Great place to stay a really easy connections into Brighton. Would recommend to any small groups for a weekend away!

We spent 2 nights here. Communication before and during our stay was excellent. The house is very spacious and the garden was perfect for our 2 dogs. The house is about 10-15 mins from Brighton, a few minutes from the seaside and also the Downs. Would happily come back here again.

Pleasant stay for our family over from Ireland for our wedding.

Positive: Very comfortable place to stay- the owners were extremely helpful and went out of their way when we had an issue with keys. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again if working in the area.

Great communication. Lovely place to stay. Having a downstairs en-suite is great if you are staying with family where someone is infirm and doesn’t want to do the stairs. Everything there that is needed.

Lovely house. Comfortable beds and nice clean linen and towels. Our dogs were safe in the enclosed garden. Nice and quiet at night. Good bathroom facilities. Nice table and chairs both inside and outside for family or group meals. The only thing that let down the rating was no microwave when this was listed under amenities and the pots and pans were very worn and need replacement. All in all a good stay.

A lovely home that is presented well and versatile. We were a group of 7 and It offered plenty of living space. The house was clean, tidy and extremely well equipped. I thought the guest information book was a lovely touch to show what is around you and public transport information. We did try the Downs Hotel for lunch as recommended and we all enjoyed the food. Thanks for having us.

Lovely house very homely specious, clean and welcoming! Lovely garden (a great sun trap). Perfect place to stay, good value for money. Very clean and tidy! Owner communicated really well. Thank you was a lovely stay!

Lovely place to stay in a beautiful part of the country. Nice and close for Brighton, the seafront and the Downs.

The property was a little tired but bathrooms bedding and kitchen were lovely and clean

Negative: The shower and sink in the kitchen could have been cleaner

A loverly house in a good location

Beautiful accommodation in a peaceful area. Wished we had stayed an extra night. The Host was always responsive and helpful to any question we had. Definitely a go to when we are in the area again. Thank you Charlie x

Lovely bungalow and location but communicated to hosts re the cleanliness of the property. Although the beds and towels were all cleaned and fresh, the floors had definitely not been cleaned, with dirty carpets, and hairs on both bathroom floors and even a cut toenail on one of them. Reported on arrival late and was offered a cleaner to sort on the next morning, but we were only there 2 nights so wasn’t worth it. Total cost included £145 cleaning bill, which was terrible considering the state of the property when we arrived. First time we have ever had to complain about a property and somewhat spoiled our stay, fortunately we spent little time at the property, only sleeping. They need to review their cleaning arrangements and the cost, which is definitely not justified. wasn’t

We enjoyed our weekend in Woodingdean, visiting family. The house was lovely and quite cosy once we'd got the heating going. Lovely main bedroom and a good shower to.enjoy, as well as a kitchen with all you might need.
