This place was fantastic ! Absolutely cannot complain at all about the location, the quality of the air BnB, the beds were comfortable and it just had a cool vibe all round, right next to the pier and is very walkable into the centre. We parked in a car park not so far away. We had one problem with the road being closed for road works which made picking up and dropping off bags quite difficult but this is not a fault of the hosts , just something to consider right now as the roads are not particularly easy in this area, but again, not the fault of the hosts at all. Would happily stay again, no complaints at all, the hosts are very responsive and even accommodated us for an earlier check in! If you’re looking for a place in Brighton for a larger family then this is the place!

Great location, lovely presented house - ideal for catching up with family who live locally. Parking as always a bit of a challenge in Brighton - but nothing that can't be over-come. Everything catered for, for our visit and close to everything we needed.

We travelled down with my family for an event over the bank holiday weekend and didn’t want to leave! The house was stylish, spotless, and had all the amenities promised. It’s honestly one of the cutest and most homely places we’ve stayed in Brighton (and I say that as someone who used to live there). We’d definitely stay here again and are already thinking of making it our go-to whenever we’re in town—fingers crossed it’ll be available! Huge thanks to the hosts for such a comfortable and amazing stay!

Excellent location, spacious and modern, fab outdoor spaces and private, extremely clean and very comfortable mattresses. Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic property located really centrally.

Positive: Ideal location..close to everything we needed...beach,pier and pubs...lots of apartment for your money and a very homely feel to it...comfortable beds and furniture and a massive bath to relax in...would like to come back in the future..😁 Negative: Parking an issue but thats Brighton for you!!

The best chill and relaxing home in Brighton Positive: A beautifully decorated home with lots of personality in each room. The rooms are spacious where everyone has personal space for themselves . the cinema/chill area downstairs is perfect for a movie or games night with your friends and family. the decking is wonderful if you want to chill in an outside space and watch the sunset in Brighton . Additionally this house is in a prime sport for going to shops , getting a bite to eat and a good distance from the famous Brighton beach!

We just had a great stay at George St. the property is wonderfully spacious and had everything we could have needed. The location was excellent, very central and just a short walk from Brighton Pier, which made it really convenient for exploring. We’d happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it.

Mjög vel staðsett og falleg íbúð á þremur hæðum og kjallara. Í kjallara var bar og sjónvarpshol ásamt klósetti. Þægileg rúm voru í svefnherbergjum. Við nutum þess að borða morgunverð á rúmgóðum svölum. Eldhúsið nýttist vel og það var stutt að fara í stórmarkað. Það var hitabylgja þennan tíma og það var óbærilegur hiti á efstu hæð. Það hefði verið gott að hafa viftu sem því miður kom ekki þrátt fyrir óskir okkar um það til ykkar.

Great place, easy to find, plenty of instructions. Clean tidy and nice place to be.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully kept Air BnB. The location was central and in easy access of shops, beach and restaurants. Information provided by the host was helpful and they responded quickly to any questions. We loved the little downstairs bar. Thank you for a great stay.

Kjempefin leilighet som lå supert til. Vi gikk fra jernbanestasjonen med koffert, ikke noe problem. Alt vi trengte av ting på kjøkkenet. Bildet fra takterrassen lyver egentlig litt, for det var mye finere der enn bildene viser :) Vi hadde koselig morgenkaffe der ute, helt perfekt! Soverommet med køyeseng var litt trangt, men det gjorde ikke noe. Vi bare satte den ene kofferten på det andre rommet. Det er mange trapper, og vi liker det, men er nok ikke gunstig om man ikke liker trapper. All in all: perfekt for oss, og jeg leier den gjerne igjen. Fikk kjapt svar på alt vi spurte om. I tillegg er siden veldig fin med masse god info. Vi syklet til Rottingdean en dag. Kan absolutt anbefales!

Lovely house clean and comfortable. Ideal location to explore Brighton 5 minute walk to the Royal Pavilion and 5 minutes to the sea front. Surrounded by loads of coffee shops and places to eat. Would highly recommend Meo cafe 3 minute walk from the house. Will definitely return and rebook

We had a wonderful stay. The property was spotless, beautifully presented, and all the little details were so well thought through, which made it feel very comfortable and easy to settle in. The location was excellent and ideal for getting around. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would happily stay again.

Great house, conveniently located. Nice interior design, comfortable beds and snug in basement is super lovely and got well used! Just a shame Host & Stay offer no flexibility with leaving bags, late check out, particularly when no guests were even in after us. That said, their comms were great and useful welcome pack etc just a bit of a dampener that such an early checkout.

Excellent Airbnb in an excellent location. Very smooth check-in and communications. The basement lounge and beautiful terrace were wonderful spaces to relax in. Would recommend!

Great place close to beach and shops, bars restaurants

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Brighton, en grande partie grâce à ce logement idéalement situé et aménagé. Tout est accessible à pied, c'est un bonheur de rentrer au calme, à deux pas de l'effervescence du centre-ville. Le logement est très bien aménagé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. La conciergerie est très réactive. Merci, nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

We had a lovely time in Brighton. The house was within easy walking distance of the town centre. There was a supermarket in a 3 minute walk which was very convenient as we had travelled by train. The house was very comfortable and had all the facilities that we needed.

Place was beyond expectations. Clean, tidy with everything we needed. Close to shops bars & beach! We will definitely be coming back

Lovely airbnb, great location, great communication. Only issue was a very early check out.

We had a lovely stay while visiting Brighton for the weekend. The house was immaculate and well prepared, with lots of space and a great outside terrace area. The location was also fantastic as it’s very close to the centre of Brighton with lots of great pubs and restaraunt nearby. Would highly recommend staying here :)
