Few improvements and it will be perfect! Positive: Location Negative: 2 Adults, 2 Children, 1 set of towels between 4, also would have thought sofa bed would be made up only minor issues. Not sure towel mats and sheets were very clean and cups in cupboard tea stained

Eton House was a nice location. Quite area and the overall flat was spacious, comfortable and clean.
Easy to find and well located with parking nearby. The apartment was nicely decorated and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Beware if you're booking for 4 people - there are no blinds or curtains in the living room where the sofa bed is, so not ideal in the summer unless you want an really early wake up when the sun comes up!
The apartment was in a very pretty area within walking distance of everything. Everything was peaceful and we enjoyed our time in Eton/Windsor.

**Great location, needs a few small fixes** Location couldn’t be beat — walking distance to restaurants, cafes, and the train into London, plus everything Windsor and Eton offers. The space itself looked great, with new appliances and a nice remodel. That said, a few gaps held it back from being a great value. We had to wipe down kitchen counters and walls ourselves, and found a dirty oven pan left in the oven. We ran out of toilet paper and trash liners with no heads-up we’d need to restock these ourselves. We also didn’t have enough towels for a weeklong stay for 3 people, and couldn’t find instructions on where to find sofa bed bedding. There were also no window shades where the sofa bed is, so whoever sleeps there gets full sun very early. To their credit, the property manager was very responsive and quickly helped with towels and bedding. With a bit more attention between guests, this would be a fantastic value. We’d stay again for the location and updated space.
Great location, walkable to Windsor's shops and attractions, communication was swift, professional and friendly, apartment is clearly well-looked after by the owner with a luxurious feel.
Lovely flat in the heart of Eton! Walkable distance to Windsor Castle and plenty of shopping! Positive: It was very spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Negative: The property truly was very clean and nice. We ran out of toilet paper after 1 day. Maybe leave some extra rolls for customers to access. There were only 3 bath towels. Maybe leave some extra towels also.
A very convenient and comfortable stay. Check-in was straightforward, communication was excellent, and the location was ideal for both shopping and transport. I was very happy with my stay and would definitely stay here again.
Excellent flat and the location suited our needs perfectly. Unfortunately when we came in the property had not been cleaned up since the previous guest left. After about an hour and being asked to send photos someone was sent to clean a bit and furnish fresh linens and towels. We still had a bit of cleaning to do but not too bad. One frustration was the inability to check in early as our flight was changed to an early arrival.
Clean, attractive apartment a short saunter from all the best Windsor and Eton have to offer. Positive: Location perfect , layout nice and decor attractive. Nice and clean. sofa /sofabed v comfy. . Generally well equipped. Access and check out was very easy. Negative: Only v minor points but needed to request a sheet for sofabed as bedding was incomplete and there was a duvet cover left in the washing machine. No curtains or blinds in the living room, so v early light /little privacy for sofabed sleeper.
The 24-hour support was genuinely available and always friendly. Check-in was smooth and very well organised, and requests were handled promptly, which made the stay much easier. The place was quiet, and the neighbours were considerate. The location was also very convenient for transport and shopping. I have already decided to stay here again next time.

Exactly as advertised
This is one of the best Air BnB experiences I've ever had & I've stayed at a few. Everything was as promised! You couldn't have a better location straddling both Eton & Windsor. The flat was as clean as a whistle, modern & comfy. For those with cars, there was parking included & that's BIG! The flat had all the amenities necessary including a clothes washer, dishwasher, tea & coffee. If I ever have the opportunity, I'll stay again. The best part were the Hosts who were responsive & helpful from beginning to end!

Excellent apartment but disappointing experience Positive: Excellent property, very comfortable apartment in quiet Eton high street. Negative: Mix up with housekeeping, no towels or bed linen, they were unable to resolve. Note this property is in Eton, not Windsor as the map shows. The listing also says parking available, but the only available parking is the public parking areas nearby.
Great location, walkable to the shops and castle. Large dining area, with windows and snug bedroom. Some stairs to walk up.
