Stayed here a few weeks ago. Good location and pub about 30 seconds walk away. Modern but toilet wouldnt flush. Partner had to sort it and it stopped working again before we left. Hot tub was a lovely addition. Did have to message 3 times for check in details. In the end i had to ring air b n b to ask.
Fairly average place, but pleasant little house. Could do with a few upgrades regarding glasses and other kitchen items, but nothing to really complain about. The check in process was absolutely terrible. I hadn't been issued with a code for the key safe. I rang the contact number and after 40 minutes on hold I finally managed to speak to someone. I was issued with a code for the key safe, but unfortunately, there was no key inside. After a further 50 minutes on hold, interspersed with sporadic conversation, I eventually received details of a second key save used by the cleaners. This contained 2 sets of keys. 90 minutes on the phone to gain access is absolutely unacceptable.
Lovely place in a quiet area, Hot tub was beautiful and a great surprise. Communication was 10/10 very helpful and even came out to help sort out the wifi for us. Will definitely book again :)

First to stay in this wonderful character cottage in a very peaceful road, close to all amenities in Great Ayton. Ideal place for 2 people. Everything was new. Comfy Kingsize bed. Would highly recommend this accommodation.
