Nice place and location. Managed by a agent so fast response to all queries. Had a significant issue with auto door closing mechanism breaking on first entry and landing on my head. Did not repair until 3 days into stay and therefore made it very difficult to get through the flat door with kids. Especially of carrying a bag etc.
Our stay at the Caterham apartment was great. The host was very responsive to our queries and very helpful. The surrounding area was amazing, all the shops are in the vicinity so you don't have to walk far for anything really. This apartment is amazing for a small family and we are very happy we chose it. We would highly recommend it. Thank you Host and Stay.
Stayed while working in the local area. No frills but had everything you need for a stay. Great location right on the high street but not nosiey at all. Only thing is it a bit hard to park but the hosts provided some helpful parking tips
Not A Nice Airbnb to Stay Positive: Good location to friend's house. Easy access to transportation (train & buses). However, facility is below average comparing to what we had experienced before. No toilet paper, no cooking utensils, shower area was not clean, water did not flow out, living area did not look clean enough. I would rate this Airbnb below average and not worth the money we paid !

The apartment was as described and was perfect for us, as not too far from Gatwick airport. The host was responsive and responded to all queries quickly. Multiple food places and a Lidl conveniently located close by!

The property is cosy and easy to access. Lots of shops around. Parking on the main street is a bit tricky. But you can park at back streets of the property. Rooms need some attention, normal wears and tears. Kitchen was not cleaned properly, especially the cultries.
It’s was an easy check in with clear instructions. The flat was tidy on arrival it was fine for what we needed. It could do with some different bedding as the sheets didn’t really fit the mattress and a couple of the pillows could do with replacing. It’s a good location for being right in town but parking can be tricky.
Bij binnenkomst troffen wij vieze handdoeken op de grond aan. Het beddengoed was erg vuil en geel verkleurd. In de keuken stonden gebruikte borden, de afwasbak was verstopt en er stond water in. In de woonkamer lagen een gebruikte tandenborstel en overige rommel. De badkamer had vlekken, spuugresten en zag er zeer onhygiënisch uit.\n\nWij waren erg geschrokken dat wij na een lange reis een woning in deze staat aantroffen. We hebben direct contact opgenomen met de host en de situatie uitgelegd. Zij reageerde vriendelijk, heeft ons goed geholpen en de boeking geannuleerd. Ook gaf zij ons het telefoonnummer van de Airbnb-klantenservice.\n\nHet heeft ons tot 00:45 gekost om een spoedaccommodatie te regelen, maar dat is helaas niet gelukt. We hebben daarom al het beddengoed verwijderd en noodgedwongen met schoenen en jassen op het bed geslapen. De volgende dag heeft Airbnb ons geholpen een nieuwe woning te vinden en mochten we diezelfde dag nog verhuizen. Wij waren zeer tevreden met onze nieuwe

Nette Wohnung in sehr netter Ortschaft mit guter Bahnanbindung. Lediglich die Küchenausstattung war etwas mager, wenig Geschirr, schlechte Pfannen und Töpfe. Küchenschränke waren nicht so sauber.

Very disappointed was very dirty, moldy, and damp. Kitchen had not been cleaned and the smell was horrible. The host and Air b and b did three best to help and give a refund.

A clean and nice apartment, walkable distance to supermarket and restaurant. Close to the station and you can travel to London easily.
