Positive: Very clean. Inside flat is lovely. Good communication from before trip to end of trip. Negative: A bit noisy as flat is situated on a very busy road.

Lovely AirBnB very close to the pier and well sized. Downsides to the place: you need to have the keys to the lock the door. The toilet doesn't flush well, the sink makes noises ages after use and I could not figure out how to make the shower not boiling hot. All that being said I would stay again, just think a few small issues could be fixed

Convenient location, but unfortunately the cleanliness, heating and noise made the stay uncomfortable. Positive: The location is very convenient, close to the seafront, around a 7–10 minute walk to The Lanes, and very close to the university where my daughter studies. The apartment is a good option for an unexpected or unplanned trip, especially if you have a limited budget and need somewhere quickly. Negative: The cleanliness could be much better. Some areas had dust and buildup, especially the bed blanket, dining table and windows. The windows were very dirty which blocked the beauty of the view, it didn’t close properly and didn’t seem well insulated. The shower was not very clean, the taps were quite rusty, and the water had an unpleasant taste. The kettle was too dirty to use, and the fridge had an unpleasant smell. The heating was a major issue. We were freezing and asked several times where exactly the thermostat was, but only received general answers like “typically”. We ended up wearing layers inside, and the heating didn’t seem to work. The apartment was also very noisy. The poor window insulation meant we could hear almost everything from the street. The building entrance door closes very loudly, and the upstairs resident was also quite noisy. We always closed the door gently to avoid disturbing others, so it would be great if something could be done to reduce the noise. Overall, the apartment is okay, but considering the price, size and condition, I don’t think it offers very good value.

Positive: Plenty of space in the apartment and was as pictured. Perfect location. Negative: The curtains are broken in the lounge and don't stop the light coming in. The booking system spams you with ridiculously long messages and provides you with incorrect information!

Gute Lage der Wohnung, an einer befahrenen Strasse, daher laut vom Autoverkehr. Restaurant und Meer waren in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Für 2 Personen ist die Wohnung ideal. Die Schlafgelegenheiten sind eher klein.

The toilet stopped working properly first, and the vanity sink also makes unusual noises, as if something is not functioning correctly. At no point did the owners inform us that toilet paper could not be flushed down the toilet. We tried to contact the owners and get a plumber, but we did not hear back from them for 24 hours. When they finally responded, they asked us to perform a “trick” to fix the toilet and requested that we send them a video of the toilet while we worked on it. It felt like they were asking us to troubleshoot and fix problems with their property instead of taking responsibility for maintaining it. However, the worst issue—and something we were not aware of when we arrived—is with the last of the multiple entry doors (the white door). It can only be opened and closed from the outside using the key. This means that if one person wants to stay inside while another person leaves the Airbnb, the person staying inside has to leave the door open to avoid being locked in

Great week in lovely Brighton Positive: Двухкомнатные апартаменты в самом центре Брайтона недалеко от пляжа. Чисто, стильно, есть все необходимое для проживания в течение любого времени. Вся техника в порядке, есть даже напольный кондиционер. Очень внимательные хозяева, действительно заинтересованные в комфорте постояльцев. Many thanks to the hosts for this wonderful stay! Negative: Окна выходят на шумную улицу, где останавливается транспорт на светофоре. Но это не сильно напрягало, впрочем.

Lovely location and hosts, but VERY hot shower. Positive: The flat was clean and in an excellent location. The hosts were attentive and responded the messages promptly. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Negative: The only issues were that the shower ran extremely hot, even turned all the way down, and that the beds were a little hard.

just loved it i would say it s more for 3 people as the sofa was not really comfy aparr from this everything is stunning clean thank you so much we really enjoyed our trip with my parents

The property was spotless and as described. Fantastic location with great parking facilities. Would recommend both the property and host.

We booked the apartment over the bank holiday weekend, arriving at 9pm on Friday. The apartment was as described. On entering the property we found that there was no latch locks on the front window which meant that it could be easily opened from the outside as we were on the ground floor. We phoned Host and Stay and advised of this issue. They said there was nothing they could do and that no one else had ever complained about this. The apartment is on a very busy road so we did not feel safe staying here. Unfortunately, we had to go and find a hotel at 10pm on a Friday night and had to cut our break short due to no where being available on the Saturday night. Over the next week I tried to call and email Host and Stay, however, I did not receive replies back. I was also in contact directly with Airbnb who were great and dealt with my complaint effectively and efficiently. I would not recommend Host and Stay.

The flat was bright, clean, comfortable and a very good location to explore Brighton. Communication with the host was very good and welcoming before arrival and during our stay when there was a problem with the water. This was very quickly put right. We had a very enjoyable weekend. Thank you.

We had a pleasant stay at this Airbnb in Brighton. The place was cosy, clean, and had a lovely homely feel. The location was excellent- just a short walk from both the city centre and the pier, which made exploring the area very easy. The host was also extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. However, one point to note is that the thermostat was missing during our stay, so the flat was cold the first evening and we had difficulty controlling the temperature of the shower. However Paul did quickly respond and helped fix this the following day. Additionally, while the listing states the property accommodates four people, we felt it was more comfortably suited to three due to the size of the beds / sofa bed. Overall, we had a lovely stay!

Super cool location in Brighton, close to Old Steine, Kemptown, North Laine, St Peters Church, and other famous spots in the city, as it is located on the main road! Flat was cozy and clean, and sofa bed was also nice! Supermarkets and bus stops are also available within 5-min walking distance. But you may need to consider noise from the road if you are very sensitive.
