All in all, a nice apartment, but does need some tidying up in areas.
Positive: Location was very central.
Negative: Some work needs to be done to tidy up the facility. Bath front ill fitting and coming away from bath, bath looks like it has been re-situated, old grubby sealant on walls and floor. Kitchen cupboard doors do not shut properly. The drawer front lip was dirty and had obviously had something spilt in there that wasnt cleaned. Not very sound proofed from the very loud traffic on road, it seems to be a bit of a race track for some drivers.

Lovely flat in middle of town so easy access restaurants, theatre etc .

Stay here on a long weekend and the location was great, however the property itself is in much need of renovation - especially the bathroom (shower, bath and sink were in need of repair and were practically unusable during our stay).

Spacious apartment with fabulous views of the Malvern Hills. Great central location for the town with shops, restaurants and walks all from the front door. Very convenient and the parking space was a real bonus. Great prompt communication from Charlie which was welcomed.

Apartment was in great location, lovely rooms, all amenities.
Didn't receive check in info, ended up stood outside property phoning for code.
You need to get the door key before accessing he carpark as fob opens barrier.
This info and code for lock box would have been useful earlier.
Overall a great stay, would happily stay again.

Overall great place and great location. Would highly recommended.
Positive: Amazing view of the Malvern Hills. Great location and plenty of space. Everything was new and kitchen was well equipped, even provided shopping bags. Host was very helpful and responsive.
May not be suitable for people who do not like stairs as kitchen was only accessible via stairs. Was not an issue for us.
Negative: Due to the excessive heat in the area and only because we are used to air con, a better fan could have been provided. Bathroom could be updated.
