Stunning clean cabin with loads of local places for food drinks and activities. Loved it and would return, especially if Positive: It was clean tidy and very spacious. We watched the sun go down from the cabin which was beautiful and had everything we needed within the cabin or a few minutes drive. Flamingo land was only a 8minute drive also so that was really good. The site itself was so quiet and peaceful. Negative: I think it is still being developed, so there was not anything else round the site for the kids to do which they found a bit boring.

Perfect location, 10min drive to flamingo land and 5mins to Pickering. Was lovely a quiet and relaxing. Would happily st Positive: The property was very clean and well maintained. The bathrooms were superb and the place was very spacious! I travelled with 3 children ages between 6-11 and we all had enough space to enjoy our time down there

Positive: Lodge was nice, we did book a larger lodge but due to a leak we had to go into Fieldview Lodge, which was a bit disappointing, we did book a larger one due to us having two Large Dogs with us. We would book again if we were guaranteed to stay in Linden Lodge. Negative: When we arrived we had no water, we had to turn it on ourselves, seem to have a airlock in the water system toilets loosing water from one to another which was making noises all night long, which disturbed our sleep.

We were delighted and highly recommend it for a pleasant holiday. Positive: Everything was provided: kitchen utensils for cooking, all necessary items such as blankets towels and a hairdryer. You feel right at home and don't need anything else, enjoying the view and all very clean . Negative: There are no shops or restaurants nearby.

Positive: We loved the location of the lodge it was very clean and well stocked in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable, the linen and towels were of high quality Very close to Pickering and we also enjoyed Malton

Positive: Very clean and tidy. Generally good facilities. Good location. Well decorated, excellent water pressure, and oven was pristine. Also very quiet. It was a lovely suprise to find that there were actually empty cupboards in the kitchen to put our groceries in. (Such a rarity in our experience). Negative: We didn't receive the keypad details to access the key until 4 hours before our arrival time. (I had to message the company to ask them to provide them). This was rather disappointing. It was very warm in the accommodation and our stay would have been more comfortable with air conditioning. For some unknown reason, there was a fan in bits under one of the beds, and one part was missing, so it couldn't be used. (The weather on Thursday was very hot, and it was uncomfortable both in the accommodation and on the veranda).

Amazing and will be back. Positive: Lodge was very clean and tidy and well equipped with cooking facilities. We will definitely be back. Negative: The drains definitely needs looked at as it’s noisy when lying in bed. I think the drainage plumbing just needs looked at.

Beautiful lodge. Place was immaculate. Comfy beds. Lots of utensils/kitchen equipment Lovely living/dining areas Situated on a lovely quiet park. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed a lovely few days here, and the lodge was spotless and extremely comfortable.Only a short drive into the village.
