Es war ok Positive: Viele Zimmer, alles war sauber, Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Haus Negative: Zu wenig Handtücher, wir waren 6 Personen und es gab nur ein Handtuch für jeden. Die Seife war teilweise leer. Mülltonnen direkt vor der Tür. Die Mülltonnen waren überfüllt, der Müll lag teilweise schon daneben. Die Nachbarn haben sich über die Mülltonnen bei uns beschwert, die direkt am Eingang standen.

A brief but pleasant stay not too far away from the centre (if you are happy to walk) Positive: The property was very much as described. The location worked well for us as it enabled us to walk into Canterbury without needing to worry about parking. The parking at the property was good (think the description given beforehand was a bit unclear). Beds very comfortable. Plenty of towels. Lots of hooks - really helpful. Negative: Only small things - but the only tin opener was broken. No scissors. Outside bins were already full when we arrived - wondered if the bin collectors are missing them because they don't get moved to a designated place each week - don't know, we were only there for a weekend. Bedside tables in bedrooms were missed.

The host was friendly and helpful, and the property was generally clean and comfortable. However, there were a few things that could be improved. There were some stains on the bathroom floor, and there was initially an unpleasant smell in the bedroom. The bedside tables also didn’t have any extra lighting, which would have been useful. A few of the plates and bowls in the kitchen were also not completely clean when we arrived. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but addressing these small issues would make the property more comfortable and improve the experience for future guests.

Comfy, easy stay in a lovely house Positive: Clean, modern house with plenty of space and a little garden, great location that was quiet of a night and parking was super easy Negative: Nothing I didn’t like - tho the kitchen sink u-bend leaked and it would have been nice to have had a little coffee along with the tea bags on arrival but these are very minor things

Kommunikation mit Gastgeber ist perfekt!Ferienhaus war sehr sauber. Zentral in Canterbury gelegen.

Location was great for us. House is on a lovely new build estate close to a park which is great for young children. The property has lots of potential to be a great air bnb, however unfortunately the cleanliness of the property could be improved upon, for example, glasses in cupboards were dirty, and the washing machine had mould in the door meaning we had to clean it ourselves before use. The garden was also unusable due to extremely long grass and overgrown weeds. The property could also be made to feel more homely and usable with some form of bedroom lighting apart from the main lights, such as lamps.
