the ground floor, it was very convenient for our dog. We had a restful and enjoyable visit from Sunday to Tuesday. The apartment was stylish and had all we could need - apart from the promised Wi-Fi: instructions for connection did not work - something the previous visitor had noted.

We had an issue with a noisy boiler in the bedroom which meant the first night of our stay was sleepless. We therefore didn’t stay for the remaining night of our booking. The host was responsive but proposed the investigation would take 7-10 days to discuss compensation/refunds. Spoke to air bnb themselves and the issue was resolved within a few hours. I can imagine without the issue we faced we would’ve had an enjoyable stay at the property. It was nicely furnished and as described. The bed was however quite uncomfortable.

Will be back, for sure! Positive: Style/decor was great. Much bigger than I thought it was going to be. Very clean. Loved the bedroom and bathroom. Loved the location - bonus to have the town centre so close by. Parking available, although we did not use it. Asda round the corner. Nice places to eat within 5-10mins. Negative: Was a bit hard to heat - bedroom, hallway and bathroom great temperature. But the open plan living/dining room was cool. Perhaps because of the plantation shutters?

A beautiful place in a highly convenient location. Had an issue with the parking. Listing stated off street parking and / or street parking available with permit, however the permit was out of date. Was told to use a public car park. However if this was the case I would not have booked for the price stated. I did report this issue and was apologised to.

Really conveniently placed for Harrogate. Walkable to town, train station, supermarket. Excellently appointed with top quality furnishings and spotlessly clean and comfortable. Parking disc helpful for loading/unloading too.

We stayed at two properties managed by Host & Stay. The apartment in Harrogate was excellent. The apartment in Whitby was inferior to Harrogate. We suffered with central heating problems at the apartment in Whitby, but to be fair we received quick responses from Host & Stay. It was fixed the following day.

Perfect little apartment in Harrogate! Ideal location: with near by parking, loads of cafes, restaurants, bars & and Asda 2 mins round the corner! Home from home :) we felt very comfortable and relaxed! Everything we needed with little quirks! We would 100% return & recommend!:)

As always, Host & Stay provided a beautiful property. Green View is in a wonderful location, within a short walk of everywhere in Harrogate you might want to go, and close to bus and train stations if you want to head out of town.

Prachtig appartement vlakbij het centrum van Harrogate Positive: Op loopafstand van het station, mooi, luxe en ruim appartement. Sleutelcode werkte prima. Grote en goed uitgeruste keuken, met doekjes, afwasmiddel(tabletten), wasmachine, koffie, thee en olie. Fijne bedden in een stille slaapkamer. Locatie is rustig en toch vlakbij het centrum met winkels en restaurants. Het zit vlakbij (een paar minuten lopen) bij een grote supermarkt. Negative: Er was vreemd genoeg geen douchegel. Die hebben wij dus gekocht en achtergelaten. De batterijen in de afstandsbediening van een TV waren leeg. De doorspoeler van de wc haperde en moest met de hand worden getriggerd. Ramen gaan niet makkelijk open waardoor het wat lastiger was om frisse lucht in het appartement te krijgen.

Positive: It was a fantastic property very well finished and had everything we needed location couldn’t have been any better only 5 minutes walk into town centre. Negative: Wasn’t anything wrong with the property and would definitely return or recommend to family and friends.

Second time staying here. Felt like I was at home, beautiful place, very clean and fresh, bed is so comfy. TVs are brand new and it has a lovely vibe to it as well as being in a great location.

Excellent. Positive: Excellent location for attractions in Harrogate and RHS Northern Garden.Good access to Yorkshire Dales.Good access to large supermarket. Negative: No printed instructions on working large screen TV and Heating systems.

The property was in a good location for walking to Harrogate town. It was clean and presentable but in need of attention in some areas. The blinds in the bedroom could not be pulled up as the pull cords were broken. The toilet cystern was not efficient and did not flush well. The toilet also had to be left a while between uses or would not flush. There were no oven gloves to remove hot items from the oven. Also no recycling facility. The property was advertised as having a parking permit for parking for up to 3 hours outside the property. There was no disc permit in the property, just a Harrogate Borough Council piece of paper which expired 15 months previously. We discussed this with Host and Stay who were helpful but could not provide a parking disc. We had to source this ourselves from town. There is also a car park approx 10 minutes walk away. It is harder to discuss issues with a company looking after a property than an owner and I will bear this in mind for future bookings.

A gorgeous flat, perfect for one or two people. The location is great, quiet at night but really close to town. Excellently furnished with a comfy bed!

Positive: Location very convenient for town, train station etc. Clean & comfortable & useful washing machine & dishwasher. Felt spacious & safe. Parking outside on street was fine but time limited but a very nearby reasonable pay & display car park always had spaces. Negative: All positive, just couldn't open the bin cupboard - key just didn't seem to fit - just checked bin day & put rubbish out - just a minor inconvenience.

I had a very enjoyable, relaxing stay. Positive: Pleasant location, excellent kitchen, nearby parking, close to several shops and restaurants Negative: I wasn't happy with the excessive number of emails from Host & Stay both before and after my stay. Many of them were simply repeats providing details of my booking. Otherwise, the only slight issue was one of the light bulbs in the loo needs replacing (flickering).

AirBnB’s communications carried an incorrect address which was only corrected after contacting Host &Stay after we arrived in the vicinity. This seems to be a long standing problem as we saw a note about this displayed on the door of the listed address who were obviously being continually pestered by previous guests. Although the outer door key safe code had been provided, there was an internal key code lock for which the code had not been provided so this required a second call to Host & Stay. On booking there was no mention of the deposit scheme. Once booked we were required to either spend an additional £15 on a damage insurance policy or provide a £250 deposit with a non-refundable £10 admin fee. This needs to be made clear before booking. The deposit was not repaid until 11 days after we left the property! I would be reluctant to stay at a property managed by Host & Stay again.

