Perfect stay for our North Yorkshire getaway! Positive: Great location for our visits to Whitby and Durham, Saltburn-by-the-Sea is a lovely seaside town! Lovely flat with everything we needed for a few nights. Negative: Wi-Fi didn’t extend to the rear of the property. Would’ve been nice to have a mirror in the second bedroom.

We loved our stay with our baby over the bank holiday weekend. The surroundings are ideal - close to lots of great cafes, restaurants and bars, and the seafront. Peaceful - even on a bank holiday. The apartment is absolutely pristine: not a speck of dust and the kitchen was well-equipped and spotless. Beds very comfy! Excellent communication from the host. We found the accommodation easy to find and access: instructions for check-in were spot on and the door keys easy to use. Some of the doors were a bit sticky in the frame - someone just needs to get a plane on them! But not a problem with a firm push. If there were one thing that could be improved (being nitpicky!) blackout blinds would have helped with getting our little one to sleep. We would stay again and bring portable blackout blinds for the baby. Also, our fault as we didn't request a high chair/cot so they weren't provided - but we might have expected these to be made ready as our booking included an infant.
Lovely stay at No2 Temperance in Saltburn. Very clean and modern apartment with great facilities. Easy reach of some great bars and restaurants. Short walk to the sea front. Very quiet. Wi-fi not very stable but didn’t distract from our stay so couldn’t use the tv. Was nice to just switch off and enjoy our surroundings though. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if visiting this area again. Fab instructions on arrival.
Fantastic location, very clean and spacious - perfect for a short get away.
Everything seems pretty new and well appointed. Flat is on two levels with bedroom and bathroom/toilet on lower level. No Freeview TV but can access iplayer/ITVX etc. Wi-Fi OK but slow at times Supplied towels/bedding good. Had a problem with the interior lock when first trying to get out of the flat but agency dealing with it were quite quick getting someone out. It's in a good position close to the town centre and within easy walking distance of front so enjoyed our 2 day stay there.
Perfect for a 2 night stay, in a brilliant location only a short walk from the sea, shops, cafe’s, restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay again if we returned to Saltburn!
A new appartment ,nicely furnished, not enough kitchen utensils for people who booked it to self cater. In the end lost out to cooking breakfast and lunch due to electricity outage on our first proper full day and then again next morning. The door lock to the appartment difficult to open. Needed help from neighbour to get out on last day as we could not open from inside. Airbnb company tried to mediate with Host and Stay.
All very fresh and new, very comfortable beds and good kitchen. Overall had exactly what you need!
Clean and tidy, decent water pressure for the shower despite being on the third floor. It didn't bother us but be aware there are three flights of stairs. A good short stay, thank you.
