From the guest we booked it for: I like the place and I recommend to others. Inside is really comfortable and easy to use, the room is quiet. The parking is also not too bad. It's really close to the supermarket, and it's easy to get to the seafront. I took my bike and managed a great ride from saltburn along the clifftops. Definitely use again. thank you so much!
Super apartment in the centre of Saltburn Positive: Location excellent - easy access to beach, train and centre of Saltburn. Apartment was exceptionally clean, quiet, warm, everything was new and stylish. Entrance to property was from Main Street and easy to enter. The duvet cover was not the right size for the duvet but the host responded very quickly with a new duvet. Good starter pack in the kitchen of cleaners, cloth etc and in the bathroom. Nice touch like heated towel rail in bathroom and excellent shower. Negative: Apartment really does need a bathroom mirror. I did ask as I had seen a previous review mentioning it but the reply was that I had rented the apartment from the photos knowing there was not one. Everything was so well finished I was amazed there wasn't one and you need one for shaving, make up etc. Would be nice to have coat hook too. Parking was a bit of a nightmare Saltburn is very busy and we had to park on side streets and walk. Sainsburys car park is opposite but beware as it is 2 hours parking only. It didn't spoil the stay though and by the evening we could move the car nearby. Just be aware there is no washing machine for clothes but ironing board supplied. The sofa is very small so no stretching out! Having said all that I would go back as overall it was of a standard above the usual.
Recently stayed 2 nights at the apartment, knowing Saltburn already I knew the location was going to be great but it could not have been easier! The apartment was spotless on arrival. Couldn’t fault it would definitely stay again.
A smart, very clean apartment which is ideal for a couple. Everything you might need in kitchen. Well placed in Saltburn for shopping, eating out and beach is only minutes away- you can use the cliff train if you don’t want to walk or lots of parking g at beach level. Maybe a shelf in bathroom for toiletries would be a good idea but bathroom itself is very good with a large walk-in shower
It was the perfect break, who needs to go abroad. Positive: Beautiful apartment, spotless clean with everything you could possibly need. Situated on the Main Street with Sainsbury’s supermarket right across the street with takeaways and cafes right on the doorstep. A short walk to the beach with easy access to Cleveland way, what more could you possibly need in this beautiful picturesque coastal town. Negative: The only thing I missed was a bathroom mirror and maybe an over door hook to hang towels on but it wouldn’t stop me from going back.
Ideal central location, extremely handy for Sainsbury's and other town-centre shops, and only a short walk through towards the beach. On-street parking is always in high demand in the area, but we always managed to find somewhere. Lovely clean, comfy, well-appointed place with everything you need for a great holiday base for Saltburn. Extremely easy to find and check in. One very tiny little niggle was that the wi-fi router for multiple flats is in the bedroom in this one and I gather there was an issue with it as raised by occupants elsewhere. We booked this place on behalf of my Mother-in-Law, who doesn't use wi-fi, nor especially understand it; so I got a few calls and messages and had to co-ordinate trying to test and reset it myself (after which it worked very well)... but as I say, only a very minor thing, and likely no issue at all if you DO use the wi-fi (and understand the very basic principles of tech!)

Excellent stay
Immaculately presented comfy flat Positive: Very clean, spacious apartment with new fixtures and fittings. A walk-in shower and a very comfortable bed. Quiet location next to the train station and five minutes walk from the beach. There's a Sainsbury's and a Spar within one minute walking distance and plenty of nearby restaurants and cafes. Negative: As other guests have stated, a mirror in the bathroom and towel hooks would be helpful. The comfy sofa is a snug two-seater. Personal preference would be a 3-seater in order to relax and spread out more. There is no terrestrial tv - you will need to sign into various apps to watch.

Perfect stay, brilliant find. Right on the middle of Saltburn, very near to the station. Apartment was spotless, airy, as in the photos and comfortable. I have already booked to return to another flat in the same house.
Really good apart from the TV issue which was a real problem Positive: Great location. Flat was really well decorated etc. Negative: No terrestrial TV. England world Cup game was on. We could not access ITVX as it was set up with someone else’s details which we could not remove. Called Host &stay and spent 45 minutes trying to resolve with no luck. He said a maintenance person would be out the next day (after the match) to fix it but he never turned up. Also top cupboards in the kitchen are very high up so if you’re quite short you may find it difficult to get plates, dishes etc out.
Positive: The property was easy to locate, is on the main street so everything is within easy walking distance. The property has recently been refurbished complete with new furnishings. Negative: Could do with a mirror in the bathroom
Excellent stay Positive: Absolutely 💯 perfect stay. Very comfortable bed, excellent shower, all brand new.We will definitely revist. The location and parking was perfect.
Lovely newly refurbished flat Positive: Only 5 mins from the seafront and less to the local sainsburys that is right next to the station. Very clean modern, well equipped flat with excellent shower and comfortable bed. There was free parking on the road right outside. Negative: There was some noise from the building work going on directly behind the flat. The quilt was very hot so we just used the quilt cover. No mirror in the bathroom and we didn't manage to find the bins outside.
We had a wonderful stay, such a beautiful clean property in a fantastic location, and everything felt brand new. Everything we needed was within easy reach, including shops, cafés, bars, restaurants, and the beach. We’d happily return and highly recommend it to others.
Positive: Fantastic stay , great location, so clean , everything you need, only thing I'd say it needed was mirror in the bathroom and hooks for towels on doors but apart from that perfect facilities, thanks again will stay again no shadow of a doubt
Hello Flat was immaculate clean and had everything that was needed. Very central for access to restaurants cafe and sea front. Bathroom had no mirror which was not great.
