It was comfortable and very well equipped. Positive: It had plenty of room, two toilets, great location and peaceful even though it was the February half-term. Negative: We hadn’t realised that towels weren’t included, so had to go out and buy some, but that wasn’t a major issue

Very happy Positive: We liked everything really. Very nice and clean place to stay, well recommended. Very good location, close to swimming pool and restaurant. We spend most of time on the beach and sea front attractions but kids loved the little arcades on holiday park close to caravan. Negative: We liked everything

Cosy and comfortable. Shops nearby Towels were not there. Caravan and furniture is not very new how it looked in the picture so I was expecting more when I had paid that much money

It was like a home from home spotlessly clean with everything you needed to have a fantastic stay Positive: The chalet was perfect and faultless it was lovely and clean parking beside the chalet was very handy its location was great, very homely comfortable and cozy. It was a true home from home Negative: There was nothing we could fault from check-in to departure everything was perfect

Value for money. Lovely and larger than it looks van! Would recommend

Very nice, we enjoyed our stay. Positive: We wanted a nice relaxing break and that's exactly what we had, even the weather was better than we expected. Lovely clean and well equipped caravan, was as described, everything worked.

Positive: The caravan was immaculate and very nice. It was great having a parking space. The caravan was very well stocked with kitchen equipment and cleaning equipment. Negative: Nothing

We had a lovely break. Thank you ☺️ Positive: It was lovely, had everything we needed for a break, a home from home! Loved the south facing ‘balcony’ we got loads of sunshine 😊. Negative: The property itself was great, just unfortunate that was at the far side of the caravan site so took a good 5 minutes to drive round in first gear every day! That’s the only downside but not a real complaint!!

Perfect stay exceeded expectations cant wait to return! Positive: Modern spacious cosy caravan/lodge as described perfect size and facilities for myself my partner and my 3 year old

Excellent Positive: All of it

Positive: Area Negative: N/a

Not worth for the value Positive: Nothing Negative: Too small, no air-conditioning. Distant from the lodge to the main entrance is ridiculous far. To complicate the way in and out. Text you about 10 minutes in Car to get out with the main entrance.

We enjoyed the break away Positive: Location, clean, we liked the decking area. Negative: There was a serious health and safety issue. The handrail for exiting the caravan was on the wrong side and the door blocked it. The steps were unsafe as they were not secured to the caravan. There was a dirty cup left in the cupboard. We had a big problem with ants inside the caravan especially on the worktops. My wife fell off the second step as she had no handrail to hold onto. This was reported to Host and Stay who said they would get their maintenance team to look at the steps and handrail but unfortunately no one arrived during our stay.

I would love to stay there again, Positive: It was nice and clean and homely people on site very friendly Negative: Few ants on kitchen side and in bathroom, dog hair on carpet

Positive: The room was lovely and facilities really good. Negative: I was disappointed around the Internet quality as impacted on my work.

Luxury accommodations run by an exceedingly friendly and helpful host. Nothing was too much bother and all the information we needed was in the welcome pack. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay Positive: Clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots and pans. The bed was very comfy and there were extra pillows available. Cleaning items were also available within the property. Negative: No towels at the property.

Positive: The property was excellent clean lots of information, beds very comfortable nice relaxing stay Negative: The area seems tired , children's play area is broken, doesn't look good

Would recommend Positive: It was lovely and clean. All directions and instructions were straight forward and easy to use. Felt content in the caravan and loved the information file in the property. Negative: That we didn't stay longer 😃
