Perfect for me and the kids whilst waiting on our house to complete

Lovely to have such great property available to my family Positive: Its location was great for my family as I already live in the town. Plenty of space for everyone. Clean and nice and modern. Negative: Could have done with little more kitchen utensils, but then most people probably wouldn’t bother cooking too much. I provided ( being near) what was required

We were not in the property a lot. Just slept there at night and had a cup of tea in the morning and left for my daughter’s wedding venue

Well positioned house, good info. Loved bedding and linen. Clean well organised space. Great for a wedding weekend.

Had a great stay, cycling around the beautiful countryside so very handy to store our bikes in the garage. Lovely clean rooms. Sincerely recommend staying here.

Clean and bright space as on photos. However, didn’t meet our expectations for a group of 6 adults. The dining table only seats 4 so we had to use the desk chair and our own camping chair for meals. One of the beds is not double bed size. There were only very small pots and pans so we had to cook food in batches. Also, the TV only works with Netflix, no other apps can be opened and no channels. Garden not a nice space and outdoor furniture wasn’t clean. We enjoyed our stay but felt that the usability of the place hadn’t been considered.

Great place. Wasn’t as central as we’d thought but lovely all the same.

Was visiting family for the weekend and this was the perfect location for our family. The home was just what we needed and was in perfect condition. It is close to so many things to do, walking distance to the town centre and easy to find

House was great, nice space, quiet neighbourhood. Excellent communication from the host. The house is very sparse on kitchenware for a space advertised for 5 people, only a couple of small pots and pans, plates etc. The bedrooms were lovely but beds very soft and creaky. There was no bedding for the sofa bed, which was very hard and not ideal to be called a bed for a week. I wouldnt plan on utilising the sofabed for more than a night or two. For 2-3 couples and mostly eating out the place would be fantastic.

Lovely stay at this town house, accurately described by the host. Clean and comfortable, a home away from home. Would recommend to anyone who needs a place to stay. Location is great with local amenities and delivery from various places for food. If we had to pick an issue it would be the beds, the mattresses and frames could do with an upgrade but other than that it was a great place to stay.

Very clean and well-equipped and would revisit. Quiet and family-friendly area. It wouldn’t be suitable for very young children because the property is over 3 floors with lots of stairs. One bedroom is on the ground floors, the other 2 bedrooms on the second floor. Visited during a hot spell and the second floor got very warm.

Well kitted out, clean and tidy house. Having three bathrooms really useful as we were staying there for a wedding. Given super hot weather at the time, a fan would be a good addition (unless we missed it).

Positive: House was as described, cleanly presented and spacious. Very close to town centre and for visiting my mum and brother. Close to Foxton Locks and a 15 minute drive from Kelmarsh Hall and Gardens - both good for picnics and days out. Great to have an enclosed garden; safe for our cats to explore. Negative: Kitchen could have been a bit better equipped in terms of larger pans, smaller knives for chopping, a jug for water, but we managed.

The place was exactly as described in the listing. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, which made for a truly relaxing stay. I was very satisfied with the entire experience and would highly recommend this property to other guests.

Positive: Location Negative: No compiaints but could not get used to the three stories. Still, itwas only for the weekend.

This was ideally placed for what we needed to do in Market Harborough, plenty of space in home. Stayed there a year ago and was almost identical. Felt at home

Comfortable, clean and well equipped place to stay. Was spacious and had everything you could need including comfy beds and lovely bathrooms! Located on a nice peaceful estate, 5 mins away from the centre of town.

Really lovely townhouse with some outdoor space. It was a bit tricky to find a parking space for our second car so would be hard if there was more vehicles.

Cobwebs 26 davies close. Excellent property. Good amenities. Only gripe was lots of cobwebs about property inside and all around widows.

Lovely, clean and well-appointed property in a handy location near enough to town. Unfortunately, the garden wasn’t very tidy meaning we didn’t get to spend anytime outside enjoying the sun.

lovely clean house, quiet location. great tv, tea and coffee provided, and even dishwasher tablets. Wi-fi worked great, hive heating easy to use.
