Stunning clean cabin with loads of local places for food drinks and activities. Loved it and would return, especially if Positive: It was clean tidy and very spacious. We watched the sun go down from the cabin which was beautiful and had everything we needed within the cabin or a few minutes drive. Flamingo land was only a 8minute drive also so that was really good. The site itself was so quiet and peaceful. Negative: I think it is still being developed, so there was not anything else round the site for the kids to do which they found a bit boring.

Perfect location, 10min drive to flamingo land and 5mins to Pickering. Was lovely a quiet and relaxing. Would happily st Positive: The property was very clean and well maintained. The bathrooms were superb and the place was very spacious! I travelled with 3 children ages between 6-11 and we all had enough space to enjoy our time down there

Positive: Lodge was nice, we did book a larger lodge but due to a leak we had to go into Fieldview Lodge, which was a bit disappointing, we did book a larger one due to us having two Large Dogs with us. We would book again if we were guaranteed to stay in Linden Lodge. Negative: When we arrived we had no water, we had to turn it on ourselves, seem to have a airlock in the water system toilets loosing water from one to another which was making noises all night long, which disturbed our sleep.

Lovely lodge, very clean and great spec,and ideal base to explore the local areas. Unfortunately the storms over the weekend caused a power cut Saturday afternoon for over 3 hours and a second at 1.50 am which was still in place at 6.30 the following morning, resulting in us leaving early just after the power was restored. While the weather was no ones fault, the communication from the hosts was slow especially on follow up calls, as after a period of time the lodge became cold with no power, heating.we will go back and stay again to explore the area again and can recommend the lodge we used, hopefully no storm next time.

Excellent place to stay Positive: Located on a very nice park, plenty of space between each lodge. The Lodge itself is very clean and spacious and very well equipped. Location perfect for access to the North Yorkshire Moors, especially the North Yorkshire Moors Railway. Only a short drive to various coastal towns including Whitby and Scarborough. Negative: We had an issue with the sound on the television. The Host & Stay office was closed, got through to an out of hours office which unfortunately wasn't very helpful. After at least 20 mins on hold the call was ended and I never received a follow up call.

1940's weekend getaway. Positive: Well equipped lodge, clean and spacious, very quiet and well maintained site. Negative: Everything was great.

Our Short Stay Away Positive: The site was excellent. Lovely lawned surroundings, and lots of space between lodges. The lodge itself was beautiful, and very well equipped. Also well back from the main road, making it noise free and peaceful. Negative: Absolutely nothing to dislike.

Lovely location, clean and tidy place had everything thing we needed, clear instructions of everything in the Lodge, easy to find perfect for days out to the coast . 10mins drive to flamingo land , lovely restaurants 2 mins drive into pickering could also walk if you wanted to 10/10

We had a lovely stay at this modern lodge. The location is fantastic — peaceful, beautiful surroundings and perfectly placed for easy trips to Flamingo Land. The lodge itself is comfortable and well equipped, and we really enjoyed the quiet setting. It could benefit from a little more attention to cleanliness, but overall it was a great place to stay and we’d happily return.

Very pleasant stay and nice location Positive: Clean and comfortable Negative: No bed linen or pillows provided for the ‘make up’ bed in lounge. Had to ask and chase up. Eventually arriving on our second evening although we were booked for 6 x occupants.

Positive: Place was spotless had almost everything ypu could think of ..except an iron and a washing machine tsbekt..but I am being very picky...thats all I was missing haha so take that with pinch of salt .place was excellent

Positive: The lodge itself was nice, clean and good location for families aslong as there is no issues it would be ok. Negative: We had to leave same night within 2 hours due to no electric which nobody told us about or even rang and was in middle of heat wave, we also have a dog and was like being in a sauna even with windows open, we waited for the problem to be fixed but unfortunately the electric kept coming on and going of again repeatedly, all the food we brought to cook was ruined as no cooker, we were told the complaint would be sorted withing 10 to 15 days, after 1 month still nothing , no refund and being told the same thing everyday, the company use a call centre abroad so communications are useless. I would never use them again just due to lack of communication.

Positive: Great area, up and coming site for many folk to enjoy. Shame the bar hadn't been opened yet but thats nothing to complain about. Great Lodge, clean, tidy, modern and good process, transition and instruction to access. Negative: Beds were not very comfortable. At a rate of £160 per night id hoped for premium comfortable. Appreciate the sofa beds allowing the lodge to sleep 6 but the sofa beds also were very uncomfortable. Didn't get a very good sleep both nights I am afraid.

We had a lovely stay. Close proximity to Flamingo Land where we were meeting family. Lots of outside space for the gran Positive: It was immaculately clean, everything felt new. Negative: Nothing.

Positive: Quiet location

We were delighted and highly recommend it for a pleasant holiday. Positive: Everything was provided: kitchen utensils for cooking, all necessary items such as blankets towels and a hairdryer. You feel right at home and don't need anything else, enjoying the view and all very clean . Negative: There are no shops or restaurants nearby.

Positive: We loved the location of the lodge it was very clean and well stocked in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable, the linen and towels were of high quality Very close to Pickering and we also enjoyed Malton

Positive: Very clean and tidy. Generally good facilities. Good location. Well decorated, excellent water pressure, and oven was pristine. Also very quiet. It was a lovely suprise to find that there were actually empty cupboards in the kitchen to put our groceries in. (Such a rarity in our experience). Negative: We didn't receive the keypad details to access the key until 4 hours before our arrival time. (I had to message the company to ask them to provide them). This was rather disappointing. It was very warm in the accommodation and our stay would have been more comfortable with air conditioning. For some unknown reason, there was a fan in bits under one of the beds, and one part was missing, so it couldn't be used. (The weather on Thursday was very hot, and it was uncomfortable both in the accommodation and on the veranda).

Amazing and will be back. Positive: Lodge was very clean and tidy and well equipped with cooking facilities. We will definitely be back. Negative: The drains definitely needs looked at as it’s noisy when lying in bed. I think the drainage plumbing just needs looked at.

Beautiful lodge. Place was immaculate. Comfy beds. Lots of utensils/kitchen equipment Lovely living/dining areas Situated on a lovely quiet park. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed a lovely few days here, and the lodge was spotless and extremely comfortable.Only a short drive into the village.
