The washing machine there was very useful. Positive: The washing machine. Negative: Nothing.

Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute Lage, ist vom Bahnhof in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und liegt unmittelbar am Strand. Leider war sie unsauber bei der Ankunft. Eine Übernachtung mit mehreren Personen ist nicht zu empfehlen, da die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer sehr unbequem ist. Außerdem sind einige Möbel kaputt und damit nicht zu benutzen. Aber die Ausstattung ist praktisch. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine gut ausgestattete Küche und eine Waschmaschine. Aber die Lage hat für vieles entschädigt, man ist in 5 Minuten am Pier und es gibt viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

Positive: The location of the apartment. Negative: The photos do not reflect the current state of the accommodation. The furniture was in very poor condition—quite dirty, in fact. We found dirty laundry left in the washing machine, which meant we were unable to use it. The windows cannot be opened; the house rules stated that they are sealed. Useless items are being stored there. The window with the sea view has a crack. There are no shelves for clothing—merely a few hangers. The sofa bed was worn out and absolutely uncomfortable to sleep on. There was no bedding provided for the sofa bed. The floors throughout the entire accommodation are uneven. An extremely unpleasant stench occasionally drifted into the apartment from the stairwell. There were not enough towels. The bath mat was dirty. We reported these issues to the host, but absolutely nothing was done to address them. They claimed to have attempted to drop off a mattress two days before our departure, but none of us happened to be there at the time—nor had they informed us of this beforehand. None of the aforementioned issues were ever addressed. The value for money is completely unacceptable. Absolutely not recommended!

The place was great for what we needed - somewhere to sleep for a couple of nights while visiting Brighton. I have to say I've stayed in better places for such or lower price but expected this in Brighton so if you are one for pristine clean 'like first time used' type of environment expect to reach deeper in your pocket to stay in this city. We literally used this place to spend nights in but noticed there is well equipped kitchen with ovens so great if you wish to cater for yourself. Overall very happy :)

Cheap and cheerful but basic! 3 rd bed not made up and washing in the washing machine? But clean and spacious

Location spot on Positive: Location was everything. Side window sea view. Host was very communicative. Negative: Mix match bedding . Bed uncomfortable didn't feel like sprung mattress. Shower needs attention leaking from box.Toiletries left but looked like old from other guests. Would of been good if tea coffee available and tea towells. Oven not clean glass was dirty. Photos on website looked newer than actual property, very tired could do with a refresh. Alot of things in property didn't need to be there example old keyboard and desktop. Just a little bit more love and care.

It was a satisfying stay. However, the place is not new as how it shows in the pictures. With that being said, the staying was good.

Great place to stay in Brighton. No air conditioning only a fan so can be warm if the sun is out
