Charlie is a great host and always responsive and helpful. It was that great we decided to extend our stay instead of moving on. Safe, comfy, clean surroundings and matched up to the specs advertised online. Will be using this place more often as we are awaiting for our new house to be ready so very supportive and helpful through challenging times.
Nice place for a stop over. Had everything you need. Hosts were prompt and helpful when Hot Water stopped working. Thanks.
Negative: The shower was faulty and only boiling hot water was coming. Not only was this unsafe but during a heatwave very uncomfortable. The support from the host was nonexistent and had to book another hotel.
Great and suitable home away from home feeling.
The apartment was clean and tidy. The location was spot on for what we were doing. The amenities were literally on your door step. Great place.
Originally booked & paid for Flat A (had an additional room and en-suite compared to flat B). Was not given any compensation for changes made within 24 hrs of us arriving. The location was good and mattress in master bedroom very comfy. However, some of the white towels supplied were stained & there were some hairs on the floor in the master bedroom.
Communication about flat location was confusing so we needed to phone for advice. Inside the property was neat and comfortable, but not as clean as we’d have liked. Milk sachets in fridge over a year out of date! Smart TV couldn’t just be turned on to reach BBC/ITV etc, and no TV instructions available inside property.
excellent location, very close to the train station. very clean. everything you could possibly need. highly recommend.
We enjoyed a very comfortable stay, with ample nearby dining and shopping options. The host was consistently helpful and responsive.
Good location. Useful apartment.
Fantastic Fantastic apartment.
Great flat This is a great flat, in a nice town. It was clean, tidy, all the items that you need, and well presented. Located on a main street, with lots of nice places to eat nearby. Local parking can be found in the vicinity. The communications leading up to the stay, were great and informative. The questions I sent were answered quickly. Would stay again.
Great place and location, l would definitely come back.
avoid at all costs. mis listed as I wanted a 3 bedroo., it's only a 2 bedroom with 3 beds. did not stay as it was left in terrible mess from previous guest and was not cleaned after. keys was not in lock box upon arrival. all in all, a terrible experience from start to finish
Great stay.
Positive: La ubicación y lo bien que estaban los apartamentos Negative: El pitido de la puerta, o de la calefacción no sabemos de qué era pero no para de sonar en toda la noche y es un poco molesto