A beautiful stylishly decorated flat less than 5 minutes walk to the shops / centre. Location was ideal and the bedroom was at the back so it was very quiet and dark. Parking outside the flat was easy later on. Initially we parked in a carpark a few minutes walk away which was cheap for a few hours and no issue. Communication was excellent. I have given this place an overall rating of 4 stars given the price and expectation based on that. We found the pillows to be hard and the bed did have a mattress topper but wasn't super comfy. This could be just our view as bed comfiness is personal. The place is service managed to a v. high standard but missed a few things I would call the personal touch - no shower gel despite saying "bathroom essentials" included. No air fresher or diffusers for additional pleasant smell especially in the bathroom with no window and no champagne flutes. Little things that if it was being personally managed would have been picked up on that would make this 5*

A beautiful apartment just a stone's throw from Harrogate City Centre. It's extremelywell decorated and comfortable with the best stocked kitchen of any airbnb I've stayed in. Would highly recommend as a base from which to explore.

Positive: The apartment itself is pure class, located in a perfect place for people going into Harrogate. Inside the apartment was clean tidy and had everything you need, a quailty place we'll be staying again or recommending to friends and family.

Good Apartment but Unexpected And Unwarranted Extra Charges Positive: Comfortable apartment in convenient location Negative: Feeling ripped off when an out of the blue extra charge was imposed of 30 euros for verification after I had paid the full non-refundable charge from Booking.Com which clearly stated there would be no extra charges. The charge made was daylight robbery. I have made a complaint to Booking.com

Disappointing Generally good. The street was busy, no “green view”. One tea towel, no toiletries, scanty kitchen supplies. Washer/dryer inefficient. Parking disc outdated. No replacement. An employee said they would pay for parking if we sent receipts after checkout. Have done this 3 times, and phoned VRBO twice but still no refund 3rd week after check out. Drafty in back room bedroom. Room refresher in lobby old and unpleasant smell. Location good for shops and restaurants. Overpriced.

We had a lovely time staying at Green View Harrogate. The accommodation was just as described and seemed even better on arrival. The bed was nice and comfortable as was the settee and the apartment was warm throughout. When we return to Harrogate we will stay here again….. definitely !!!

Lovely apartment, idyllic location. The whole place was spotless, cosy and stylish. Felt right at home as soon as arrived, pint of milk ready in the fridge was a lovely touch! Right in the centre of Harrogate so can walk to anywhere with no issue, very close to train station too (walking distance) - would love to stay again and maybe travel via train (parking outside 3 hours then need to source carpark for the foreseeable - but lots of these around!) 5 stars. Would recommend to anyone! Thank you :)

B+, could have been an A with little improvements but brilliant location Positive: Good location, spacious and well appointed Negative: We were given incorrect code for key safe. It took a long time to reach anyone to find the correct code. Initially I spoke to a management office who said they would have to speak to cleaner to work out what code i should have been given, when I asked how long this would take (to see if I should wait or go and get a coffee) I was told "it'll take longer if you're keeping me on the phone". Correct code was sorted out. It was also of concern that 2 key safes for x2 flats were using the same pin code as we were able to open both once we had the correct code. While the keys were labelled so we knew which was which, there easily could have been an error here inadvertent or otherwise. There were no instructions with the parking permit. While it may have been obvious to a local we didn't know where we could park. Fortunately we were able to ask a local resident but this wasn't ideal. Generally clean and tidy but bedroom was very dusty. Mattress had seen better days meaning we both kept rolling into the middle. I also do not like being hounded for a review. Obviously you usually get automatic prompts from booking.com to review but as well as this have received several email prompts from management company AND a phonecall from the owner asking us to review with a follow up email with loads of requests for reviews. While I understand why a review might be sought, assume no news is good news and that not everyone will review you!

Disappointing Negative: Check-in administration. Someone else was already in the apartment when we got there. It took a whole day to resolve the issue before we could get in.

Perfect stay! Positive: A wonderful apartment which is relaxing and in the perfect spot. Short walk in to town and managed to park right out side. A real gem.

Lovely stay in Harrogate Positive: Great location, very close to the town centre. Apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Had everything we needed for a 4 night stay including lots of extras. Easy access to the apartment and managed to park just up the road in Park View carpark. Wouldn't hesitate to book again and recommend to family and friends.

The most beautiful apartment in such a perfect spot! Check-in was extremely easy and throughout the stay, the hosts were exceptional communicators; answering our messages within minutes and always being on standby for any queries. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous - we never wanted to leave! The bed is honestly the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in and the whole place was utter comfort and style. Such a convenient location - only a 2 minute walk into the centre and we also managed to park outside the property for the duration. As a whole, the stay was perfect and faultless. We will definitely be back :) Recommend takeouts: Haks - best Chinese in Harrogate Cardamom Black - most delicious Indian. (Must order the chicken waziri tacos!) Zizi’s - scrumptious Italian

Really enjoyable 2 days here. Can’t recommend enough. Gorgeous apartment and really convenient location. Gentle walk into town and parking permit is a bonus. And dog friendly which was great, dog bed provided which was a nice touch. Definitely be back.

Very beautiful apartment BUT was not very well cleaned. Positive: Very beautiful apartment, well decorated. Very comfortable bed. Negative: The apartment was NOT clean upon check-in. We found hair from the previous guests in almost every room and every drawer in the kitchen. The kitchen counter was sticky and found coffee stains on the trash bins. The blanket that was on the bed had stains. The carpet was not vacuumed throughout the apartment. They obviously did NOT follow their promised Covid-19 cleaning protocol.

The apartment was in an amazing location, short walk into town and around the corner from a major supermarket.
